I went to this establishment today to get my front window fixed, the ladies working were very friendly however the gentleman who replaced my window unfortunately ran over his own tools with my car as he backed the car out after the repair as well as broke the cover of my PRNDL in the center console despite working on my window and nothing in my car. (I can only assume from when he was vacuuming the broken glass). I let staff know and they had the manager come in. This manager was the most disrespectful person I ve ever dealt with in the service industry. Not only did this man accuse me of lying saying that I wanted damage on my car fixed for free and implying the damage on my car from an accident two years prior was probably what broke the cover (why would I be making a deal about a COVER and not the extensive damage done to my car if I was trying to get something fixed for free makes no sense). As the MANAGER continued to tell me I was wrong I stated I was going to go through an attorney and just wanted to leave at this point he stood in front of my open driver door trying to take pictures of me and my car and not allowing me to leave. We argued and he then tried to slam my car door on me to which I yelled that he needed to get his hands off my property and let me go. He then started shouting and telling me to get out of my car to fight. I pulled into a gas station nearby to take photos of the establishment for reference and this man chased me down filming me and yelling at me. Two people from a bar next door had to come out and ask this MANAGER to stop harassing me and to leave to which he thankfully did after being asked three times. Do not go to this place it was cheap to get my window fixed but now I have more damage to my car than before and they do not take any responsibility for their workers. (I took a picture of the manager as he was starting to film me for the second time while taking photos of the establishment)

A coworker referred me to Five Stars after my car got broken into and oh my gosh, I can't recommend them enough!!! They offer mobile repair so I didn't have to miss work. The repairperson was over the day after the break-in happened and not only did he beautifully replace the window, he even cleaned the glass out of the back of my car and off of all of my things. And the price was way better than I expected it to be. This company made such a huge difference for me in this situation. My car got broken into yesterday and Five Stars was able to squeeze me in this morning. It took 30 minutes to fix the rear window back into perfect condition, and they went ahead and vacuumed the broken glass out of my car at no extra charge or fuss. Very reasonable prices. I am really impressed by the quality of service and Jasmine was friendly and informative to schedule with. Hopefully I won t need to fix any more windows, but if I do this place is my first stop.

Did a great job and didn't question it. My ex had broken in my windshield. Last place wouldn't install the window because it had silicone on some of the edges where it had been leaking.

Woke up this morning at 12:30AM to hear my car alarm going off and I m like, just great because I have a ton of appointments in the morning and this is the last thing i need to deal with! So I started calling around. These guys picked up their phone at 7:50AM, told me they had the window in stock and I could come in right now and get it replaced. I called my insurance prior and earliest appointment they had for me was the next day at 1pm. 5 Star auto glass not only saved me because it was raining cats and dogs out but the price was lower than all the other companies I called for OEM glass. Didn t have to push out any appointments and my day was able to conveniently go on! Super friendly and accommodating! They have a covered waiting area with heaters! Great small business! Support these guys! They are soo awesome and lifesavers!

Had them replace a rear quarter window. Their original quote was about $100 more than two other places I contacted, so I said I d go elsewhere. They lowered their quote to beat a competitor by a few bucks, which was nice. They said they d be here between 10-12 the next day, and the tech arrived exactly at 11, very prompt and the repair only took about 15mins.Can t give them five stars though because the work is not the best quality. The window isn t flush with the trim and juts out a little (had to tell from the pics). They didn t completely wipe the glue they used, so now it s dried on my white trim and left black streaks. I tried wiping it off but it wouldn t come off, may have to try a more aggressive method. Also, the window has two punches on the top. Not sure if it s from how the window was manufactured, but the original window on the other side doesn t have it. Considering their original quote was about $100 more than other places, I m amazed by the lacking quality. Everyone I spoke to was nice and they were on time, but for the cost, it could have been done better.

Recently got my car broken into, they broke my passenger window. Called around several places and aside from being expensive all appointments were at least a week out. Five star auto glass not only came to my house but were able to get me an amazing deal the same day. They even vacuumed all the glass in my car. The techs did an amazing job and the person who I spoke in office was so kind and friendly.

I highly recommend! I called for a quote at 4pm, the window glass was installed and ready by 9am the next morning. Very friendly staff, Great service, and reasonable prices. Thank you!

They should be named 10 stars auto glass! Don't be fooled by the modest store front and the simple waiting room. This company doesn't need the fluff because they are professional, fair and experienced.I called them in a frenzy because my driver's side window wouldn't roll up. They were able to schedule an appointment that day for me. I showed up a little confused on where to park but in seconds the customer service worker came out to greet me and walk me to the waiting room. They have quite the well oiled machine here. They fixed my window in 45 minutes and charged me exactly what I was quoted. I recommend this place to everyone!!! Well done!!

I called many places for quotes on my windshield, back window, passenger and driver windows by far they were the most cost effective and MOST professional. They are punctual and get the job done quickly. I will definitely utilize their services in the future if need be.Special thanks and recognition to the technicians, Alfredo , Duwan and the other younger gentleman who got the dents out of my car with no extra fee upon installing my windows. My window was broken out 2 weeks ago after playing games with the insurance company. after i got the quote back from them of what it would be i decided to look on paying for it on my own. I got an online quote for half of what a bigger company was going to charge me. I called to make an appointment they were able to work with my schedule and get me in the same day. very fast professional service i was in and out under 40 minuets. A big thank you for vacuuming my car since I haven't gotten a change to clean up the glass that was broken. they not only cleaned up the glass they vacuumed the whole car. Had my passenger window broken in a break in. Safelite quoted 540.00 to replace. 5 star quoted 247.00. They came out to my house replaced in 1 hour. Vacuumed all the glas. Very immpressed, highly recommended them.

Incredible experience. I had two windows broken for four months, and the workers here really helped me out. I was struggling with the quotes I was getting, and then Five Stars knocked them out of the park and beat everyone by no less than 75$. The service took an hour and the car is like new!

I got one of my front windows randomly smashed in the night before I was going out of town (gotta love downtown), and these guys were able to see me the next day and replace my window in under an hour, at much less than everyone else I called. They were also incredibly professional, vacuumed out the broken glass and backed my van out of the driveway so I could get it out easier. Highly recommend these guys for all of your auto glass needs, if I ever need them again they will be the first I call.Service: Auto side view mirror repair

My car got broken into while I was at work during the night shift. Thanks Portland!Five star glass was able to get my car in right away and have the repair done in about an hour for a windshield and a side window. They were very professional and did a great job. Extremely friendly staff. I hope I don t have to use them again, but if I ever did I would in a heartbeat.

Would give a 0 if I could. Used an "aftermarket defective glass" plus didn't install it correctly! Then when it was leaking blamed it on what they saw as another area near the front right of my car. Additionally at this time have NOT returned my call. I WILL be out front with a DON'T TRUST 5 STAR AUTO GLASS, ASK ME WHY? sign in the future. DON'T TRUST 5 STAR AUTO GLASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My vehicle had a paper temporary tag in the back rear-gate glass and a criminal smashed the glass to grab the paper tag. Grrrr! The security guard noticed the damage at 7:45 am; by 10:30 am, we had coordinated with my Insurance Company and the repairs were completed. I was on my way with a new OEM Subaru rear-gate glass. Five Stars Auto Glass was quick to respond and did excellent repair work.

20/10 definitely recommend! Fast scheduling, good work and great prices. Don't want to have to visit them again but so glad I found them!! My favorite part was opening my car to find that they had vacuumed up all the broken glass, thank you guys so much!

These guys did a wonderful job and in a timely manner. They even had a little area where the customer can wait that is covered with a very good working heater. My weiner dog was loving it. She didnt want to leave.

Wow! These guys did a really great job. Albert and his team were able to fit me in the day after my car was broken into when other shops were quoting a 2-3 day lead time. They got me in and out of there in under two hours. The new window looks great and they even took the time to vacuum up the glass pieces I missed. The price was awesome too, as it was about $50 cheaper than what I had been quoted other places. I hope I won t have another reason to replace a window but I ll definitely be returning to Five Star Auto Glass if I do!Service: Auto rear window replacement

These guys are great! Found them on Yelp and they replied to me very quickly for a quote, and got me in super fast, even offering me a same day appt when I called!They got it done for 1/3rd of the time that Safelite estimated and paid only 1/2 the price! Amazing, I am so please with their prices, speed, and work. Looks good as new, took only an hour, and I saved $200! Plus they even vacuumed out some stray glass that I missed when cleaning it previously for no extra cost. What more could you ask for?I REALLY hope I dont have to come here again any time soon, but if some crackhead decides to shatter my window again, this will definitely be the place I get a replacement from! :)

I rent my car out on Turo, and the person who rented my car called me to let me know someone busted the side window out while it was parked in downtown Portland. This is apparently a very common occurrence in Portland.It was a Saturday morning and I called around to get a quote and find out if I could get it in ASAP for repair. I had to leave a voicemail at most of the places I called, but Albert picked up right away and gave me an appointment for the same day. Compared to Safelite AutoGlass who I got an online quote from, Five Stars Auto Glass was about $100 cheaper (total was $285 for the front passenger side window).They only took around 45 minutes to do the job while I waited in a small tent in the back. The place is small and you might miss the driveway if you are going too fast. Customer service was great.Hopefully I won't need it, but if I do I'll definitely come back here! These guys are so amazing! My window was smashed out at work yesterday and the place my insurance company referred me to said it d be over a week. I started frantically calling places and Albert from Five Stars Auto Glass was the only person who answered. He said they could fix it right now. I drove straight there. Everyone was so polite and professional. They had my window replaced and car vacuumed in under 40 minutes. I could not have been more impressed, and the price was fantastic. My car was broken into last night and I leave for an out of town trip the day after tomorrow. I was freaking out about how I was going to get everything sorted out before I had to leave and I called Five Stars Auto Glass and they said they could help me replace my car window right away. The price was much less than I expected and the customer service was amazing! (Everyone was nice, they cleaned glass out of my car, and even backed it up so it was easy to drive off the lot). The best place and most affordable auto glass repair in town. Got me in and replaced super quick. Somebody broke my back window and tried to take off with my car but couldn't cause my car keys has a chip. After waking up to find my window shattered, these guys put my day back on track and I cannot express how grateful I am for there business. I'll definitely be using them for all my window repairs. These guys are great! After my car was burgled by a smash and grab, I called Five Stars Auto Glass after calling a few shops around the area, Albert gave me a good estimate over the phone, and I set up an appointment for later that day. When I arrived at their shop, I took my two-year old and we got a bite to eat at a nearby Popeye s (a McDonalds is also right next door) and walked to a local library just a few blocks away. Well before an hour was up after dropping off my car, we got a call telling us our car was ready. The window looked great, worked better than before, and left me one happy customer. I wanted to take some time to let as many people as I can know that this business is AMAZING. I've unfortunately had to have 2 windows replaced in the last 2 months. I was in need of a quick fix. All of the other window replacement companies were booked for a month. Five star had me in within 30 mins and I was back on the road in about an hour from discovery of the broken window. On top of that the customer service is the best I've seen from most businesses in the PNW. Finally price is affordable unlike the $500 to $600 fee that most other companies charged. Five star treated me well, didn't overcharge me and were very quick. I'll recommend them to everyone.Service: Auto power window repair

Don't let looks deceive you. I was a bit skeptical about it being a house but they are literally OUTSTANDING!!Customer service was amazing and friendly and they got me in the same day. They were able to repair my rock chip very quickly and they cleaned my window too!! They are highly-qualified and professional! I definitely recommend!(4 before photos; 2 after photo included)Side note to include:I've had rock chips before and a broken window. Been to several places and over the years I've learned that when the rock chip is deep enough and causes small cracks, it will be impossible to fully repair. They can prevent it from cracking further and they can make it less noticeable but you'll never be able to fully get rid of a rock chip that is really severe. I'm very pleased with the results of my repair considering the rock chip was very large.
