They trashed the coating on my wheels and scratched my car paint. Initially, they kept one of my wheel center caps and didn't seat a second one properly. They also couldn't be bothered to clean up my brand new tires after install or replace the valve stems like they should have. When I went back to complain, I waited an hour and a half for them to fix some of this. Management avoided me the entire time. The next morning, one of my brand new tires was flat. They had failed to seal the bead properly. Absolutely ridiculous that I paid for this kind of service.

I brought my EV here for a tire rotation. I recommend calling ahead to make sure it will not be too busy. The woman working at the front was kind and helpful. The service was efficient and a good value. I used the car care package which included a tire rotation and inspection.

Tony H. and a female manager helped me today, sorry I can t remember her name. I had a sudden brake issue and they got me in same day. Tony explained all the information about my issue with great clarity, had expectations when fix would be done, and went over all the details. I really appreciate them helping me out! Definitely will come back, the experience of the mechanics are good here! Thank you again! Provided lots of reassurance about my problem and customer service was A+.

I purchased tires online, to ensure they would be in stock, booked an appointment for a routine mount and balance, and dropped off my car early the day of the service. I was told it would only take two hours. I decided to leave it with them, but called and stopped by the shop to check on my car a few times during the day, each time it had not been touched but I was reassured the work would be done soon. Seven hours later I was told that my tires could not be installed until the next day, at the earliest. I was leaving for a trip early the next morning, driving over a snowy mountain pass, so this was not acceptable or safe for me I had made my appointment nearly a week in advance as well. After the manager said he would check on my car and be right back, I watched him grab his bag and leave for the day, never checking on my car or returning to talk to me.One nice employee approached me, and once he heard the details of my day with Firestone, he decided the right thing to do was mount and balance my tires so I could make my trip. I'm very grateful for this. But then the key to my wheel locks was returned damaged from improper use and none of the four new tires were properly inflated.

I tried so hard. Gave them chance after chance. Kept coming back because they assured me things would get better with the new management. It hasn t. Still very unreliable. Timing quoted is always 2-3x longer. Still cannot answer the phone (after days, actual days, of calling). Just not worth it. Never had these issue at Discount Tire and it s more affordable. I wanted to like this place because they do more than just tires. It s just not going to work out. I honestly feel sorry for the staff because they need more help. This place is the dictionary definition of over-promise and under-deliver.

Unable to complete a simple flat repair in 5 hours. Left me with a hole in my tire. Took it to another shop that was able to do the repair in under 30 minutes. I've always had bad experiences with this shop and will no longer use them, even if I do get a gig driver discount. The discount is not worth the incompetence of this shop. Also, if this shop can't use/doesn't honor online booking; why is it available on the website?

Had an appointment scheduled at 10 am. Showed up at 9:57am. Car went in to get tires replaced at 11:39 am. Nearly TWO hours after scheduled appointment time. Before they even started to replace the tires, they did an inspection of the car without asking and tried to upsell me on $290 worth of suggested repairs. After I have been sitting in their lobby for 2 hours, they don't start on the tires...like scheduled, no they want to upsell before they even start on the job that I had an appointment for.At 12:45pm, they finished. In the 3 hours sitting there, I watched and listened to the employees. The manager in charge used questionable language. They gave me a vehicle condition report with my departure. They HIGHLY suggest I get new tires for my vehicle..... same vehicle that just got new tires.I would not return for any services to this location.

Found a nail in my tire and brought my car in at 11:30am on a Friday. They were done patching it by 12:10pm and it was only $20! Adam, the guy at the counter was super helpful, had a great attitude and trustworthy. As a woman, I m used to getting taken advantage of at car places, but this was quick and painless - all thanks to Adam and his colleagues at Firestone! What a solid experience :)

A part on my car was damaged after a basic $20 inspection. The employees claim the part was old and just damaged because of wear. My hood had no issue latching and unlatching before they performed the inspection, now it does not stay closed. There are also dents in my hood that they claim are nicks from rocks that were also not there before. The manager was a nice individual and gave good personal service, and they work hard. But the damages to my vehicle were denied, covered up, left unresolved and damaged.

The lack of communication at this location in particular is absurd. My first poor experience with it was last summer when I took my car in for scheduled services. I was told it would be ready later that day and they would call for me to pick it up. Half an hour before they closed I hadn t heard anything so I called them. Apparently they had to order parts and it was going to take several days for them to be finished. But I had to seek that information. I told the front desk person that this is my mode of transportation to work and a heads up that I would not have that would have been nice. She seemed baffled that I was annoyed. When I finally got my car back a week later, they hadn t even topped off my wiper fluids. I had to go back for that.Today I took my car in for routine stuff- oil change, wiper blades- and a vehicle inspection since my car had done something strange that I wanted checked out. They said it would be ready later today and they d call me. This guy calls me 20 minutes before they close saying it s ready. I said ok I ll be there soon and he says I ll be here until 6 and slammed down the phone. Um, sir? You call me 20 minutes before you close and expect me to get there how? YOU HAVE MY CAR. I had to pay double to get the quickest Uber. When I got there with 5 minutes to spare, the guy was rude, didn t look at me, didn t introduce himself, and didn t offer any information about what they found on inspection. I had to ask about it and he had to look at his records to find out what they did. Which makes me wonder if they did anything at all. I haven t had this experience at other locations, and I ve been going to this one out of convenience. I won t be going here anymore, and I d advise you all to steer clear.

Custmer sevice personal was courteous and professional. My flat tire was non repairable and cocered by warranty. All went well , just had an 1 5 hour plus wait for the job to begin even though I had an appt . Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

A gentleman named Adam was so nice and got 2 sensors fixed on my tires and also notified me I needed a new battery which I knew it was soon. I needed one and I was suprised that he could put in a new battery for me. I had no idea Firestone did batteries as well that is amazing. Adam was great and his customer service rocks. Thank you Adam for all your hardwork. I so appreciate it.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change at 3pm, they told me it's going to take 90 minutes because someone else is ahead of me. What's the point in making an appointment if they're not going to be ready for me at the time I arrive. Firestone clearly doesn't value my time.

The price was honest and affordable. I didn't have to wait too long. I recommend Firestone on Sandy. They're helpful and did a good job with my car.

Brandy, the receptionist, was excellent. The service completed by the technician however, was incompetent. It took over 2 hours for a mount and balance. I asked for my PS fluid to be topped off and old tires put in the back of my truck. He had to be reminded to put the fluid in after my new tires were mounted. When he gave my truck back, he said he didn't know where the E brake was (manual vehicle), when I told him, he set it but not all the way and my truck started rolling forward. Luckily I saw it and jumped in. I got 10 min down the freeway and Brandy called to tell me he forgot to put my old tires in the back of my truck. The next day, I also discovered he did not put any of my tire air valve cap back on. It's concerning this man works on people's vehicles.

They were courteous, professional, prompt and OPEN ON A SUNDAY!!!! While avoiding a tailgater I popped the seal on my right front tire and got home on the spare. This store had my tire on sale as well for my 2022 Ford Escape. So glad I went to this location!

Ian (think that was his name) was so awesome. My daughter and I were driving through Oregon when her car showed signs of overheating. Of course being a Sunday everything is closed. We found Firestone and took her to check as we still needed to drive another 3 hours. He did warn us of the wait, which was fine. Good news is that apparently when my daughter got her car checked a few days before (done elsewhere) they didn't seal something correctly. It was a wait but for peace of mind it was good to know. We did make it to our destination in Washington and then back home to the Bay Area. No problems whatsoever. Thank you so much to those guys. Your time was very much appreciated!

Disappointing experience nothing against the people that work here incredibly hard-working people and I can tell they were grossly overworked by corporate. There was seven or eight cars here as they seem to be the only tire shop open on Sundays I made an appointment 5 to 6 hours in advance, arrived for my schedule appointment, and unfortunately, their corporate appointment website does not speak to the local shop so they were unable to honor my appointment. Unfortunately, the person at the desk did lie about getting that appointment when I first ask about the appointment he said that there was a glitch, and he had not received the appointment, when I showed him my confirmation, that I took a screenshot of he admitted he had the appointment, but was unable to honor it because they did not have enough staff. Sadly this all makes sense and is unfortunately all too common today, hoping for the folks that work here that they can find a better location to work at because they really did look like they were working hard, but very unsupported by the corporate structure there were two people doing everything.

Worst experience I've had. I went in to get my A/C repaired on my car. I never received one phone call about an update on my vehicle repairs. I had to call in every 2 to 3 days to get an update. There were 3 days in a row I called multiple times, and no one answered the phone. I had to go out of my way to go to the shop to check on the car. People were inside working, and office doors were locked. I knocked on the door and was able to talk to someone. The representative said they don't have an update, and the A/C service guy was out of another 4 days and gave me my keys and said i could just take the car and bring it back when he comes back. No, thank you. The end result, my car was there for two and a half week, and they didn't touch anything, and they never called once. I'm never going back to this establishment again.

I'm a former auto mechanic. They did not know this. I'm disabled now and just can't twist a wrench on my car. Troy was great. He offered some suggestions. But did not lie or try to sell me anything I didn't need. Great customer service. As my health seems to keep failing, this may be my new mechanic. I was tired and super frazzled. They still treated me with dignity and respect. A1 customer service Troy and Brandi need a raise. They were honest and a pleasure to work with. Not complete imbeciles but close.... I hate that when getting new tires or any service I am paying top dollar for that I need to double check the work like we're in grade school. 4 tires all with different tire pressures and missing the chrome valve stem covers I just put on the set of tires they took off. Called and asked them to be mailed out and got a "Sure, I will have those to you within 5 days" Its been about 3 weeks.... what a surprise, no caps. If I did my job like Firestone does theirs... I wouldn't have a job. Ridiculousness!Service: Tires

I had the pleasure of working with Troy, and then Justin today, after I managed to limp in with my car that had an unexpected flat tire. They were very friendly and awesome. I didn't expect them to be able to get it done that same day but they did and I am just so thankful. Took slightly longer than they originally said but hey, I got my car back same day and I am so, so grateful. For how busy they were, they really did amazing work and honestly, it was fast and excellent work. Justin wrapped up my visit and gave me tips on what to focus on next in terms of repairs and maintenance. I can't thank you enough, you guys are great! I appreciate it and wish I could rate you higher!

Ian saved my car for a potential blowout. My front right tire was psi 40 and front left was at 22. This was the air put in them by Firestone on fourth plain in Vancouver. When my warning lights went off yesterday and I took it back to them they said it was just a sensor and they cleared it. Imagine my anger when it came back today. Despite that Ian bared my frustration and fixed the issue in 2 minutes. Thank you for ACTUALLY making this right. Now I can get back to work.

A few months ago I came here I was told 2 hours and it wound up being 7. I feel like I should have gotten a call to update but no. When I walked back over they hadn t started working on it 5 hours in. Today I took my truck in for an 11 o clock appointment and was told 2 hours and when I came back 6 hours later they hadn t even started looking at my car so I got my keys back. I understand that sometimes timing can be unpredictable but it s unacceptable to not communicate that to me. I carved out my whole day for nothing now and I still don t have my trucks issue fixed.

Just a big waist of time had to come back a second time then waist more trying to call to be on hold for 49 min, not to mention had to call a lot of times for someone to answer the phone, just go somewhere else it will save you the head ache! Brandi didn't help matters none at all.

Thanks to Ian, Troy, and the others that worked on my Jeep. It's true the wait times were longer than expected but I was prepared with reading material and my phone. Also, some good places to get food nearby to pass some time. Today was my third visit, first was for one issue and second was for diagnosis and to order the part, third was to install that part. Ian and another tech helped me with an unrelated issue nearly at closing. Much appreciated. 4 of 5 stars is related to understaffing, not the technicians or quality of work.

I tried making an appointment two weeks in a row to get my car some important maintenance. First week they called me morning of my appointment to say they have to cancel because one of their technicians called out. Next week I made another appointment - same thing, called in the morning to tell me my appointment had to be rescheduled because a technician called out, so they moved it to the next day. That day s morning they call and say two technicians called out so they need to cancel my appointment again. I m not sure what s going on with their technicians, but I can t wait two weeks to get my car repaired - now that my appointments have been cancelled 3 times in a row I m not sure how much I trust Firestone with my important car repairs. If you need any work done that s time-sensitive or crucial to use your car I would suggest going somewhere else.
