Great experience. Jarret is kind, communicative and timely. He took great care of my car and got it fixed up beautifully and quickly, which is impressive given that I dropped it off right before the holidays. Jarret handled all communication with insurance for me and kept me updated. They even washed and detailed my car before I picked it up looks brand new inside and out. Highly recommend!

My car was fixed extremely quickly and I got a lot of communication at every step about what was wrong, what would be done, and how much to expect it to cost. Prices were very reasonable and no surprise charges when I went to pay. The work was thorough and well conducted and I will definitely be back in the future.

I am new to the area and decided on European Auto Centre based on recommendations. While I was dropping my key in the lock box another customer pulled up and told me how wonderful they are. He was right. They did a great job fixing my car. The price was fair and Jared was very professional and courteous. Thank you Jared for the warm welcome to Portland and for taking great care of of my car and explaining the repair that was needed in a way that was simple for me to understand. You have gained a new customer in me.

Had to leave my Ford Focus here overnight due to the car being funky after driving it through a huge puddle. They were able to fix it right after the next day! Just got it back and it seems to work great. I forgot the name of the guy that fixed it but he's super nice and I think I paid a good amount of money for the fix. I can't recommend European Auto Centre enough! I have taken two BMW's to Jarett for any and all service for ten years now. He's been able to repair all kinds of issues and do maintenance at reasonable cost and quick turnaround vs. the dealers who would charge 4-5 times the price for lesser quality work! A friend had recommended him and I have now recommended him to many of my friends. Small little auto body repair shop but my one-time experience here was amazing. The mechanic very patiently worked with my schedule (which was a whole disaster), informed me on what the issue was and how he was going to fix it, was very honest and responsive in terms of how long it would take to do the job and when I could get my car back. He's got a small parking lot so he gotta get cars in and out fast to serve the next customer. I was able to bring my car in early at 9am and get my car back at 3pm.

Jarett is an awesome guy. He worked on our car a couple of times and was always honest and straightforward. Easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. Another incredible experience. This is the second time I have taken my car to the European Auto Centre. I could not be happier with my visit. My car would back fire a lot and had a lot of problems. I needed new spark plugs, wires, and some hoses fixed. I took it in when they were really busy, but Jeff was still able to make the time to look at it and test drive it to see what exactly was going on. Jeff and his team did a lot of work to find out what exactly was wrong with my car. Not only was the pricing more than generous, the work was done quickly too. Everything works very well now and I am no longer worried about driving my car. I will only take my car here from now on.

I just moved to Southwest Portland, and needed to find a trustworthy shop to work on my BMW X5. I took it to Jarret at European auto center, and have had a good experience overall. Prices are very fair and Jarret was straightforward and honest. I recommend you take your car here for any future repairs!

I had my sons low mileage C320 repaired by European Auto Center after having numerous expensive repairs done at the dealer but still had an illuminated check engine light. Jarrett went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem, repaired it and kept to original quote all while keeping me updated every step of the way. I cannot sing his praises loud enough. Thank you for your extreme professionalism, honestly and willingness to go the extra mile.

Jerret and his father are honest and straight forward. They will work on any car, I've been taking my Ford focus, and my Ford escape to them. Never been disappointed. I have also taken my Mercedes, and have close ties to people that brought their Peugeot's... But no one has Peugeot's here.

The crew here was honest, flexible and totally straight shooters. They beat the quotes I had from other shops and worked through some insurance challenges with ease. I highly recommend European Auto Center and will be coming back!

He was very straight forward with me, gave me great service and kept to his quote. In fact I'm pretty sure he ate $100 in labor to match the original quote even after the parts he needed ended up being more expensive. A good mechanic you can trust is gold to a small business. I will be back.

I don't know about other reviews, but this guy seems like once he knows you trust him based on a few small jobs ( such as oil change) he takes you for a ride. He is dishonest, and overcharges you for his services. Hey, I don't even know if he does what he claims he has done on your car. My car service was terrible on two repairs back to back at his shop. He will never get my business again nor from anyone I know owns a Mercedes. Don't be fooled by the cars parked in the front. They are either for small jobs such as oil change or are unfortunate customers getting ripped off like me.

I have patronized a number of car technicians over the past 20 years but Jarett's European Auto Center is by far my favorite. Jarett works with your time schedule and his knowledge, promptness and ethics are unsurpassed.
