Erick s estimate was $150 lower than the Honda dealership down the street. The quality of his shop s work was absolutely incredible. They did routine 10 year maintenance work and my car is running like the day I drove it off the lot brand new. He even gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was done. ALL THE STARS for all the things: friendly, honest, considerate, wildly competent, cleanliness, detailed estimate and bills were sent via email.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Above and beyond. Their reviews left me with high expectations. Their service exceeded what I expected. The pricing is fair. Their work is flawless. Erick and crew are competent, communicate well and are friendly.I can recommend them with no hesitation. I am thankful to have found them and won t bring my car to another shop.They do all of the normal stuff. And if you have complex diagnostic problems or electrical issues, Erick likes a challenge and isn t afraid to tackle difficult jobs.

Erick and his staff are very friendly and professional. He kept us apprised of all the repairs that were needed for our Jeep and gave us a quote before he began. There were no surprises-what he quoted us is what we paid. When we went to pick up the Jeep, he showed us the old parts so we could get a visual of the issues that were going on. (I definitely appreciated that because I don't know much at all about cars!) We will definitely be bringing all of our cars here.

Erick is the guy you talk to over the phone, and through your entire repair process. He took all the time and detail necessary to make sure I was informed, and was great at taking my questions. I brought him a 20 year old Toyota Tundra with +340k mi and a check engine light. With a trip soon looming for me, Erick set expectations and did his best to keep the time in shop low so I could take my truck out of town as planned. I'll be taking it back to him this fall for some work on the 4x4 system. Thanks Erick!

We met Erick a few years ago while buying a car from him, and my wife and I both instantly liked him. We started using him as our regular mechanic shortly there after and haven't used, nor will ever use, anyone else again as long as we have a choice!Erick is extremely honest and trustworthy, and the price is always right for the quality of work you're receiving. A lot of my family uses Erick now as I wouldn't recommend another person in the Portland and surrounding areas. He's worth the drive for me, just to have the peace of mind.

I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to have repairs, diagnostics and maintenance performed on their vehicle. I have now brought both of my vehicles here for work and am very impressed. Friendly, communicative... We were having a car, that is new to us, gone through to know if it needed anything to keep it going.They got us right in, called and texted us and emailed us their recommendations and their bids for the work.Work was done on time and we were charged exactly what they had quoted us.But here is the best recommendation yet... We have other vehicles and an RV and we believe we have found our new mechanic. We will definitely be using them again!

I moved to Portland from Connecticut and needed to find my "mechanic". You know. Like your barber.So my car starts making some grinding noises when I'm braking. Trial by fire time, I have no idea where to go so I Google some local mechanics... This place is right around the corner from me and highly rated. Figured that was a good place to start.Right off the bat - Erick is professional, understanding, and most importantly: KNOWLEDGEABLE. His payment system is streamlined through a quick and easy process that he sends to your email that details the parts, their prices, and why you need them. There is no question or guessing as to what's going on. With this place, you know. The pricing is fair, to boot. I cannot properly describe how painless the process with this shop was.Needless to say, I've found my mechanic.

I took my 1999 Volvo in with check engine light on, stuck temp gauge, and saturated floorboards.They diagnosed the issues right away. Found and fixed the problems. Kept me updated along the way.They were very thorough and I got my car back faster than expected.I highly recommend them!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic

I came to Ericks when my passenger side window wouldn't go back up and i couldn't be happier with the service. Erick and his team worked to fix my problem and worked with me price wise. The window was tricky needing a lot of TLC to get working consistently. Taking my car in for anything has always made me anxious. Knowing I've found a mechanic I feel I can trust is so refreshing. Thank you for all your help.

Erik is very genuine and honest mechanic !I had a pretty problematic car and Erik walked me through the details of all of what had to be done to make it a safe car. He worked with me to prioritize the problems so that it was financially possible without sacrificing the emergency issues. Erik uses a electronic signature email on every detail and won't suddenly go forawd without your sign off and input. I found his shop and him to be personsional and clean. I would refer family and friends for sure going forward. Thanks Erik and company for an excellent job!!!

The seat in my 2005 mini van for some reason became twisted... It was challenging to really identify the cause, but it was clear it needed be repaired or replaced. After speaking to the dealership and doing some research, I consulted with Erick. He was impressively responsive and helpful, he quickly and scrutinizingly (high standards) sourced a used replacement seat, coordinated everything and did the repair within the same day of drop off. The level of customer support, was beyond expectations and blew away any previous VIP service I ever had anywhere else. I felt very confident from the initial call through the completion of the repair and highly recommend Erick;s Auto Tech as a trusted resource when it comes to car repairs and related issues. I've been looking for a long time for a mechanic I can trust, someone who knows tons and can fix any problem with my F250 diesel. Eric is fantastic, fast, and careful about cost. He'll discuss options with me before doing something that is a more expensive option, and has already saved me hundreds compared to going to a dealer. It's a small shop, but I'd happily trade a receptionist or waiting room for better quality & cost.

Color Systems did excellent work on my '15 Focus. I got it back in better shape than it was in prior to needing body work - like new! Yay! Eric was a pleasure to work with and very helpful and accommodating. Plus it's a bonus to give my business to a local shop. I am a happy customer!

I went here a couple years ago. I had a Volkswagen so finding the source of the problem was not an easy task. Eric was always honest with where my money was going and what my options were as to what to try to get it fixed. He ended up fixing it and I kept going back to him for all my needs. I highly recommend Color Systems Automotive. Great and friendly, honest staff.

These guys take the time to do it right! I am a competent mechanic that doesn't have the time or desire to work on my own stuff anymore. I know when mechanics have done the job right or the bare minimum that will keep me coming back for more repairs that could've been taken care of the first time.

My Merecedes Benz Key Defaulted While At Work. Merecedes Couldnt Help Me An Everyone Else I Spoke With Would Just Refer Me Back To Them. I Spotted Ericks Shop On My Way Down Stark And Decided To Call. With No Hesitation At All He Gave Me Other Options Even Referred Me To A Tow Company That Retrieved My Car.I Must Say Ericks Auto Tech Is Honest, Very Understanding, All Around Great Mechanics & Kept Me Updated Every Step Of The Way Even Made Sure Nothing Else Major Needed To Be Done Before I Drove Off The Lott. Will Definitely Be Going Back (No Time Soon I Hope Lol) If I Ever I Have Another Issue Im Truly Grateful Thank You Guys!!

Came in here on a friday after noon no notice or anything explained my ac issues with my vehicle and the boss man said it could be many of things wrong but helped me out had me pull car in took a look and gave me a temp fix until mon when he would order my parts. This all was 10 min b4 closing. So helpful and nice. Thank god because i didnt roast in the scorching heat all weekend... Yay thanks guys

Honestly the best customer service.super nice guy but he's very firm on his prices.the shop is very clean and has a nice place you can wait until your car is ready.over all i will definitely be visiting him again my experience was great.
