Wonderful family owned. Henry is awesome and got my car in on a Sunday and had it done the next day also fixing the motor on my car window that hasn't worked in years. I will be back if I need my windows fixed. Great service. I would recommend this place to everyone. I just hope my windows don't get smashed out any time soon. Someone smashed my window out and ram sacked my car stealing my things. I'm so happy that Henry was able to get my car fixed so fast so I could get back to work. Thank you Dr. Glassman and crew.

My experience was amazing. I have never gotten my window smashed in before.So I was freaked out I called all the window repair shops and Dr. Glassman quoted me $100-$150 cheaper then every shop I called! and he matched my tint!Most of the places I called said I had to go get my tint done somewhere else and they can only replace my window. This shop got me in same day!!! And got it done in 6 hours! Dropped my car off at 8:30am picked it up 3pm!The work is flawless tint is a perfect match my window goes up and down no problem. They also vacuumed my whole car which was nice.Thank you! I love supporting small businesses like this because you can tell they really care.

After calling numerous places almost giving up and settling for a higher price I called the Dr. and Mary really helped us out with a new windsheild. She said this evening or the next day so we took it down right then and there and we were out in 1.5 hours.They are very nice here and do great work.There are food trucks right next door so you can grab yourself something to eat as you wait and they provide coffee inside which is nice.Thank you so much!

Wonderful service!!! I was in a desperate place, waking up at 6 AM to find three of my car windows had been busted and all of my belongings taken from my car. I was visiting Portland from out of town and needed to get back on the road that day. I found their listing and called immediately. Henry answered my call despite the early hour and agreed to meet me at his shop ASAP. He had all three windows for my Audi special ordered, delivered, installed and had me back on the road same day. Appreciate the diligence, communication and fair pricing. Super grateful for his team, definitely recommend.

I was referred by a friend and Luis and family did not disappoint! Good customer service is so hard to come by these days in my opinion so coming here was a breath of fresh air. They were kind and greeted me with smiles (even though I looked a total mess bc I crawled out of bed on my one day off to come fix a window that some jerk smashed in on my daughter s car). So to have a little kindness (and good food at the food truck village across the street), it made my day. I went home feeling a lot better about the situation. Sounds like a lot for a simple window fix but kindness really does go a LONG way. great price, great customer service, great work. :)

I highly recommend Dr. Glassman Repair in NE Portland for auto glass. The owners were helpful, and kind, and the price was great. My 2008 windshield was in stock so I got same-day service. They pointed me to a great food pod across the street while I waited. It was easy and fast to fix my car. Thanks!

They did a job for me over the summer and ended up damaging my door panel and lying about it saying it was like that before they removed the panel. They even tried to glue it back with some black pigment that I m guessing they use for sealing in the front windshields and kept arguing saying it was like that and that I had tried to glue it back together myself. After they charged me $500 for the terrible job they did I got in contact with the office and they assured me they would replace the trim and be in contact with me soon. Never heard from them again after that so I went ahead and just replaced it myself. Picture below is of the damage. If you zoom in on the white circles you can see the damage I m talking about. On top of that they did a terrible job at cleaning up the broken glass and left a bunch of it on the pavement. Go take your money elsewhere not worth it.

I highly recommend this business! My window was busted out last night ( sat night) and I called today got a quote and he was affordable and able to have his man come to my home to install my window a few hours later earlier than the estimated time frame! THANK YOU! He was easy to work with and if I ever need services again ( I pray I don t) I know who I m going too!!!

What a wonderful family owned shop!! My car window got busted, Dr Glassman was able to get me in same day (within an hour of me calling), worked with my budget to give me a lower quote than any other repair shop I called, and their team cleaned my entire car during the service. They were so quick and kind. Conveniently located next to a food cart pod too, so you can eat while you wait for your car to be done. Only took them an hour to replace the window!

People super friendly. Did a great job on replacing my front windshield and a timely manner. Have a super friendly puppy that gets excited. Love this place and would recommend anybody who needs their windshield repaired or replaced or any other windows repair to replace to come to this place. Great pricing too!

Great service! I needed my driver's side window repaired as it was stuck down and wouldn't go back to and the gentle man that was there was very kind. He was able to get me in same day and within a few hours my window was fixed. It's cold and rainy this time of year so I was beyond grateful. Thank you!

My wife s car was broken into and needed a window repaired. Henry answered early in the morning, got us in, and replaced the window and regulator that was broken by the vandal. Would recommend this shop again and again. They were kind, empathetic, and fast.

I took my car to them very last minute on Friday, early Saturday they had the window replaced. Would totally recommend super helpful and nice about the whole situation. I had a quote for a replacement window at a different more known place and it was double what they charged me

Girlfriend s window was smashed around 5:30 pm. Dr. Glassman answered after hours and arranged for an AM drop off and afternoon pickup. Super accommodating, friendly, and they even cleaned the inside of the car!

These folks replaced my windshield when SafeLite refused to do the job. SafeLite claimed they felt rust underneath the seal and aborted the service. Went to A Touch Of Glass to get it inspected. No rust. AToG referred me to Dr Glassman and in less that 7 hours my wonderful little car has a fresh windshield AND the rearview mirror now fits correctly!

Two days ago, we had a mishap in our driveway, that shattered our rear window. Henry had us bring it in, and the staff covered the window with plastic. They drove 5 and a half hours to get a replacement. Yesterday, they picked up the car at our home, replaced the window, and returned the car later. What wonderful, meticulous service!

Absolute lifesavers! I called Dr Glassman Repair last night after discovering my front passenger window smashed out, and first thing this morning there was a technician in our driveway replacing the busted glass. While I hope I don t find myself in this situation again anytime soon, I would not hesitate to call these folks if I did - incredibly speedy, excellent quality work, and outstanding customer service. Cannot thank them enough!!

On a Saturday afternoon, I unexpectedly found my rear windshield shattered, due to high winds causing black walnuts to fall from the tree in my yard. I called my insurance immediately, and they attempted to contact several businesses to do a mobile repair that day, and were unsuccessful. I tried to find a business that could accommodate what I needed, and was also unsuccessful. Everywhere I called was unable to come to me, because it was a weekend. Or they did not have access to the glass, as all warehouses are closed for the day. At 12:30 pm. I understand it was a weekend day, but this still seemed strange to me. So I was feeling completely out of luck and unsure what to do. But I kept trying anyway, and then I called these guys. The man I spoke to informed me that he could come out to me, that afternoon. I couldn t believe it! I was sure some factor would cause it to not be true. For example, I live in Forest Grove, and they are located in Portland. Or potentially they also would not be able to get to the glass stock in a closed warehouse. But they did it! They came all the way out to me, and on a weekend day!! They seriously saved me so much stress and frustration. I am so grateful they were able and willing to help me when everyone else didn t even really try. Thank you guys so much!!!!

This is the 2nd time I've used DrGlassman. Both times resulted in positive experience. The first time they came to my home and my door window changed out fast! They are fast and accurate. Henry is very nice and helpful. There's a nice little lobby to wait it! Also across from the shop is a foodcart! Thank you DrGlassman for a great job!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Glassman and the staff. We had our windshield broken out while staying at a hotel in downtown Portland over a holiday weekend. The owner was so helpful and got us in the same day (Sunday) and had our window fixed in a few short hours. They even vacuumed our car to make sure there was no residual glass. I cant say enough how appreciative we were given we would have had to drive five hours with plastic on our window.

Window was smashed unfortunately during the horrible ice storm. I had called a few prior glass repair companies, and Dr. Glassman wasn't only just open but got me fixed same day in about 2 hours. Super polite staff, excellent repair and even got a nice vacuum for the old glass left behind. Hard workers and very skilled!

After my car got broken into I called around to try to replace my window. Either they didn't pick up or the quote was way too high. Dr Glassman answered my call right away gave a reasonable quote and replaced the glass that morning. They also cleaned all the glass out of my vehicle. I appreciate it . 10 outta 10 would recommend.

I have received services here 2 times and both times have been completely stellar experiences. Not only Have the prices been better than other places, but the staff are very responsive, respectful and timely with their service. I always feel very comfortable here. All of the people are very kind and they do an incredible job Not only installing the window but also cleaning up the mess that was made. I would not get my window replaced anywhere else. I go here every time and every time I've been able to be scheduled the next day.
