These folks were super nice, professional, and fast. My passenger side window was smashed in a break in just a few days before Christmas and they fixed it affordably and within an hour and a half. When I got my keys back, they had not only cleaned up the broken glass inside, but fully detailed the entire interior of my car. It was a lovely touch after an experience that was less than ideal. They even recommended a dog friendly coffee shop nearby I could wait at since I had my pug with me.

We have used Dicount Auto Glass twice for windshield replacement. They do great work and are very informative. I'm happy to return and know I'll be taken care of if I ever need their services again.

We had two car windows smashed last night by some of Portland s wonderful downtown criminals. Thought we d have to drive home 8 hours with plastic on them but Miles and staff at Discount Auto Glass made space in their schedule and replaced them within 3 hours. This is a great shop with awesome people providing excellent service, and I recommend them highly.

I went with Discount Auto Glass because their quote was about 40% cheaper than the other seven companies I contacted in the area. They had appointments open Immediately, and I was able to have my windshield replacement and calibration completed in about five hours. Everyone was friendly and the experience was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend using Discount Auto Glass. Their customer service exceeds expectations. I worked with Dominique and she was fantastic. I brought my Transit in for a windshield replacement and they discovered the previous installer had cut two holes in the frame around the window, which was the cause of a leak. Dominique found an auto body shop that could do the repair at a very reasonable price and managed the repair work while I was out of town for work. I was more than pleased with how the additional repair work and windshield replacement turned out.

So wonderful! We are doing a road trip across the country from Ohio and our car got broken into. Discount Auto Glass was recommended by the local Subaru dealer and they fit us in same day. Everyone working there was super friendly and made a bad situation much more bearable

I can t say enough good things about these guys. Don t waste you time calling around, they are the best price and value hands down. I called and they got me in same day, got it done an hour faster than they said it would be, great customer service, lifetime warranty on the workmanship and quality of glass. When I got back into my car they went above and beyond cleaning up the old broken glass. They definitely earned a new loyal customer.

They are like $100-$150 cheaper than safelite and got me in next day when safelite said 10 days. This is my second time coming in and I won t even call safelite next time.

Amazing speed, service and pricing. They even vacuumed my whole car and put my trip permit back in my window after replacing it. I could not be more impressed and usually I'm an awful person. Thank you!

Got a crack on my windshield and Progressive wanted me to use a national conglomerate. $500 for some random dude in a van to double park and slap some glass on the street?!? No thanks, emailed Toby and he got me into his shop where his guys took their time to inspect and lay the glass on with care.They did such an awesome job I scheduled to go back a week later to get my front windows tinted as well. Once again Toby's guys did a fantastic job and took extra time to get it right even through the rain deflectors on the car made cutting / installing the film extra difficult.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had an exceptional experience having my windshield replaced at Discount Autoglass. The windshield was very reasonably priced and they were able to install in just a few hours. Miles was extraordinarily helpful through the process, and even went the extra mile on ordering a new rearview mirror mounting plate when he noticed the one provided from the dealership was broken. This was completely comped and was simply a favor from Miles - a true testament to the exceptional customer service at this establishment! I highly recommend using Discount Auto Glass to anybody looking for a new windshield!

Somebody broke into my car and within 3 hours of calling around, Discount Auto Glass had my replacement window pulled from the warehouse and brought to their office for me to pick up because I couldn't afford labor, so I had a friend help me install the replacement. Every other option in town I called, they said that it would be 2 to 4 days before they had the glass, and several places told me that they wouldn't just give me the glass, I had to pay their labor to have them install it as well. Discount Auto Glass charged me less than $100 for my replacement window, and the cheapest quote I got anywhere else was $115, before labor.So I got my replacement faster and cheaper and without being strong armed into also paying an arm and a leg in labor.I live in an area where people's windows get hit a lot. I am going to be taking extensive steps to make sure that anytime one of my neighbors loses a window, I recommend Discount Auto Glass on Broadway (sounds like a weird musical, is not) because they made sure that this was a swift and painless process for me, when it would have been neither literally anywhere else in town.

Seem like some real nice people. We are a vendor in Arizona & shipped to Discount by mistake. They did me the courtesy of delivering this to the correct shop & person. They really went out of their way to help a stranger in Arizona. I'm sure they really take care of their local customers... Thank you

Had 4 windows smashed and full of broken glass. Replacement was easy + these guys had my car spotless when I picked it up which was great. Windows were about 280 bucks each for my sedan

I was dreading the hassle that goes with having to fix a cracked windshield. This place made it so easy! Out of all the places I called, Miles was so helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they were done so quick. I definitely recommend them if you need your windshield replaced.

I took my vehicle in for a leaking windshield. I called Monday and they had me in the next morning. The service I received was superb and the customer service was even better. The only small problem was that the A-pillars were a little stained when I got my vehicle back, presumably from gloves or dirty hands, but nothing a little scrubbing can't remove. All in all though was overshadowed by the great customer service I received.Would 10/10 recommend.

Don't let their name distract you from their amazing service. I've had a few vehicles worked on here. I noticed a leak in one of my cars and these guys were the first one that were able to get me in to work on it. Living in the PNW, a leaky windshield can be disastrous. They explained that there was potentially a danger of the glass breaking when they cut it out, but had a part on standby if needed. Not only were they able to to fix it without needing new glass, they had me finished in only two hours. When I cracked my truck windshield a few months later, it was an easy choice taking it back, and had another great experience.Thanks Discount Auto Glass!Service: Body & Trim

Discount Auto was amazing! They were able to schedule replacement of my driver's side window within 2 days for the same price as my deductible (so I didn't use insurance) and it was done in less than an hour. I highly recommend this local business!!

Fantastic experience. They got me in the same day, even though my repair would potentially take them past closing. Actually the repairs ended up taking less than the estimated time. Prices were very good, thought I would pay a lot more, especially for same day service. Got a busted out window replaced and a chip in my windshield. Both repairs flawless, and with a great warranty. They even cleaned all the broken glass out of the inside of my car. Really couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the work the windshield replacement from Discount Auto Glass did. Their price was more competitive than other places and they were able to get me in and get the work done in a timely manner. I have a heated windshield with rain sensors and Toby made sure I got all those features in the new windshield. This is also the business that the dealership (Toyota of Portland) recommends for windshield replacement.
