Ok I gave two stars not for the work they did but for the First Lady I spoke to whom initially scheduled my appointment, she was very helpful and answered my questions politely if it weren t for her they are getting a 1 star and let me tell you why. Ok say I payed a deposit to have a truck held at a dealer while awaiting my pre buyers inspection here at diesel repair or what ever they are (I know they have a web site with a different name) but the day of the appointment for 150.00 I gave them a call to give them a heads up and to also ask what exactly they would be looking for, a man answered who seemed to be very offensive about my question, he spoke over me and I was not even able to voice my commitments I had already made to his shop. He said he would not check the cylinder compression which is an extensive job and I nowadays understand that it is considering you have to take the injector s out but I was just trying to speak with him and get a little reassurance on the vehicle I was about to spend 20000 on. I just wanted to ask him a couple questions but he gave me all this attitude after I told him the last mechanic I paid saved me because he found a bad transmission and only charged me 100 dollars. This man basically just spoke over me the whole time and made me feel desperate when really I just wanted to keep my 200 deposit without investing more and not only that but pay him for his work. Anyway s he hung up on me I think he was mad that I said the other guy looked at my transmission he found the bad sloppy gear by driving the truck go figure you drive the truck when doing a pre buyers inspection. Thankfully, I convinced the dealer (who also committed his time to this guy) to drive 30 minutes with two vehicles back and forth to drop of the truck at another shop which by the way only charged me 120.0. I think this guy assumed I was unreasonable but I am not I just wanted to figure out how to pay for what I wanted and if he doesn t want to distinguish between the two as the expert, well then it s my opinion he would like to take advantage of people. I would assume this man likes big pocket jobs who ask no questions and let me tell you I spend some money sometimes, but he won t be getting any of it. If you don t like my review well at least I don t know your name but I think your the owner. You can have my name though buddy

A friend recommended this shop to me when my truck broke down so I gave them a shot. I was first impressed by how clean the shop was. I feel that price was more then fair and the had my truck back to me in a reasonable time. I am very happy with the work done and will be coming back to this shop.
