I had an absolutely fantastic experience here with Taylor and Boston! From the moment we connected, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, providing all the necessary information beforehand, which was incredibly convenient. It's safe to say that this was hands down the best car dealership experience I've ever had. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I walked away with my dream car at a price that fit perfectly within my budget. I can't recommend Taylor and Boston enough they truly exceeded all expectations and made buying a car an absolute pleasure!

Shane was awesome. He was great at working with me and finding the best loan possible. I don t know what I would have done without him. Very happy with our experience leasing the VW ID.4. Taylor was very well-informed and responsive throughout the process. He was receptive to our needs, and we feel like we genuinely came away with a deal we were mutually happy with. Art, the GM, and Miguel in the service department were also both very professional and easy to work with.

Sam was incredibly helpful even before we got to the dealership! We found the vehicle we were interested in online and Sam provided us with all of the information and next step necessary before driving the two hours to Portland to make the purchase. Once on site, he and the other staff continued to made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle incredibly pleasant and hassle free.

My husband & I bought our dream family car here! It s perfect for both of our kiddos especially with having some big car seats for safety! :) Taylor was very patient and helped us through the process in a time manor. I will definitely recommend this dealership, if you are car shopping :) I always wanted a Hyundai, & that was the second suv Taylor showed us without my husband & I asking him. We left with a 2020 Hyundai Santa fe unlimited with all the whistles and tools!!Thank you!!!!Sincerely a happy purchasers.

Poor experience overall. Here is why. I came in to them because my driver-side window was broken/smashed and needed to be replaced.Upon car pickup, there was still sharp window glass pieces all over the car ground. They didn t vacuum it or try cleaning it.The price was beyond high!! I paid over $700 for parts & labor to get a small car driver-side window replaced. And they couldn t even clean the broken glass on car floor.You get this advisor person assigned to you when drop-off your vehicle or get services but still I had never met the person. Instead I was shuffled around to 3 other employees during the course of my experience.

Nightmare service, avoid at all costs.I didn t want to bring our car back here after they installed our catalytic converter backwards a few years ago. Seriously, there are words stamped on the thing telling you which direction it should face. But after someone tried to steal our car and damaged the ignition we were told by other shops we contacted that a dealership would have the most luck finding the parts.After nearly 6 weeks the ignition was replaced. Picked it up on a Thursday morning. Thursday evening it would not start and the next morning the battery was dead. Take it back again. We re told that the work they just did on the ignition has nothing to do with the car not starting it needs a new fuel pump .We re seriously questioning this but Travis assures us that if this doesn t correct the issue, they ll be responsible and will figure it out.Well, we pay for that and get the car back again. Again it has trouble starting and is now stalling and dying while driving. It happened to me on the highway and was pretty scary. We bring the car in again. We receive no contact, no acknowledgment of the situation. Instead we re TEXTED a quote for nearly $15,000. Yes $15,000. It s a 2007 vehicle worth maybe $4000? There is nothing else included in the text, no explanation or context.So they have returned our car to us twice in worse condition than it arrived to them. And instead of taking responsibility, communicating with us effectively, and working to correct the problems (that again, were only present after the car was in their possession for 6-8 weeks) we re sent a quote for $15,000. Haven t been able to contact the service manager. It seems everyone there is perpetually away from their desks .This has been a truly awful experience. We haven t received anything close to customer service and our car is in worse shape than it started with no acknowledgment, apologies or solutions being offered. Avoid at all costs.

I had a good experience coming in for a specific pre-owned car. I spent roughly 5 hours with the sales representative, Taylor, who seemed to understand my financial concerns & questions on doing a trade. I have a brain injury & process slowly; I didn t feel pressured or rushed, which I appreciated. Seems like a good team of staff at this site. And I bought the car after a long discussion & patience.

They took my car last minute which was appreciated, but the communication about it was very inaccurate and poor. I was first told I could pick it up one day, but then said they missed a part that was broken. I was then quoted the wrong number on the phone. The quote was for one piece of the project, not the total project. When I came to pick up my car, the price was way higher than expected. I was given a discount on the spot, but I m pretty unhappy.I already spoke with Jessica and fully understand the communication errors made by the department including telling me my car was ready when it was not, telling me the wrong part they were replacing, and not responding to my texts asking about cost before picking up the car. I was told the service lines weren t working and they don t know why they didn t get back to me.

Update: I received a call back from the Service Manager who apologized and provided reasoning for the confusion. She then offered to bring the rental car to my location so as to help with the inconvenience, which I appreciate greatly. Updating my rating to reflect this recent interaction.I left the lot with a car that had some inconvenient (but not unsafe) structural issues. After driving it for a few days I asked if they could take a look because I thought something was odd and they confirmed my suspicion. They told me to bring it back 3 weeks later so they could send it to another body shop. On that day, I called ahead to make sure that they were ready for me to bring it in. They said yes so I drove over but when I arrived they weren t expecting me, didn t know what to do with the car, and said they did not have a rental - despite the fact that the repair would take several weeks. They could only tell me that they would call me whenever they get a rental in . I have little faith in that follow up and I am fairly certain my appointment with their partner body shop will be delayed because of their lack of organization. Overall, I ve had the brand new car for a month and it s already caused more troubles than benefits. I urge others to try a different dealership unless this one is very close to your house.

Cannot recommend. I was looking for a car they would need to order or find elsewhere. They told me they had options enough for me to sign for a price, but I was never allowed to see the MSRP, the window sticker, the options the cars had, NOTHING. Until AFTER I signed a contract/final price. I've never dealt with a place so shady and underhanded. If I had not been set on a Hyundai I would have walked out. I do have to wonder if I was a man if they would have been willing to show me window stickers or the MSRP. If you have a choice, go with another place that will show the actual paperwork and information on cars before you buy.

I bought a 2021 Ionic Hybrid from them in 2021. Have taken it in for regular maintenance. About a year after I bought it there was a sensor going off, the first time I brought it up at one of the services they said it would cost $200 to just look at it. So I just took it home. The next time I took it in I brought it up again and the guy looked it up and my extended warranty covered the diagnostic. They checked it out and it was a brake actuator. It was almost a $5000 fix which luckily the extended warranty covered. However less than 3 months later the sensor has been going off again. I'm not sure how it broke again if it's the car or the work that was done. I drive for a living so I put a lot of mileage on the car and the dealerships warranty was 3 months or 12,000 miles to be covered. And I went about 13,000. When I bought the car I got the extended warranty and now the insurance company said it should be covered by the dealership and the dealership is saying it should be covered by the insurance. Something that was JUST fixed shouldn't already be going out. I think next time around I'll go with a Toyota because I don't think the parts will go out that quick. Pretty disappointed.

The folks there are true professionals and very polite and treat you like a human. This is why I bought from them instead of the Hyundai dealer in Hillsboro, who were just too old school. I found a car online. I called to inquire about the car and Taylor helped me put down a deposit so I could hold the car until I was able to pick it up the next day. Taylor was great throughout the whole process. It was my first time buying a car by myself and he made it very easy and explained anything I had questions on! I m happy with my purchase and would recommend buying a car here to anyone looking.

Everyone I worked with here was friendly and kind. Jacob, the finance guy, went the extra mile to register my new car in the state I m moving to, which was extremely helpful. The lot didn t have much inventory when I visited, but they were able to find the vehicle I wanted and get it to the lot quickly. Overall a positive experience!UPDATE: A year later, I reviewed my purchase paperwork with another dealership and they confirmed my suspicion that I grossly overpaid for my vehicle. It's on me for not negotiating hard enough and for buying a new vehicle during an incredibly stressful time in my life, but for anyone reading reviews, please advocate for yourself and negotiate hard. The dealership convinced me to write a positive review when I bought the car, and I'll leave the words I wrote up, but I regret the purchase and the review.
