We took our car to Pat for simple body work after a minor fender bender. He said that the work would take about 2 and a half weeks to complete. He had our car for 34 days in total. He never checked in with us about how things were progressing, it was always us reaching out to him. He also tried to charge us $750 out of pocket for our deductible when our insurance clearly stated that our out of pocket cost would be $500. Through the whole process there was a lot of false promises given and overall Pat was a challenge to communicate with. All that being said, the actual body work completed was done very well and our car looks nice. But lacking and poor communication is the reason for the low review.

Pat did a wonderful job on my car. He was very helpful in the whole process of fixing it up and communicating back and forth with me, and with my auto insurance company. He went above and beyond. You can tell that he really cares about making sure he sends his clients off with their vehicle perfect and safe condition. He is very personable and friendly, excellent customer service. On top of my mechanical issues being fixed, the car was extremely clean upon return, and all personal belongs in perfect condition. I truly recommend him to anyone.Thank you, Pat!

I was in a major bind of a car situation and Pat went above and beyond to help me. He was able to get my car in for an estimate same day within the hour I called and provided a full detail estimate of repair on that same day.He helped me coordinate having the insurance adjuster come out to his shop and helped with the best possible outcome for my car. I would highly recommend Pat and Diamond Auto if you are seeking top notch care for your car and excellent customer service

I was rear ended by a driver texting and was recommended this shop by the car dealership I bought the car at. Pat was amazing. I live in McMinnville and he had my car towed to him and advocated for me through this whole process with insurance. If you want a repair facility that goes above and beyond and is always in your corner then this is where you need to go! Our car ended up being totaled but that did not stop Pat from being the best resource we had during these hard times after an accident and dealing with insurance. If I ever need more work done I will be coming back. Quick responses, kept me in the loop, and did not insurance get away with anything sketchy.Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend going to Pat for any of your body shop needs. He helped me out over a year ago when some hit my brand new car and it needed a new door. He was super prompt in getting the estimate to the insurance company and ordering new parts. Because the car was so new, the parts took forever to come in (which was out of his control) but he communicated all of that to me and gave me updates as he received them. The work he did was also perfect.Then last month my same car was totaled in a landslide and he has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was able to get my car towed to his shop within a day of me calling him, and get an estimate to my insurance company shortly after that. While everyone at my insurance company has been a nightmare to work with, he's been super helpful and has great communication. If you need any work done on your car, this is the place to go!

I have worked with Pat for over 15 years. He has handled everything I can throw at him and more, including fleet taxi-cab repairs, personal fender benders, and insurance claims. There is nothing he can t do.

This place did a great job painting my car but when it came to simple professionalism they missed the bar. I dropped off my clean car to get three panels painted and got my car returned to me dirty and with my personal items used. There was paint dust inside my car and covering my floor mat, my windshield also was dirtied as if there was mud and a layer of dust covered the front of the car, not to mention napkins from a restaurant I don t eat at was left in my cup holders, my hand sanitizer was dirtied and a sealed pack of gum was taken. I m aware these aren t a huge deal, but it s the fact that they didn t take the time to be more professional. Great paint, bad customer service.Service: Painting
