We stayed coming here when the kids decided to try and wash the car with non stick dishwasher pads, and left scratches all over our car. They buffed them out for a reasonable price. Just today I took the car in because the cigarette lighter/ phone charger had stopped working. They replaced the fuses within 15 minutes free of charge.Friendly service, reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

My car was having issues with starting and at the suggestion of two neighbors I brought it into this shop. I made an appointment to drop my car of thinking it would be diagnosed day of only to have to call them at the end of the day and have them tell me they were to busy to get to it that day. I left my car over night, the next day they said their diagnostic tech had an emergency (totally understandable) and asked if I could leave it over the weekend. I didn t feel comfortable leaving my car in an open lot all weekend so I took it home and proceeded to drop it off yet again the week after.On the 3rd attempt of having it diagnosed they said I needed a tune up and new coils and quoted me at ~$1400!!! I absolutely could not afford that price and they charged me $150 for the diagnoses.I decided to take it to another trusted mechanic (they are further away and I wish I would have gone to them in the first place) and they fixed my car for a way better price after doing a proper diagnoses and finding it wasn t even related to the diagnosis comfort had given me. I m so glad I didn t fork out over a grand for a diagnoses that wasn t even addressing the issue my car had.I do not recommend this shop. It was a waste of time and money, I don t even understand what I paid $150 for.

I was very impressed with not only the work but the customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and communicative. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. I ll be going back with any future issues I may have with my vehicle.

These guys were great. My car didn't come with a front license plate spot for some reason. Brought it in and they were able to problem solve using parts at the shop. Easy to work with, very well priced and friendly.

Super helpful throughout the entire process, from booking to getting set up with a rental, and also accommodating my special requests. Turnaround was fast, results are great, they went above and beyond. Hope I don t have to come back soon, but would absolutely give them my business again

These individuals performed admirably! The car appears brand new. They offered a highly competitive price (20% less than others), picked up the car sooner than competitors, and completed the entire repair process in just three days (while others quoted two weeks). You can trust them!

I called several times to schedule an appointment for one specific issue (a bent door panel) and they insisted on putting my car photos through an AI estimate program. Being AI, it incorrectly diagnosed my car with a ton of issues, drawing in minor scratches I don t want fixed into a need for an entire fender replacement. The estimate totaled to $3,277 almost the entire outside of my car replaced, with waste removal as an added cost. They ignored my request, tried to scam me into problems that don t exist, and then dismissed me after I stated a preference for in-person evaluation. I went elsewhere to get my car serviced.Update: in email they threatened to get their lawyer involved (basically sue) right after I posted this, I m assuming in reaction to this review. They claimed I am harassing them-I told them to stop emailing me and they emailed me again. It is my right to comment on my customer service experience. It is my honest opinion that a great amount of these reviews are paid actors, but of course I cannot prove this.

Solid guys. Solid work. I was referred to Comfort by Les Schwab for work on my power window. After going through the service process, I can safely say that this will be my go-to shop from now on. Very friendly and accomodating. Went above and beyond and buffed my headlight for no extra charge. Bravo!

I didn't have anything broken, I actually needed a modification. A little outside their wheelhouse as most shops put things back to factory specs. I'm building out an Overlander suburban and tried to put on tires too big for the truck. Comfort Auto was very accommodating and said that they would cut out my Fender where the tire rubs. I had seen the hackjobs on YouTube and was a little nervous as my Suburban is quite beautiful for a 1999. When I went to pick up my truck I was beside myself. The repair looked Factory, unbelievable, couldn't be happier. I spoke to some of their employees and found that they take a lot of pride in the work that they do.Extremely happy,DaveService: Body & Trim

We received excellent service and the work was done very promptly and professionally. We had a big dent in the driver s side door that made the door difficult to close. There were also some repairs needed to the front fender.The bid we received from Comfort Auto was about $1,000 less than the other bid we received. The vehicle was finished in a little more than a week. We are delighted with the service. The vehicle looks brand new!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Comfort Auto got me in quickly and fixed the problems from my mass air flow sensor and had my car back by early afternoon. They were very nice and explained my options. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had significant vandalism on my new car while downtown, chose comfort auto to complete the auto body repairs. My car looks like new again! The paint match was spectacular and everything works perfectly. Would recommend and go there again but hoping I don t have to!

Took my car here for a minor repair; they had me back on the road in a matter of minutes, and while I waited I watched the owner graciously help out some neighbors who had a dead battery. Kind, straightforward, and trustworthy.

Quality service at a fair price. I work near Comfort Auto and have previously always gone to my dealership for car work. As of late, they have been booked up six weeks out, and I got sick of it. This is the second time I've used Comfort and I've been happy both times. They also got my car in within days, not weeks!

they were so professional, kind, and gave my car a quick and easy fix for an extremely reasonable rate. it was a minor job and i asked if they had some time to just squeeze me in, and they were on it and got me out of there in 20 minutes. such sweet guys!

Great auto shop. I was nervous bringing in my older car to a new shop, but they took great care of me. Able to diagnose and replace my alternator in less than one business day. Kind men who I interacted with that treated me and my car with respect. Will be going back for any car needs!

Wow. The guys here really helped me out and I'll be taking my car there from now on.I was in an accident and had my car towed there. Steve was great and communicative with both me and the insurance adjuster. When it was decided the car was totaled I brought in a used car for them to inspect before purchasing. They were super lenient with scheduling and I was able to get in the next morning.They did a thorough inspection, allowing me to watch as they went over all the pros and cons of the car. They even helped vet the seller, who ended up being a wholesale dealer (which he did not tell me when we were emailing so I was a bit skeptical), by asking all the right questions.I'd recommend them to anyone!

I brought my car in to Comfort Auto because I was having some idling issues and my check engine light was on. They diagnosed and fixed the problem much faster than I expected. It was ready the to be picked up the next day. They were very communicative and friendly as well, and even gave my car a courtesy wash. It is now running great, maybe even better than when I first bought it. I highly recommend Comfort Auto and will be back for future car maintenance.Service: Engine repair

My Volkswagen has a coolant leak and they managed to get me a solid diagnosis of what is going on. Found things another shop had missed.Were extremely helpful and cool throughout the whole process, I ended up not getting the repair done today because I m gonna try and do it myself due to save some money. Hopefully I wont need to get work done very soon but I would definitely trust them to work on my car in the future.Haven t felt like a shop really went out of their to try and make something work for me, well ever. Stand up guys all around.Thanks for your time y all!

Probably the best shop I've ever been served. They took my vehicle last minute with a leaking coolant problem. Diagnosed it quickly, and repaired it next day. I couldn't have asked for more.

A few months back I had a leak in my car and took it in. They adjusted some things but weren t sure if they fixed it, so they didn t charge me. I wasn t sure for a while because the rain had stopped a bit and I wanted to be sure but the leak is totally fixed! I m so thankful for my experience with them. They were so kind and helpful. I m always wary being a woman at car places, but these guys were awesome.

Start to finish excellent service! For the first time I didn t feel like I was being sold a bunch of stuff I didn t need I m getting ready for a long cross-country trip with my family. After the service I received I feel my family and I will be very safe on the road. Piece of mind like that is priceless! Truly excellent service all the way around! The prices were fair and my bill ended up less than the original estimate! This is a wonderful neighborhood shop that definitely makes you feel like the customer matters. They helped me to repair the rear bumper. I was suprised when I pick up my car. The car totally like a new car. And also, they work very efficiently. They estimated the repairs to take from Tuesday to Friday, but the work was done a day early. In addition to repairs, they also cleaned my car inside and out.
