HONESTLY The most UNPROFESSIONAL business I've EVER dealt with. Owner is definitely NOT someone who should own let alone run a business. I drove over 4 hours to get this vehicle. Asked a simple question about the vehicle and he proceeded to get an attitude and was VERY RUDE. Did NOT give one care in the world about any concerns I had about the vehicle I was purchasing. He told me to leave if I did not like it or if I was going to question his vehicles. Asked to negotiate a price and he got offended and AGAIN proceeded with his little man syndrome attitude. Definitely VERY DISRESPECTFUL.ZERO STARS!!!!!VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Advise to not deal with them especially steve is the biggest scam, claims to be a Christian man to sell damaged cars. I bought a car with a blown head gasket after a week of purchase and he stopped replying. They would hide a check engine light with a permanent marker imagine!

By far the best experience I have had buying a car. They are straight forward and easy to talk to. They were very kind to my two daughters as well. 100% recommend buying from there.

I was a bit concerned before going in by reading all the bad reviews. But here's what I experienced:Front desk was very accommodating. The office is comfy, they have a cute bunny jumping around. Front desk answered all my questions and she was super kind overall. You get to test drive any vehicle you want, by your own. They have a variety of options in their inventory. Most of the "old" cars seem to sit there for a while, the one I picked was there for about a year. I tested a couple and found the one I like. When discussing the price they were doing their best. And ended up giving me a good deal. They have car fax printed for you to review, I'd say they keep it straight forward, no big dealership kind of communication. You walk in, test a car, discuss the price and it's a yes/no. They would have already given you the best they can offer.Vehicle-wise, I picked up an old car, felt great when testing, was skeptical about the engine and stuff that might have some problems (because the price was lower than the market). Got inspections today and the car has only some minor issues which can be fixed under a couple hundreds.I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience purchasing a car from Columbia Sales and Service! I found a car from CarGurus which lead me to this dealer. The car was priced right for it's condition, the carfax was provided, so it was an easy purchase. I worked with Sara, she was helpful and attentive throughout the buying process, especially when working with my credit union to finalize the loan.I had a minor tire light appear after the purchase and they provided me a loaner vehicle while fixing the issue. Everything was resolved within days and I've been very satisfied with my vehicle purchase ever since! I recommend going to this dealer for your next car!

I'm soooo grateful I found this place to buy my car! I had some issues initially, and I panicked, basically due to the fact that the last time I bought a used car(from Apex Motors in Parkland, WA), the car crapped out less than a week after I bought it. The dealership was like sorry about your luck! However, Steve and Mahila put me at ease and went above and beyond to solve the problem immediately. I will buy from here again when the time comes, I'll recommend them to anyone I know who's in the market, andI recommend this place to anyone who wants to be absolutely sure that they are getting the best used car experience. Thank you again!

They happen to have my dream car in stock. Went to test drive & instantly fell in love with the car. Great communication reasonable pricing, very knowledgeable & went through the whole process in a detailed manner. Cutest bunny hopping around! Got approved within minutes. Thank you Sara for everything you do!

I was a bit leery going in, having just experienced both corporate and small-business car sales tactics, but they were excellent. They had a surprisingly wide (and clean) inventory, but didn't look overcrowded. They had clear and courteous communication, both in person and remotely, without being pressuring at all. They allowed me to do a test drive on several, and pre-purchase inspection on my top choice. They were straightforward about their fees, not even falsely inflating the registration and title fees like some places do (here's looking at you, Ron Tonkin), and they followed through cleanly with filing those for me after the purchase. 6 months later, I'm still very happy with my purchase from them.

UPDATE- When test driving the car my husband mentioned it shifts strange in 3rd gear. They brought out their mechanic and he said it s fine . Over time it got worse. We took it to the transmission shop and come to find out, the transmission is done for and we need a new one. Bought the car for around $6k and a new transmission costs $4k. Long story short, they knew something was wrong but decided to scam us anyway. So that s awesome.Bought a vehicle from them and they were super helpful and honest. My husband is a mechanic so we were happy the motor didn t have any issues. He thought it shifted funny but they assured us it just hasn t been driven in awhile and it was fine. Will update if that happens to change.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was so excited to go drive a 2013 VW wagon from this dealer, I called the day prior to set up a time and let them know which car I was test driving. I had said the 2013 VW SE which was 9k, the man I spoke with confirmed and everything was set and told me the WV SE would be ready for me to drive. The next day I show up to the dealership and am ready to testdrive. I go in and the receptionist knows that I'm there to drive the SE, she disapears for 10 minutes to grab the keys, when she comes back she tells me the car is gone. She brought out the mechanic or something and he told me the car was at the auction and he "was under the impression I was test driving a different car." So the car that I had set up the test drive with had been at the auction for over a week I guess, the guy that I spoke with prior neglected to tell me that and they continued to pretend they had the cars mixed up.The receptionist new exactly what car I had come for and I didn't even set up the appointment with her. This is disgusting that I took the time to drive here just for them to tell me that the car I had an appoinment with was actually at the auction. I know carsales men and their tactics but this is horrifying to me. Don't walk away from this dealership, RUN!

I have bought many vehicles over the years from this establishment and have had a good working relationship. They have helped me with repairs when I needed them and have been more than fair. I'm understanding that I'm buying a used vehicle and that used cars are just that. I assume understanding and use an educated choice in my purchase. If it needed tires or a repair they were happy to help and get me a fair price. I recommend them to friends of mine with confidence.

The team at Columbia were a breath of fresh air after my long car buying journey. My salesperson was patient and never pushy as I looked at the cars I was interested in. She was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle. They have a good stock of cars at a fair price and are transparent about any issues a car may have. I wish more dealerships were like this one. I fully recommend buying from them.

My parents bought a car. They didn t get all proper paperwork to proceed to license it. Upon that, my mother called the owner to address the issue. He proceeded to get rude with her, get loud, and even hang up on her. Watch your temper bud show some professional. They don t check fluids or nothing prior to buying neither. Watch out

Used car dealer. Nice to your face. Fast in business and paperwork. They are gonna hide info about the car to get your sale. Didn t want to tell me about water damage in the car I bought (I already knew it was a factory defect on this model.) Didn't want to show me any paperwork from previous services. Only Carfax. If it were a different make/model or you aren t a car person then seriously BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about 3 weeks ago sight unseen I live three and a half hours away when I got there inspected the car myself super clean inside outside underneath but the next day I noticed there was a little leak I thought was oil long story short the o-ring of my transmission had a big chunk out of it,and with this dealership I signed an as is warranty, these folks, Steve and Sarah went above and beyond. They even overnighted the fluids I needed for my car this dealership definitely has my business from here on out and I would recommend them to anybody the service these folks gave me was absolutely amazing a very happy customer thank you Columbia sales and service

Vary unprofessional went to look at a 2005 Audi tt quattro for 10k online they said everything was good on it but there was something wrong with the gear shifter. You had to put it in second fast then in to reverse really fast and hard. Didn't get to talk anyone in finances was told it would be 50% interest for the car. The mechanic guy was really cool tho gave me his honest opinion of the car and to not get it. Nice people but unprofessional in a lot of ways would not recommend this place drove an hour and half to find out there was something wrong with the transmission. Over all not a good place to go to for a car.

This dealership was amazing! We just bought a mini van from them and our bank made a few mistakes so we had to keep going back and forth. The workers were so patient and kind. Very friendly and accommodating! For our next car purchase I would return!

My fianc and I had bought a car from them in good condition inside and out, as the ad mentioned everything was pretty much like new tires etc. We noticed driving at night when it s raining there were scratches all throughout the whole windshield and it makes it very dangerous to drive, it makes seeing very difficult. Not to mention the ad said the tires were like new, but my fianc looked at the tires closely and they are like 40% new, they re practically bald + all the tires are not all the same brand. In the future we would not buy another car from them, also when we were getting our loan from the bank; we had asked them to send the title and information to our banker. First time, she didn t get nothing in her email, second time nothing again. We had to call for the third time for them to send it. Also the girl on the phone sounded annoyed about that even though that s her damn job. Very unprofessional and I wouldn t recommend buying from them.

The owner of this dealership has no problem selling you a car with problems and trying to charge you to fix them later on. He was very rude too. I came to this car lot because of a lexis rx 300 I saw an ad for on craigslist. The owner was very rude, didn't seem to care much about me or the questions I had about the car' The OBVIOUS things about the car that weren't working he sort of shrugged off; Not all of the door actuators worked, air conditioning didn't work, and a couple of other easy to fix issues. I felt uneasy about his attitude but he agreed to fix some things and call me when they're done. After more than a week went buy I called to check on progress of the car and he was very rude on the phone. I decided I wouldn't do business with him. A few weeks passed however and I couldn't find a better car within my price range. So I called back and His wife assured me they were sorry and glad to have my business. He and I agreed to a price and I bought the car a few days later once all the work was finished.I drove that car for a few weeks, 10 mile daily work drive. nothing crazy. I ended up blowing a head gasket and needing that fixed. I called the owner of Columbia sales and service and he assured me he'd take care of it. I had the car towed there and he "fixed the issue".However, when I showed up to pick up the car once the worked was finished(showing up completely unannounced) his wife informed me that she "couldn't find the keys" for it. ok, well in the mean time while they scrambled around looking for them the owner called and had wanted to speak to me as he unfortunately had step out for the moment.(oh darn) He went on to tell me about the work they did in having the head rebuilt and installing it and the cost for him was around 2000$ He wanted me to pay for half of the repair because he felt like I should be responsible as he had no idea whit I had done to it!? Umm no thanks. I had noticed when my car died that it was WAY overfilled with oil, I had not even checked the oil as the car was literally just out of his shop and I was trusting. This is pretty likley what caused it so. When I told him no his wife popped up with my car keys (which felt like a move they made to stall me so he could try and charge me even though they knew they had no right to)and I said good bye. He said "well good luck". In an ominous way as remember. I went to jiffy lube and had the fluid levels checked. cool.A few months pass doing my regular daily drive, a beach trip, nothing too crazy. Maybe 6,000 miles were put on it. The engine seized up on me on the side of the highway and now the engine needs to be completely replaced. There was obviously more wrong with this car than I was informed of and I would guess that him and his team knew about these problems and tried to not only pass them off as my fault but charge me for them. I would never trust this sleaze ball If I were you.By the way.... this is the very first review I have EVER taken the time to write.

First off, talking with anyone on the phone at this establishment was very rough, with each individual sounding as if I were just a waste of their time. I talked to 3 different people, and felt that if this wasn't their job, they wouldn't even have given me the time of day.Secondly, I find it very unethical of this establishment to price out their vehicles the way they do when said vehicle had major problems surrounding it. Having sent a pre-inspection mechanic to look at a car that I was interested in, his final report stated that the car in question was nowhere near ready to be out on the lot. Now, I know that they pick up their cars from the auctions, but not making sure their vehicles are mechanically sound is b.s.

I have had three cars fixed here and the work was perfect for a lesser price than I expected. They did exactly as agreed. They knew how to deal with the at fault parties insurance company.
