*****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***** Great family run business! Uriel and the team are just amazing. Uriel worked with the insurance the whole time, I didn't have to do a thing he took all the stress off of me. When I came to pick up my car it looked absolutely beautiful! They took the time to clean and detail my whole car! It looked as good as it looked the day I bought it. They are very professional, fair and very reasonable!! If you're needing work to your car call Collision Werks! And talk to Uriel, they're amazing!

Highly recommend taking your vehicle here!! I took my Jeep Patriot in for what I thought was a simple leak and they had discovered there were multiple leaks all throughout the back end of the car. They kept me informed through the whole process and even ended up salvaging some of the parts so that I could save a little bit of money. That is not something you can typically say about auto body shops! Will be back for future repairs when I need them.

Was able to get my car in relatively quickly, & once I brought it in I got it back only a week later looking good as new! Really appreciate the work you guys do & for a reasonable price, would definitely recommend these guys did a great job on my car. I ll forsure be coming here if I ever need body work done on my car in the future. :)

Tony and Katie were very helpful in explaining what they needed to do to fix the damage done to my car. Katie was really knowledgeable about the insurance process and that helped a lot. I have brought my truck to Collision Werks twice. Once after I hit a deer and then a second time when I got re-ended. Came back a second time because Troy and his crew did such a great job putting my truck back together after the deer strike. Was always kept in the loop which eased my mind. Never have to worry about poor quality. Very thorough and felt that they treated my truck as if it was their own. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Troy is very personable and rates are incredibly fair. I got quotes from other body shops after an accident and his prices were significantly lower. The quality of work was top notch, and the turnaround was incredibly expedient. He even washed my car and let me pick up on an afternoon the shop was supposed to be closed. Can t recommend him enough!

Troy and his staff went above and beyond in repairing my car and giving me peace of mind. He provided me regular updates and I never, ever worried that my repair and my car would not be taken care of. I actually feel as though it's even better than it was before! Troy went above and beyond on my car! Replaced my front fender and painted it. Was very generous with helping me with some extra work that needed done and even washed it for me before I picked it up! I brought my car to Troy at Collision Werks and I am here to tell you ~Troy is serious about his craft. Not only does he have an eagle eye for detail he is thorough and honest. I was over the moon happy with the work he did on my car. Then before he handed me my key he washed it and it had also been vacuumed! I was referred to Collision Werks by a car dealership where I had purchased a used car. They did such an amazing job on the car I was going to trade in that I decided to keep it! Just recently, I had them fix a hit and run dent and they again did a fantastic job. Troy is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. Went above and beyond on my job. Troy had excellent customer service. Was even able to help my mom with a fix that was not originally discussed, got the job done in a timely manor, and even gave the car a wash before we got it back! I highly recommend this establishment!

Bill is great! He knows his job, he understands what you need and really will try to help you! I had very few time to solve the problem with my rented car, and the time and prices I have been told before visiting Bill were insane... I took the car few places and thought I have no chance to repair that within my budget and tight time, but what suggested and did Bill was really amazing! Thank you so much! You should have much more great reviews and clients man, you deserve it! Thanks again!P.S. by the way, the other guy, Garry, who did the main technical job deserves high appreciation also! Billy was really helpful in navigating insurance.When I decided to go to the out-of-pocket route instead of through insurance, Billy was really helpful and transparent about what repairs were needed for safety reasons and what was purely aesthetic damage.He was very transparent about what needed to be fixed and the implications of cutting different corners.I didn t feel at all like he was trying to get as much money out of me as possible like I have at other auto shops. He took the time to understand my goals and talked in detail about the best way to get there as inexpensively as possible. He was extremely helpful during a stressful time. Highly recommend!

This place is the best to go to. They have worked on my car several times, but my car was in a bad hit and run case and the owner Troy worked on it right away so I wouldn't have to wait to get it back. He was so good to work with. Billy, the owner is TOP NOTCH!! Seems to be a very busy man but not too busy to be pleasant and very helpful! I was in a minor fender bender, Billy and one of his employees fixed my car 2 days earlier than expected, Billy even went the extra mile. He noticed a few things that needed to be fixed...and fixed them! AT NO CHARGE! This was my first time going to Collision Werks, but it certainly will not be my last!!!! If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would!UPDATE...Yes, Billy did clean my headlights. But I must retract my 5 stars, actually I'm really quite angry ..I had asked him to fix my driver's side window as it was stuck in the down position. Sure, he SAID he put in a new motor and "ONLY charged me $150. Cool. Not. Yes, it worked for exactly 9 days. Went back to him, but he couldn't get me in till the next week, then it was a few more days cuz he had to order the part, but said, "I'm only gonna charge you for the part, no labor"... another $150.Long story short, it rains a lot where I live so I couldn't wait. Found the part on Amazon, $40 and my nephew said he would fix it. Low and behold, I find that BILLY DID NOT CHANGE THE MOTOR, NOT SURE WHAT HE DID but the original window motor was still installed. (Forgot to mention that when Billy put the window back together, he "forgot some screws", what's worse, blamed me for losing them!)Anyway, if you need bodywork done, I would think twice about going to Collision weeks, in my opinion, the owner, Billy, is shady as heck!Updated rating... 1 , don't let his smooth talking cool you!!!

I called in about a month and a half ago to ask about a damage in my truck, i don t know who pick the call but he sounded rude on his answers, i tried to explain the situation and he interrupted me saying i can t do anything because i am not looking your car! I asked him about an appointment, he came up with i don t have any appointments for today! I didn t want to ask for future appointments. They need more customer service skills and treat future clients with respect. I called McCord s Toyota and they fixed it for less than 250 dlls. I m never going to call these guys again.
