First of all, this auto shop is really amazing working on new cars, they worked on my 2024 Subaru and they did a great job. We can t even notice where the damage was. Zach was very friendly and did an outstanding job with communicating step by step on the repair of my car. Thank you to the team!

Classic Collision was State Farm's recommended body shop following a car accident. I was a little nervous to use a body shop recommended by the insurance company of the person who hit me but it was a great experience. Awesome communication along the way, delivered on time and even popped out another small dent as a courtesy. My car is "new car clean" and ready to go.

While taking my car here did ultimately end in the car being totaled, the staff and service at Classic Collision was wonderful. They were all friendly and helpful, eager to respond to all questions that we had when bringing in our little Subaru after what felt like a fairly minor accident. The process went much quicker than we could have hoped and while the insurance part was not fun, the experience at Classic Collision was a great way to buffer the loss of our car.

From the beginning to end I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Classic Collision. Zach had amazing customer service and made sure I was aware of everything that was going on. Classic Collision was able to finish my car one week early which made super happy. When picking it up, the team members had washed my Subaru and vacuumed the inside. I was beyond thankful for all the extra love and care shown to my Subaru. I can not recommend Classic Collision enough! They will now be my #1 shop to go to when my car needs repaired!

The best customer service I've had from anywhere in a long time! Repaired my vehicle in a timely manner, communicated honestly, and had fair prices. I'm completely satisfied and happy with the end result. They even washed my car inside and out as a courtesy! Would recommend this repair auto body shop to anybody that'll listen! You guys are A+. I wouldn't wish a car accident on anyone, but if you do need repair, Classic Collision in Multnomah Village is the place to go. Jim Bowen, General Manager, was excellent in his communication style and kept me well informed of progress or delays ( that were out of their control). The car looked beautiful when it was finished and it runs well. I am thoroughly pleased with their work and rental car arrangement.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I had my Chevy Spark repaired here after I was rear-ended. It looks fantastic, like the accident never even happened. The repairs were completed faster than estimated, and Zach kept me well informed

My wife wrecked our minivan, and we brought it here to get it worked on. I have absolutely no regrets. There was a delay in some of the parts but there was constant Communication and updates and we appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help coordinate rental cars and keep everything above the table we had no questions, and no concerns they took care of it all. 100% satisfied and will use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got rear ended in my 2019 Dodge Charger & chose Classic Collision because it was close to my house and had several great reviews. I m so glad I did because Jim is fantastic! This was my first accident so I had no idea how this process worked, and he was so helpful & sincere. He did extensive research on how my car was pieced together and provided all documentation/proof required by my insurance for necessary repairs with urgency. I couldn t be more pleased with my experience here and I truly feel he had the best interest and safety of myself & my child at the forefront. Thank you Jim and everyone else at Classic Collision for your honesty and dedication!

I liked how they kept me up to date on my repair. They got me a rental quickly, too.Unfortunately I had to return twice. Once because they had sprayed clear coat on my passenger window and didn t catch it in inspection. The next day I noticed damage to my bumper and had to bring it back again.I m glad they owned up to the mistakes and fixed them, but taking it back multiple times was a hassle. I d only recommend this shop if you live close by.

I worked with Jim at Classic collision recently for two separate auto body repairs to my vehicle. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and they made it extremely easy. They worked directly with my insurance, arranged a rental car pickup/drop-off, and communicated updates throughout the process on the exact schedule I requested. I brought my vehicle in for repairs at Classic Collision Multnomah Village because of a Geico insurance claim due to an unfortunate hit and run incident. Geico provided me with three different service shop options in the area and I'm so grateful I chose them! My experience began on a rainy Tuesday morning where I was warmly greeted by the gal running the front desk who was prepared and helpful with further documentation. Then, I was assigned to my Service Advisor, Oscar Varela, who collaboratively worked with me to inspect the damage to be repaired. He even noticed further damage that was caused by the accident that I'd not detected! Once everything was noted, he worked to prepare a plan for service, created an estimate in a timely manner and proceeded with work right away. Happy to say that my vehicle was taken care in a matter of days! Thank you to Oscar and the rest of the crew for such a great experience!Service: Body & Trim

My car got keyed, and I was referred to Central Auto Body by my insurance. I was so impressed! Chase was helpful and thorough when checking the damage on my car, and kept in contact with me with updates about the course of action to fix my car, and when it would be ready. They did such a wonderful job! It's like my car was never damaged. Not only did they do a great job fixing the side, they also wiped down my dash, and vacuumed the floor mats of the front seats! Everyone that I interacted with was so professional and patient, even when I was in a rush to get my car and hurry on with my day. I'm so thankful for the wonderful work they did on my car, and how easy they made the process.

This is my second time visiting this shop and I ve had only great experiences. I ended up with a scratch down the length of my car from someone s attempt at a parallel park. I took it in and he decided to polish it out versus fully repainting, which sped the return up significantly. Within an hour I had my car back and it looked perfect; you couldn t tell anything had happened. Everything was so fast, professional, and easy. Everyone I ve interacted with here has been super friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work on their car.Service: Body & Trim

It was a great experience. My car was repaired quickly. The results were flawless. Paint was matched perfectly. Everything looked good. Staff members were polite and professional. The gentleman from the rental agency was great as well. Got me into a great car and explained everything very well. If your car needs work, sent it to Central. They will take good care of you!

All around great body shop. From quality of work to customer service. Lee truly cares about his customers and makes sure they are happy when their car is returned. I had done work to my car at a different body shop near my home and i hated it was not happy. So when I left it at this body shop I was worried especially because I was from riverside. Once i went to pick up my car i was blown away on the paint work. Everything looked great and Lee definitely took care of my car. They work with the insurance so it makes it hassle free for the customer. They also give you calls to update you and give you an estimate time your car will be ready. Absolutely loved this place.

We didn't have a major job and I was concerned that we wouldn't be taken seriously -- needed a rear view mirror repaired after I damaged it while backing up. Quite the contrary -- they were great! Timely, professional and cost-effective -- everything about this transaction was excellent. We've been fortunate in avoiding major damage for quite some time, but when it occurs I'll head straight to Central Auto Body to get it fixed.Service: Body & Trim

My car was well taken care of at Central Auto Body. Repairs were done timely, especially given the timing of the Christmas holiday. Very professional staff. Was picked up at the repair shop and shuttled to the car rental. I was able to leave the rental car at the repair shop when I picked up my car...super easy and convenient. My car looks great. In addition to the repair work, my car was detailed and looks brand new!!! Thank you.

Had a great experience here. The customer service was excellent, they walked us through the process in detail and our car was like brand new in no time. Jonathon was very kind and worked to make sure the price was affordable for us. I'm hoping we won't need to repair our car again anytime soon, but if we do Central Auto Body in Multnomah Village will be the first place we'll call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are amazing! They finished a repair the same day (including obtaining parts!) on my 2019 Subaru Outback with high quality work, detailed the car and even installed a hitch as a courtesy. Bottom line is my car is better than before it was damaged! Wow!

Great service and communication! I had a few scratches on my bumper from a collision. They fixed it quicker than their predicted timeline. Moreover, they cleaned/vacuumed the inside of my car and fixed my broken car key fob. They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate that! I d recommend them to everyone!

Took a little longer than expected due to a backorder on a certain part, but other than that, my car looks great again. Abby's Collision Center has been amazing twice for me. I chose them the first time because they are located in my neighborhood. I chose them the second time because they do quality work and actually care about their customers. Everyone there is wonderful but especially Tim. I was so grateful to have him in charge of my claim. He didn't just make sure that my car came back to me flawless, he also made sure it came back to me on time when I needed it. I didn't even need to contact my insurance at anytime during the process of repair. He handled everything for me.

wow wow wow! This Multnomah Village Auto Body Shop performed the work on our car amazingly fast with Precision quality. This is the first time I have used this business. I hope to never need their services again but if I do they are the only ones I will go to. They even surpassed the insurance company's expectations. incredible people to work with. Excellent Customer Service!On our way to the coast for a special weekend, our car broke down in front of Central Auto Body Multnomah - literally, in front of Central Auto Body! Even though we needed mechanical assistance and not body work, these guys were all over it! They helped us get a new battery and a fuse so that we could safely get to our dealership for additional services. They easily spent two hours helping us but they didn't charge us for their time.Thanks again for all of your help.The Bowmans

I was impressed...friendly staff, organized, had all the necessary paperwork to get things started, and a clean, organized shop. Now, after the repairs were complete, they again had all the paperwork completed, the check out process was seamless, and the car looks BRAND NEW. They did an amazingly good job, the car was detailed inside and out, and looks showroom fresh. THANKS. I'm truly impressed!

Fast service, great communication, quality job!! Someone hit my car and it needed body work. This is my first time going to a car body shop and my experience couldn t have been better. They took fantastic care of me and my car years ago when a semi crushed my parked Wrangler against a curb. I went back to them after my parked Liberty was smashed into (it's a curse, apparently). They have always explained everything to me, were incredibly patient while my insurance sorted itself out with the assailant's insurance, and were entirely willing to fix up the car even after my insurance considered it totaled. I went back to them because I knew I would be in good hands with their reliable loaner, and my car would be in good hands as well considering my Wrangler looked impeccable the last time. Furthermore, as a woman I am always a bit wary of being treated like an idiot or getting swindled despite my decent knowledge of my respective cars...I have always felt respected by the friendly folks at Abby's. Highly recommended!
