I just got a lot of work done at this place, they were fast and easy at scheduling my drop off and pick up. Lupe was fantastic. The only downside I would say is from my wreck I had a very obvious alert that my license plate light was out and upon pick up after I was driving I realized they never repaired it. But other than that they were cool, my insurance recommended them. Just be careful pulling into this place it s in a busy cross section and the bus stop divides the parking lot weird.

Hector the manager has gone above and beyond what I could ever ask for. He has updated me on every move they have made. It s been a relief knowing that my car is in good hands. I have been to a few other car collision places and he has blown them out of the water with customer service Get this man a raise before the holidays its well deserved. Thank you.

Had a really good experience here, and Aaron (I believe his name was...), was really communicative and helpful. Someone had smashed the entire right side of my car in a parking lot (hit and run), and the pictures attached show the awesome repair job they did at CAB! They let you know EXACTLY what they're going to do to your car here, and don't do anything more unless insurance is picking up the tab or they explicitly get consent from you. Hands down best body shop I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with quite a few, living in collision prone PDX.

This is the place to have a fast and wonderful experience, Joe is the one to get for estimates and costumer service, I had a repair done under the last name this location had 3-4 years ago and I m glad I came back to them, my car was done in 3 days and everything is high quality, professionalism and they treat you like family! Great customer service here... They have amazing body technicians who have talent, love thier jobs. Which by looking at their work must make a difference, amazing fast clean repairs. The front estimators were so friendly, i witnessed one of thier great body tech. Stop his work mid way, come out to the front of the shop and help this poor lady with a bumper fix and it was smashed . Took him no more than 15 min then he was snapping it back in place and she was gone... This was a free charge fix. For free.... Crazy no shops have custoner appreciation like these guys and i highly recommend you bring any vehicle here in need of some repair or paint... 5 big

SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Paid $132.00 for them to tell me exactly what autozone told me for FREE!! I was quoted $120 for the diagnosis and was charged extra for plastic and wiping down my car.. Ron Tonkin Toyota charged me $50 to diagnose the issue and it was an error in the code!! Saved me $1200 (which I was informed by Toyota that it was an outrageous amount)!! Please call around. Toyota also was very clear that if it was a dime over what they quoted me they would call me to get approval. I always avoided dealerships because I thought they were so expensive, but it turns out they re the best these days.I dropped off my car at 7:40am and called at noon to get an update, they claimed they hadn t even touched it. Called back at 3:30pm (8 hours later) and tried to tell me it would be another hour to hour and half to get a code. Now the paperwork says the code was ran just before 9am, so why wait SO long to inform me? Or does their $10,000 machine take THAT LONG to spit a code out? When I asked for more specific paperwork on the code the gentleman was very upset and tried to tell me he wasn t doing this .We had came here for YEARS and this is not the same place it use to be when Roger ran it. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Had a tree branch fall on my car breaking several windows and denting a door beyond repair - fixed everything to as-new condition. Then, over a year later had some paint chip off the door they had replaced. Brought it in and they repainted, no questions asked - also cleaned exterior and interior of the car while it was being repainted, which was awesome.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a wonderful experience working with this shop! They were very clear and transparent about my car repairs, and went above and beyond in terms of customer service and professionalism. My car was repaired in a timely manner and they did a great job! I highly recommend these guys for any maintenance concern! They seriously have your best interest in mind! Kudos to Jason for being a great help and for his customer service!

Worst experience of my life. Basically called us a liar when they didn t even call us. The receptionist said her colleagues would never lie and put a fake report about having called and left a voicemail. They don t know how to do their job. They proudly claim having so many years of experience yet can t even do their jobs right. The receptionist said sounds like you re blaming us for your mistake . Of course I am if you re lying. I can contact my phone company to give me MY call history and rub it in your faces. Please teach your employees better customer service skills. I want to give 0 stars but don t have the option. Be thankful for this one star.

After being rear ended on the freeway, I was directed to Central Auto Body on Division by the insurance company. They where extremely helpful, work with the rental car companies for pick up and drop off, and where great about explaining car things to a non-car person without being condescending. They kept in touch throughout the repairs with detailed updates which is great for building trust that they know what they are doing and care about your individual vehicle. I got my car back earlier than expected and it looks amazing. It is clean, everything looks perfect, and they even cleaned the inside!

I have been to/tried several repair shops and this one is far and away the best I have ever dealt with. Communication is frequent and honest. The quality of work is stellar. They handle both mechanical and body work with professionalism. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is both safe and is returned to you in pristine condition. I highly recommend them. Honest and transparent, with phenomenal customer service! My car was done in a matter of days, and earlier than anticipated, and they kept me updated.This was my first time requiring an auto body shop for cosmetic damage, and they set the bar unspeakably high for other shops; though I fully intend to return for any and all future needs. They made the process simple, which I greatly appreciated.Thanks so much! My car looks great!

Horrible customer service and not so sure if trustworthy. Initally got my estimate from them and they scheduled me a month out for drop off and repairs. A month later on my scheduled drop off they tell me no parts were ordered and they need me to come in for another estimate and that I could not leave the car there... Why wasn't the initial estimate good enough? Not sure. Didn't receive any calls or responses during that entire month. When I would call in for inquiry they kept saying they were too busy to take my call and they would call me back. Nope. Didn't call me back. Had to cancel with them to find a better shop. Please save yourselves the headache. I wish I had.

Brought my car in for a fender bender repair, and these guys were so friendly, professional, efficient and easy to work with. I got the car back a day earlier than expected, and it looked as good as new. Plus they vacuumed and cleaned the interior...bonus! This was my second super positive experience with Central Auto Body, and I will definitely go back. Highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience at this company was, without doubt, the best I have ever encountered. The service was professional, timely and the work was of the highest standards. The experience was memorable and I will always rely on them to service all of my car s needs. I always look for two things when others do work for me. 1. Would I return? and 2. Would I promote the organization to my friends and family? The answer to both of these questions is ASOLUTELY!!! I encourage anyone who needs their car serviced/worked on to take it to Division Mechanical & Tire. No job is too big or two small for their expertise. They are an amazing organization!!!

Highly recommend. Someone backed into my parked car in a parking garage last Oct. I found Classic Collision through my insurance. I spoke with Lupe and Eric to get a quote to fix my front bumper and a rusted scrape on my car panel. With the supply chain issues that have been going on for the past few months, Lupe was extremely communicative with me about putting a date on the calendar to get my car fixed when the parts came in. The parts took almost 3 months to come in, but once the parts came in Classic Collision whipped my car into shape in no time within less than a week. She looked like a beauty again. Communication and level of professionalism throughout the process were definitely appreciated. Thank you.

I can t say enough positive things about this location. Their staff is REALLY friendly and helpful and everything was coordinated with my insurance company so seamlessly I couldn t believe it! My car was done earlier than expected, and I was kept up to date on the progress of it. I seriously have not been a patron of any business in the service industry where I encountered a more professional group of people who made me feel like my car was their number one priority. This place is worth the drive! I d go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Central Auto Body @ Division! Oh, and the deliver your car to you washed and vacuumed

I had some storm damage to my car and Progressive Insurance recommended this shop. At first I was reluctant to accept the advice of my insurance company, thinking that they would want me to go to the cheapest place rather than the most skilled, but after speaking with Lupe I was sold. They did a great job, were prompt with everything in their control (a part took a while to come in but that wasn't their fault), and helped recommend care and protection of my new paint job and panels. Thanks!

I was amazed at the level of service I experienced with Central Auto Body. I came in with a pretty complex wreck to the front of my car, involving many damaged, interlocking parts. The staff was incredibly knowledgable and friendly, and kept me informed at every step of the way in the repair process. They were exceptionally considerate of my budget range, and worked with me to creatively solve some of the repairs in a lower cost manner. I walked away with a pristine, perfectly repaired vehicle, I did not recognize it as my own! It looked like a shiny brand new car when they were done with it. I highly recommend them for all internal mechanical and external cosmetic issues!

New owners have really brought this business up to date! As soon as you walk in you can see they take customer service seriously. I had my wife's car brought in for some diagnostics. We were pleasantly surprised by the updates we received. We were always use to having to call and bug the shop for updates. Car was done quickly and we have been trouble free since. Thank you Jeff and Jason!

I went here to buy a couple of wrangler tires on the cheap. I thought they were good tires and had been using them for years. However, Doc talked me into some Duramax tires for snow access and I have been totally impressed. Plus he fixed my steering, which I also didn't know was bad! My Tacoma drives like its on rails now. Way better snow tire and does really well in rain puddles all with zero road noise. Ill buy these tires from now on And I ll have Doc set me up. He's a stand up guy and has been great to work with. Id gladly pay the extra $$ for his labor and his guidance. Good luck out there.

This was my first time needing body work and it was a wonderful experience. From the front desk personnel to Garrett, I had a very welcoming experience. The inspection performed at drop off was exceptional. I would recommend Central Auto Body to everyone in need of the services they offer. My car (my baby) looks beautiful.

Super friendly staff! Garrett was a pleasure to work with. Got me in and out in less then 48 hours. They did a beautiful job! Even washed and vacuumed my car. Feels brand new again. Highly recommend!

I was honestly surprised how awesome my experience was! The folks at the Division store were honest and friendly, and the estimate was very accurate. I would also like to add that my car was WAY cleaner than when I dropped it off - I had no idea that it was also going to get a detail during its stay!!! While the insurance companies are basically the worst, my experience working with Central Auto Body was the only good experience when getting rear-ended!

I am glad that I found this shop not only was their quote reasonable they also did an awesome job at paint matching my bumper. The staff were really great and friendly throughout the whole process and updated me on every step. I would definitely come back here if I ever need repairs on my car, but hopefully I won't have to.

Let's be honest...we don't ever really want to NEED an auto body repair shop. It is always a forced relationship. We will do our best P.I. work to find a good hairdresser, nail technician, or the best tattoo artist, but we'd really rather not hunt down the best dentist, pest control company, or auto repair shop. Realistically, however, these things eventually become a necessity, and are also worthy of our research. Recently, I was thrust into such a scenario. A young man hit my parked vehicle in a parking lot. He happened to be driving his grandmother's truck, and was fortunately covered by her insurance. The insurance company informed me that I could go anywhere, but upon my request, gave me the names of a few local repair shops. We did some homework, and found that Central Auto Body @ Division already had a stellar reputation, with many positive reviews. I contacted the insurance company and advised of my choice, and had an appointment the following Monday morning. From my first moments in their waiting area, their 5 star rating made sense. Liz was my first point of contact, and had such a calm and confident demeanor. I just knew she had everything handled. She even went out of her way to drive me over to the rental car company, whose Monday was not quite as well organized. The repair itself was minimal, thankfully, and they had everything ordered and completed in less than 3 full business days! They even had it washed and the interior vacuumed when I arrived to pick it up!Liz was the perfect liaison between my insurance company and I, keeping me up to date on the process. She is kind, and knowledgeable with an easy going nature that put me at ease in what I had expected to be a chaotic experience. Everyone I came in contact with at Central were professional, and friendly. While I certainly don't recommend auto accidents; in the off chance that you find yourself in one, I would emphatically and without hesitation, refer you to Central Auto Body. It is a relationship that I am pleased to have made, despite the unfortunate circumstances that led to our meeting.

I can't say enough about how great the guys are at this location. It's the one that Central Auto bought and they took it to a whole new level. I battled with my Jeep for two hours the night before trying to install my new headlights myself. Only could get one and was feeling hopeless on getting the other. They were my heroes and saved the day
