I recently had the pleasure of working with Classic Collision, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, and I attribute much of that to Kyle, the estimator who assisted me.Kyle's expertise and helpful demeanor made the evaluation process a breeze. He took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my vehicle and explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. It's evident that he is passionate about his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.The turnaround time for the repairs was astonishingly quick. Classic Collision delivered on their promise of efficiency without compromising the quality of their work. I was pleasantly surprised to find my vehicle restored to its pre-accident condition sooner than expected.The entire team at Classic Collision demonstrated a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer service. Excellent collision-repair shop. Our new car got rear-ended with significant damage. Classic Collision came highly recommended by my local mechanic. They took my car in exactly when they said they would, their staff was very professional and courteous, and the work was impeccable. When the initial accident happened I was devastated, as would anyone be. I chose Classic Collision, not only because of the claims dep. recommending it but because they had great reviews and excellent customer service! I took it in to get assessed. Martin was the gentleman who looked over the vehicle. Martin, hands down was such a huge help. The first thing he pointed out was the paint and that the previous guys who worked on my vehicle mismatched the paint. Martin kept me updated every other day and would sometimes calls. I picked up the car and it was like nothing ever happened! Martin and his team matched the paint PERFECTLY and got mostly OEM parts for the vehicle. Martin took pictures of the process and showed me, from tare down to finish. Outstanding customer service, very friendly people, and amazing work. Thank you Martin and the Classic Collision team.

They did such a great job on my busted bumper and fender!!! But what I love most is their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chad was so welcoming, energetic, and understanding that I didn t have transportation to and from the repair shop. Their driver here was also really nice. I noticed they also cleaned the interior of my car, including the trunk that had all the broken parts of my bumper! Amazing!!!

I can t say enough good things about Bret, the owner of Central Auto Body and Nat, the manager of this location. I had a slight hiccup with my work, and Bret and Nat couldn t have been more understanding and willing to go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my experience was first class. It is overwhelmingly apparent that they both uphold the highest level of standards regarding their work - and overall customer experience as a whole.I brought my car to Central Auto Body to have them remove my damaged rear bumper, paint and install a new bumper, as well as replace some related trim pieces. Their estimate was fair and in-line with the 4 other body shops that evaluated my car, and the work took a reasonable amount of time to complete.They were able to use all OEM parts for the repair and the quality of the paint job is absolutely impeccable.Needing body work is almost always an unfortunate necessity as a result of something bad happening to your vehicle, but Central Auto Body will definitely help facilitate you forgetting all about it.In the extremely unlikely event that your experience with Central is anything less than stellar, let them know and I can assure you that they will do everything within their power to make sure you leave there 100% satisfied.There s a reason this body shop has nothing but 5-star reviews (with the exception of that ridiculous single 1-star review by someone who somehow doesn t understand that such a highly rated establishment has no shortage of work and can t always drop what they re doing at a moment s notice for unscheduled walk-ins - that s akin to walking into a fine dining restaurant at 6:30pm on a Friday night and expecting to be sat at a table immediately). My ranting tangents aside, Central Auto Body has earned my utmost respect and my continued business should the need arise.

Very happy with the work that was performed on my vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone. The communication and updates were helpful. My repair was completed three days early.

I called to schedule an appointment to repair all the dents and dings on my 2014 Mustang and he said that it's gonna be about 10,000 dollars over the phone. I said come on man, at least let me come in to get an estimate and he said the next appointment was December 5th. I just felt like he didn't want to do the work. I also told him that I got an estimate way under that, it was 4,800 so I wont be doing business with this place in the future.

i think this is the best experience i had for a long time great customer service and the professionalism are in the top. i want to say thank you to Michelle she always answer my phone call and always friendly and right away i get all the answer i need to know. then Kyle this gentlemen who work on my car. He is awesome i get a text and email daily to update about my car and what they are doing with it, i think that is the coolest thing and i actually appreciate that update and i hope other shop do that so you don't worry about your car at all. i got my car back yesterday it's like brand new and I'm so happy. i highly recommend Classic Collision for repair. Chris was great to work with! The repair process was a bit longer than expected, but it s not the fault of the shop. Progressive approved a used replacement mirror from a car yard, it didn t check out well enough; so Chris ordered a new assembly.They were able to get it painted, even though Ford made it extremely difficult, as the mirror couldn t be taken apart to paint it. The shop had to improvise, and it came out great! Matches the previous damaged mirror, and the rest of the car.Very happy with my experience. I did have to call a few times to be updated on the progress towards the end, but I understood they were a busy body shop. They did call a few times before though. It wasn t a problem for me, and they were always nice and explained everything clearly.I will definitely take my car back, if I ever need any body repair work done! :)

Came here after getting rear ended. Read solid reviews and had a personal recommendation. There were some issues and my car did have to be brought in more than once to get it completely done. I brought my car in for an estimate on my passenger door. They contacted the insurance and coordinated a rental with enterprise. They communicated all the details with me as soon as they could. I literally did nothing. Just dropped my car off.Their work is amazing!!!! My car looks like nothing ever happened. I would recommend a thousand times over. Everyone here was very nice and professional. All repairs exceptional and they even carpet cleaned a part of my back seat. Only negatives I have is that I got the car back with a sticky steering wheel and an awful attempt at cleaning the inside of my windshield. Super friendly very and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone that needs any sort of repair to their vehicle use classic collision. Originally I was told that they would have my car for two weeks and they ended up finishing the job in six days. Very very happy with the work that they did

I got into a fender bender after swerving into a guardrail to avoid someone else s accident in front of me, so my car needed some repairs. My insurance had me go here and I m very pleased with the outcome. I dropped my car off 3/10 and it was completed 3/18 even though they quoted me until 3/23. Chris was who worked with me at the shop and he was very communicative as to my car s status every couple days. It looks even better than it did before the accident. To top it off they even detailed the inside of my car so it was nice and clean when I got it back. I would definitely recommend them.Service: Painting

This was by far the best service I ve ever had with an auto body shop. They were professional, Courteous and flat out awesome. I had hit a deer in Bend and they fixed my car in less than a week! They even detailed the interior of my car. I felt like my car was brand new. They even had a rental car waiting for me when I arrived to drop off my car and the best part, they had my car ready a whole day sooner than expected.I ve been to other body shops and none of them have treated my family and I like these awesome folks at Central Auto Body. I highly recommend. Thanks guys! You re awesome.

Chad and the team were highly responsive and on top of every aspect of getting my car repaired after being sideswiped by another driver. It couldn't have been a more seamless experience for me - they coordinated with insurance, had the rental car company waiting at the auto body shop when I dropped off my car, provided timely and detailed updates, and most of all, did a great job on the repairs. Hope I don't have the need for any body work done in the future, but if I do, I would 10/10 head back without a doubt.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The whole staff was amazing and helped me with an insurance based claim. They quoted me a respectable amount of time for the fix based on COVID supply demand and shortages. Martin, the estimator for my car, was friendly and clear about the process. I would go to him in a heartbeat for more work. Also, the front desk manager was a huge help! I wish I remembered her name, but she made me feel comfortable and offered me hot chocolate which I first denied, but then came to and realized I hadn t had that in years! It was so good and overall, I give this place 5 stars outta 5. Thanks Classic Collision for getting me back on the road without a headache! Chris K and the team here were so awesome! After being in an accident you feel vulnerable and uneasy. Especially as a woman, not knowing a lot about cars in general. Chris was comforting and positive. He made sure I knew everything that was going on. Anytime they had an update, he called. My car was finished three days earlier than expected. He even took care of my rental car for me. Central Auto Body made getting my car fixed absolutely stress free. They detailed the mess that the wreck caused inside and gave it back to me like brand new. I m so happy to have it back and even more that it s in such great condition. He even said I could call if I had any questions in the future. Thank you SO much Chris.

The team at the Capitol Hwy location were a pleasure to do business with. Nat Novotny did a great job of estimating the damage to my car and made sure that all of the repairs were done in a timely manner. He had my rental car available when I dropped off the car which made the transition flawless therefore saving me time. When my repair was completed and I picked up my car I was extremely impressed not by the quality of the repairs done, but also by how clean my car was. This shop went above and beyond and if I have another unfortunate incident with a vehicle I will be returning to Central Auto Body to have the repairs done. This team restored my faith in the fact that there are still professional businesses out there who really go the extra mile for their customers. I wish that this review offered a 10 star rating because they earned more than a 5 star rating.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is not my first experience with Central Auto Body! I continue to return because of the professionalism and communication. This last car accident took over 6 weeks to repair due to the extensive damage. The staff was responsive anytime I had questions, communicated the timeline throughout the process and returned my car to me on the promised date! Chad was so helpful and the repair looks great! This is the 3rd time I've used Central. They are great! Always faster than expected, cost was exactly what was quoted, professional and honest. I was surprised to pick up my car and it was detailed inside and out. Chris was great to work with. He even took the time to buff out a couple of spots that weren't involved in the work done. I used Classic Collision because they were in network with my insurance and because of the great reviews. They did not disappoint! Chris was extremely helpful and friendly through the entire process and gave frequent updates. Our car looks brand new!

I have been waiting to leave this review after driving my car for a month or so after my collision repair and so far my car is doing great! I brought my car to makins auto body which has great reviews but they ended up telling me that i couldn't get my car in for several months and told me my car was safe to drive until then when i knew it wasnt. I decided to get a second opinion with this spot and im glad i did. They took my car in right away and helped me get a rental car so i could travel safely until my car was fixed. Getting around safely is such a big priority and i would trust these guys in the future with any car repairs i need! They also have great customer service and made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Would recommend!

Until today I would have given this shop 5 stars without hesitation. We have used them for years, they were our first stop at keeping our Uber car in perfect condition.Today, I was told by the estimator to take my car elsewhere, dealing with the insurance company of the driver who hit us was too much of a hassle. So, I will.I m very unhappy right now. We ve moved, so they are no longer conveniently close, so I will find another shop who is willing to help us navigate the insurance issues and, if they make me happy, they will get our future business.

Central auto body did exactly what they promised and were very friendly and professional. Finding out that they had taken my car to get alignment done and all checked out mechanically as well as a nice finish detail was a wonderful surprise. They also offer a lifetime guarantee on their work. I won t hesitate to use them again in the future should the need arise. Top notch outfit.

This was an insurance preferred auto body place, so I wasn t expecting much as far as customer service, but they were wonderful! From initial contact and estimate visit to finished product, I was pleased with everything. They handled the rental car situation and kept close contact about progress. Repairs were done a day before promised. And everyone I dealt with was beyond nice and very helpful!
