I backed into a car and was really worried about the process. Classic Collision was so informative and streamlined and I am highly impressed with the results. I am so glad Geico uses this place because everything was perfect. I really like Nathan (he seems like a manager) because he had great energy and I knew my car was in good hands. Highly recommend this place

We have been going to Classic Collision for a few years now for body shop needs. Their customer service has improved, and their attention to detail is phenomenal. We hit a deer a few years back and took it to a different shop, and right away Classic Collision noticed how bad of a job they did.We recently had a hit and run that left extensive damage on our vehicle, and Classic Collision did their job and provided with excellence.We definitely recommend this body shop, our insurance process ran smoothly.

My estimator Nathan was friendly, prompt, communicative and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to try and get my vehicle back to me as fast as possible. The repairs were excellent-- no complaints-- in fact better than before I was rear ended.Unfortunately, in the final process of detailing and cleaning, a large chip of paint was dislodged from a previously undamaged area of the vehicle. There was no argument from Nathan or the regional manager, both were friendly and didn't hesitate to fix it.I can't imagine there's anyone doing it better in the area. Very pleased with their service.

Was rear ended and decided to have the driver's insurance go through McCollum rather than someone in their network, and I am so happy with this choice. They made it as easy as possible (can't say the same for USAA) to get scheduled, as well as drop off my car and pick up my rental in the same trip. Fantastic people. The girls up front are great. I felt like I was kept in the loop consistently regarding my car's status. The impacted area looks better than new. They do a great job and cleaning the vehicle inside and out and clearly take great pride. I cannot suggest McCollums enough. Thank you guys!

I m not happy with their service I took my car to fix front bumper they stole my original headlights and put like $70 worth of lights they took some of the lights from inside the car my original lights worth around $900-950, and they told me it ll take them a week to fix the car but they gave me my car back after a month. I m really upset it s not fair I worked really hard to earn money and people likes this take advantage of innocent people I don t recommend this shop to anybody people please be careful they are thieves. I went to them and told them to give me my lights back they said it was broken I told them to show it to me they have no proof of it I went for a bumper issue but a lot of my stuff are missing.

Sadly, I've been here more times than I care to admit, but they always gotten my vehicle fixed up and back on the road with quality. The automated text updates are also great, so you don't have to call into the shop for updates.

Been here before, very helpful, great ethics. My car was hit by a hit and run driver. Car was parked in front of my home. This is what they did!! Late at night nobody heard anything. Mirror was down the street. I know McCollum Auto Body will do a great job.

Horrible job paint job is really bad it doesn t match the other color of the car they told me got a new bumper but they just fixed the previous and charged me extra.. not happy at all

Great service, great communication. We got regular updates from them and our car was finished ahead of their estimate. Insurance paid so I can't speak to price, but the service and the work was excellent.

Left swirl marks in clear coat the looks like scratches. Now we have to miss more time from work because of their mistake.....follow up. Ok they fixed the clear coat. Looks great. So maybe ill go 3 stars...the problem is when i first called them they said id have to bring the car in to be looked at that a picture wouldnt work. So upon bringing in the car we were asked if we were gonna leave it because it may be hours. No we didnt have time or could not leave the car. Then thanks to social media all of a sudden a picture worked. Bring it back ASAP. They fixed it in 20 min. Just disappointed they were making it an extreme hassle on my part until I posted. Thank you social media.

Back when Classic Collision was still McCollum Auto Body they were great. They were extremely thorough and quick, would clean the exterior and interior of your car before pick up, and generally, made the lousy experience of being in an accident as pleasant as it could be.Sadly the same can't be said for the new ownership. I brought my car in after getting rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and Classic Collision kept it for the better part of a month, as they wouldn't order parts unless my car was physically on their premises, and then proceeded to blame the "great resignation" for a lack of available technicians and "supply chain problems" for their inability to get parts on time. All told, their business practices left me with a $1000+ rental car bill on top of a $500 deductible (McCollum had loaner cars they'd give their customers for free, but that was another customer friendly practice the Classic Collision owners did away with.)A year and some change later, my car got hit in a parking lot. Even though I already had a claim, when I called, I was told to expect the same schedule again (apparently it's a favor as they're looking out for my "safety"). I'd have naively lumped that, but luckily, had the foresight to call a few other shops, and found out that holding a car as collateral isn't standard at all, and that a competing body shop recommended by my dealership would let me drop my car off with them the day parts arrived, meaning I'd end up paying for a few days of a rental instead of a few weeks.You can do better. Spend a minute or two looking around on google maps and save yourself a large amount of money.

The actual price was more than double the estimate but I guess that happens often with collision repair. They got my car in quick. Took about a month to get it back. The morning I picked it up it had a flat that couldn't be repaired. They weren't sure how it happened. They were fortunate that it was brand new tires and they only had to pay to replace one tire on my AWD. They quickly covered that cost. I would have been happier if they had taken some cost off my deductible as I spent half my day dealing with the tire replacement and lost about $100 in wages but they didn't offer me any discount for this inconvenience and loss caused by them. All said and done I would probably still go to them again.

The Foster location was able to give me an estimate weeks before other repair shops could including another location of the same chain. (Most of my car's damage was to the grill and front bumper.) After getting approval from my insurance company, I was able to drop my car off a couple days later, and it was ready in just under two weeks (a bit sooner than expected, despite a lengthy wait for some parts). Everything looks great! During the repair process, I was kept informed by text messages of the progress being made and time estimates. Everyone I dealt with, by phone and in person, was friendly and helpful.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Had the unfortunate experience of my car being backed into only one month after buying it. Luckily he had insurance and a coworker suggested McCollum Auto Body. I gave them a call and I was set up right away. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Kept me very informed on the status of the repairs. When I finally picked up my car, I was ecstatic! It literally looks better than new! I am so so happy with the work and know how of this shop! I had a wonderful experience with McCollum! They kept me posted every step of the way and there were no surprises. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. When I needed to pick up my car at a later date due to the snow they gladly kept my car safe. After they completed body work, my car looked like new, and they even gave it a detail cleaning. Also, my visor was broken and they fixed that too! Just because they are awesome. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely return in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely awesome place. Sending weekly if not bi-weekly text updates so you weren't having to call them for updates and my car came out looking amazing. Also, everyone was super nice and informative. Will definitely recommend them.

McCollum took excellent care of my car. They have a close functional relationship with the enterprise rental nearby. So not only did I drop off and pick up my car at one spot I was able to handle all of the rental process right there in the lobby. They kept me notified via text as to my cars repair progress. Their communication is excellent. My car is not even a year old yet so this hit and run accident caused me a lot of stress! My Subaru is now restored to its prior glory and the process was incredibly positive. They are a Subaru certified collision repair shop which was definitely a selling point besides their great reputation. I cannot recommend this shop enough!Service: Body & Trim

Brought my car there after a collision. The quality and customer service was impeccable! Carissa was very professional and helpful, updating me for the duration of my repairs, Brian handled some confusion with my parts superbly (vendors fault, not auto body). Everyone I encountered at the front office was also friendly. My car was also detailed prior to returning it... AMAZING! They repaired another family member's car previously with excellent results. If you need to get your vehicle repaired, bring it to McCollum for peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I am impressed with my experience at McCollum Auto Body. From the beginning, all the employees were super kind. It was nice that I was kept up to date on the status of my car repair with text messages. My car was ready a week earlier than anticipated and they had vacuumed the inside, which was awesome. Overall, I had a great experience with this auto body shop and so far I am very pleased with the repairs done. Thanks!!

I recently had my bumper and windshield replaced by McCollum and I have nothing but praise for their service all around. Not only were they friendly and easy to work with but their consistent communication and transparency was beyond exceptional. I had the pleasure of working directly with Scott and he went above and beyond to assist me throughout my whole process and even assisted with getting the insurance claim taken care of. So easy and stress free! I got my car back within 4-5 days and about 5 day earlier than they originally told me! Car came back cleaner than when we left it. McCollum does excellent work, and the staff is very friendly. However, they took over 3 weeks longer to complete the service on my car than they had estimated (taking 6 weeks total instead of 3), and without a clear explanation as to why or a realistic estimate of when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. Furthermore, they only completed 1 of 2 claims/orders that they had been commissioned to do, and appeared confused about the existence of a secondary claim even though we had clearly gone through both orders at the time of drop-off. Again, they are very friendly and do excellent body work. But at least in my case, something seems to have been faulty with regard to their internal organization/communication between different departments as well as their communication of accurate and timely information with the customer.Should the second claim be rectified and completed in a timely manner, I will be happy to revisit my assessment. Barring that, however, it is currently difficult for me to recommend this shop to family, friends, and colleagues.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

This place is awesome. The entire staff is friendly, considerate, and know exactly what they are doing. I had the privilege of discussing my repairs with several different employees and all of them were amazing. They were in constant communication with me on the progress of my repairs and they even finished five days earlier than their estimate. Thank you so much McCollum Auto Body. I will recommend you to anyone who need auto repair services.

My car was in an accident while I was on vacation in Portland. Several mechanics wouldn t even look at the car for 6 weeks. McCollum Auto Body took my car in and began repairs right away. Both the body work and the mechanical repairs to the suspension were done perfectly and on time. My car drives as good as new. I chose McCollum because it was on the insurance company's list and it had such positive reviews on Google. They didn't disappoint! From start to finish, they kept me updated via text, spoke to the insurance company for me when there were issues, and coordinated all the hassle with Enterprise for the rental. My car was pretty well smooshed in the accident, and when they completed the work 3 weeks later, it looked and drove like it hadn't even happened. My only criticism, I had to leave one, is that the interior smelled pretty strong of cleaning products, and is taking a few days to clear up. But really, if there's ever an issue I know I'll be going back.

My car was initially quoted 9 days for the repair to be compete. It was done in less than a week! I was constantly getting text updates from Joy on how the repair was coming along, excellent communication on her part! The process was so smooth and very easy to say the least. This place has seriously gone down hill! We have had our vehicle repaired there twice, Great work on repairs and they had it done on time... The second time we went in, they told us about the Detail for Life program. Detail 4 times a year for life? Great deal, so we thought! Started out with a FULL REAL DETAIL, inside & out. Now it's like going through a high school carwash! Some of those are Better... NO Detailing being done anymore! They don't even dry the cars. Very disappointed! Don't sign up for the detail for life... Waste of time!Service: Auto detailing
