I wouldn t recommend anywhere else. The minute I was in contact with DJ, I knew I was in good hands. I took my car in one day for the quote, and the next day they had it repaired better than I remembered it before the accident. If I could give more than 5 stars, I easily would. I m so glad I found this gem and trusted my gut on my place. I couldn t have been happier with the final product and all the details they put into making my car look like a car again!YEEYEE

The initial estimate to replace my trunk and bumper would cost $1500 and take 3-5 days to fix. After taking apart my car, there was an extra part they needed, so it would take 10 days to get the part. Not only did the car rental get expensive, but that mystery part cost an extra $1900, more than double the initial estimate.

This place has been awesome. Very thorough and Tyler instantly makes you feel that they aren t going to cut any corners as the initial estimate and communication with him was very, very thorough. Communication throughout the process was on point and the work they did simply looks fantastic. Thanks Tyler and Classic Collision for the excellent work. Highly recommended.

My experience with Classic Collision warranted a solid review. Family member backed into my new car, their insurance paid for the damage. Classic Collison did an awesome job on the repair. Excellent experience. Thomas and DJ were both great to work with. Thomas explained the process from start to finish. My car was done 2 days earlier then estimated. It looks brand new! You would never know my back door had been crunched in. The paint matches perfectly, which is hard to do with metallic paint. I m a happy customer. Absolutely the best car repair experience we've ever had. Fast, efficient, courteous and accommodating! Work completed ahead of schedule and beautifully done. Was out of town and did everything by phone and email with Bret and Thomas. They took care of delivering the vehicle back to the house without charge. After reading the other positive reviews, I brought my car into Classic Collision after it was hit while parked on the street. They were professional, gave me a detailed quote and were up front about any potential delays. I dealt mostly with Thomas, who was courteous, helpful and provided me updates on the status of the work during the time they had my car. I never had to call to get a status update which was greatly appreciated. I can't compare as this was the first time I needed to bring my car into a shop, but I am very happy with the work done - my car looks brand new! I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

This auto repair shop has my whole entire heart. I ve been going here for years and will never even think about going anywhere else. The customer service is beyond my wildest expectations and the work they ve done on my car is amazing. If you re thinking about taking your car into a shop I 100 hundred percent recommend going here. You won t be disappointed. I took my car in to fix a dent a couple weeks ago and they fixed my tail light, wash my car, and my tires all for free. Whenever I drop my car off I always know that it s safe and I won t have to worry about it at all. Thank you for making this process so easy you guys I appreciate you!!!!

The paint on our 2006 Toyota CRV was peeling in multiple places and we took it to Central Auto Body for repair. We could not be more pleased. DJ and his team took great care of us and they did a beautiful job on our car. Their customer service is top notch and they kept us informed with weekly email updates. DJ, the owner, is a man of integrity and honesty. He told us, "I'm not in the business of fixing cars, I'm building relationships." So true!! Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The process of having my front bumper repaired here was simple, fast, and pleasant! I emailed pictures of the damage and they got right back with options and detailed estimates. My appointment was easily rescheduled when I had to cancel, and the car was picked and returned to me. The bumper looks like new, and they repaired a scratch on the other side of car. Plus, they cleaned the car inside and out. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anybody. A very nice experience in these disturbing times.

Central Autobody took great care of my candy apple red Mercedes CLA 250. They fixed my rear bumper, removed all dents and scratches, and replaced the plastic grill. Their customer service was ON POINT the whole time and everyone I worked with was so nice. Sabrina and Thomas were a pleasure to work with. Communication was timely and prompt, car was ready on time, they detailed it and it looks absolutely fantastic. When I picked it up, I took one look at my car and it was total red dancing girl emoji. 10/10 would recommend this body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Thomas was professional, prompt, and communicative throughout the entire process of my car repair, performing quality work for a fair price. They fit my car in quickly and got the work done in a timely manner. My car was literally returned to me cleaner than I gave it to them. My car looked like new when I picked it up. It was also a relief that Enterprise Car Rentals had coordinated with Cental Auto Body and my insurance and I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car there! Thomas promised the work to be done in three days and it was.. They detailed (cleaned) the car inside and out after they were done. They even shined my tires! It was so nice to get the car back better looking than when I dropped it off.Service: Body & Trim

Good shop from initial meeting with representative (Brandon) to finished product. Everything on time and done correctly. Progress notifications sent on a regular basis. My job wasn't that complicated and it was a cash out of pocket repair. I appreciated that it was handled properly and not in any type of shady way. I got an estimate at another shop earlier and it just seemed like they were going to bilk an insurance company (which they might deserve, but still...). Anyway, Central did a solid, professional service for me at a reasonable cost. Much appreciated.

I haven't lived in Portland long, so I wasn't sure where to go when my car needed work. This shop was recommended by a friend, and I highly recommend them in turn! I was put completely at ease by Bret from the moment I walked in the door. He was patient, helped me navigate some insurance hoops, and was very good at keeping me updated on my car's progress. When I got my car back, it looked great! Thank you for amazing customer service and quality work.

The folks at Central Auto Body-John's Landing were great. Service was prompt. Replacement of the damaged bumper was done much sooner than expected. It is great when an autobody shop completes the job sooner than promised. As an additional courtesy, they detailed our car. It has not looked that clean (both inside and out) in a long time.Service: Body & Trim

I can't thank the staff at Central Auto Body enough for all they did as my car was being repaired. They kept me informed at every stage of the process and did an outstanding job on the repair. More importantly, I explained that I had lost my job and that money was tight. They went above and beyond to hold to the original budget and were even able to lower the cost on some items. I can't thank Chulki and the staff enough for their compassion and professionalism and would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality auto repair.

DJ and the Central Auto Body Team was amazing to work with! They got the part my car needed in quickly (by overnighting it s from Sacramento) and did the repairs quickly so my car would be ready for a trip I was taking. I strongly recommend this shop if you need body work done - and done correctly. I took my car to 3 different shops before this one to fix some body damage caused by my neighbor s irresponsibility and I was honestly appalled at the lack of attention to key details like color codes and how most seem to value turnaround and cutting corners.Not these guys though. I m extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable the staff was and the overall finished product. They also guarantee their work too!

I have had to come to this Central Auto three times now- twice for broken side mirrors and once to locate and fix a leak causing water damage. Car problems are incredibly stressful, but each time I have come to Central Auto they have been kind, professional, and efficient. Their work has always been quality and they have always taken the time to go over any questions or options I have. They are very reasonably priced (I've checked), but it's the people there that have earned my trust and made me a lifelong customer.

A++ Service and Professionalism. I went to the top 5 rated auto body shops on Yelp for estimates and advice after a traffic accident. Luke and the staff at Central Auto Body at John's Landing were clearly above the competition. They listened to my concerns, had a knowledgeable professional for estimates and were able to get my vehicle in for repairs the very next day. All of the staff were professional and transparent about all the work done and costs for repairs. The car was shining inside and out when I came to pick it up. I recommend them to all my family and friends in need. Thanks!!

The guys here are absolutely amazing, from before even brought my car in to the second I got it back. They were more than happy to answer any and all of my questions, they had my rental car ready for me as soon as I dropped my car off, and a detailed my car so it was absolutely pristine when I went to pick it up! I got rear ended and decided to head over to Central Autobody because of its reviews and proximity to my apartment. The customer service was amazing - I was created immediately, listened to intently and then they walked me through the process of repairs step by step. After having an obnoxious experience with the insurance company, and things getting dragged out longer than necessary, they still provided fantastic customer service. They even got the crud off the front of my car without me asking because they felt bad for having my car for so long. 10/10 would go back again. Also my car looks amazing.

Friendly staff and excellent communication about the repairs!My car was finished early and the mechanics went above and beyond what I expected. A few months ago my bumper was hit and dented. Even though that wasn't the reason I brought my car in, they repaired it anyway at no extra cost. This is a shop that really cares about their customers and their work and it shows. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I am very happy with the work they have done for me. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. My 2012 Tacoma looks as good as new, actually better than it has for a while. My only grievance is that their delivery estimates seem to be a little ambitious, but that is of little concern to me as long as the quality meets my expectation. Polite and professional, they provided me with timely updates and ample communication.

I was recommended to this business by my auto insurance for their excellent service and high quality work. I called the business to inquire about the process of working with insurance, estimates and scheduling - the gentleman on the phone was unhelpful and condescending when responding to my questions. I have provided this feedback to my insurance and they helped me find a much more helpful and customer service oriented body shop in the area to work with.

Thomas was such a pleasure to deal with, This was the first time I had my car in with them, was a bit worried due the car is not a common car in portland and require certain care and expertise ( c7 z51 ) , from communicating with the insurance to the updates and followup , The team who worked on the car .Everything was just excellent, Thank you guys for making the unpleasant experience ( someone backed to my car while it is parked and toke off )as smooth & professional as it can get.Hopefully, I don't come back except to say hi ! .Highly recommended

These guys did a flawless job repairing my car. I was on the receiving end of a hit and run and they made the repair process incredibly easy. They worked directly with my insurance to get a fair estimate (the original estimate was a ridiculous low ball) and took the time to explain to me how the insurance industry works. Without fail, I received a call every Tuesday and Thursday that my car was in the shop with an update of the process. Highly recommend these guys!
