I always come here for my new wiper blades. They get you in and out in a jiffy, and they ll even install them for you if you ask.Looks like I got them on just in time today. Thanks for the quick assist, R Thackery!

Went in with headlights that wouldn't work; I thought it was a fuse since they both failed at the same time, but a clerk pulled and checked the relevant fuses and they looked fine.Then they really went above and beyond and checked the bulbs themselves (despite headlights being a hassle to mess with), which were unambiguously in need of replacement, and subsequently installed the new ones.Needless to say, I greatly appreciated the help.edit: I've been avoiding driving at night for a couple of years due to dim headlights, meaning they likely needed changed long before they stopped working completely.

Best auto part service I ve ever had. Super friendly and helpful with finding the correct parts every single time I come in. Even installed parts free of charge. Saved me a ton of time and headaches. Also can t beat that it s family owned still.

Incompetent staff. First Employee doesn't bother to ask me any sub-model questions about my vehicle and sells me the wrong part. The second employee tells me he can have my part in the next morning. I show up the next morning to have a third employee search for 15 minutes to finally tell me they don't get deliveries on Saturday. #3 does a refund, I think. They were unable to give me any kind of receipt for the refund, and I haven't seen any $ hit my account. Huge waste of time, and now just shy of $150 is tied up in the banking system.

No establishment is perfect these guys really do get things done for you if you don't have a good memory of getting her done so thank you very much guys I think maybe one item I had to bring back not bad one out of 10 thanks so much Baxter guys and gals....

I recommend this Baxter Auto Parts store over any other day of the week. This awesome chick named Megan saved my day. I had the best customer service by far of any auto parts store that I have ever been to. Not only were they extremely helpful in figuring out what my problem was with my car, but the part was inexpensive and the gal behind the desk went outside ( in the rain) and changed the part for me. I am a single mom with three kids on my way to work and I don't know what I would have done without her help. She went above and beyond normal customer service. Five Stars!!!

These folks run my favorite auto parts store in the region. The staff are amazing: easy to talk with, think carefully before offering out advice (rare), and always take time to help think through a problem. Great stuff for my modern SUV, and I surprise myself getting things for my vintage mustang here instead of online. First stop.

Used to be the best place to go. The employees were all very knowledgeable and helpful and they had a good selection of performance parts and DIY stuff.But then car quest bought them. Now it's just a sub par parts store. The new employees who work here aren't as knowledgeable the last few times I've gave this place a chance, and the one girl who works there has a very snotty attitude and acts condescending.Don't even bother, just drive the extra 2 blocks to auto zone or O'Reilly's, you'll likely have a better experience.

Phenomenal experience and service from Jordan. I needed a new battery and he helped me find the right one and installed it for me, and quickly too. I drive an Infiniti which has lots of covers over everything under the hood. He said no problem and went and searched how to get the job done, came back out with all the tools needed, and I was outta there in no time. A++

I came here to get headlights because my dealership and other places were going to charge an arm and a leg to replace them. Meghan is a HUGE life saver. Not only did she help me find the right lights - this beautiful human took a few minutes to install them with me! Amazing. I will keep coming to this location before any other! (:

After the the gas pump dude failed to put my gas cap back on. I stopped in here and bought a replacement. They were helpful and had it in stock.

Excellent customer service here! They were able to help me confirm my suspicion that my battery was having issues. The place I had purchased the battery from said it was fine, but because it is under warranty with that place for a bit longer I think they didn't want to have to replace it and were trying to run out the warranty period on me (that place had already had to replace it once). I was able to get a new one here and they helped me get it installed. This is just the latest of good service experiences I've had here, and they have become my go-to parts store because of it.

These guys are the best! They replaced my battery, helped figure out a fuse issue, figured out the issue with my high beams, THEN replaced them. No BS! They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return in the future - thanks, Kendrick & team!!!

great advice and service. they did a double flare on my brake line saving me from. buying a new one and charged me zero dollars.lots of parking, handicapped friendly, good customer service and there parts are great quality.

I ve been going to the Tigard branch for 27 years now and if they don t have the part, they ll give me suggestions of competitors to try. I needed a bleeder brake screw so I called to see if they had it. They did down an isle and I asked which one and how to find it because I was sending my son. The employee Jordan said to just ask for him and he s take care of it. You HAVE to love a local parts shop with small town values - thanks!

10 minutes before closing and no other stores were open to help me with the headlights that both just went out. Thankful for all 3 of the employees able to make sure new lights were in and working. It was such a blessing!!! I was able to safely drive to my family get together. Thanks again!!!

+3 speedy efficient knowledgeable first part service+3 customer service. They engaged me in talking then warmly getting to know me. Finally even recommend if I ever visited the gentleman's, sorry I forgot your name, home town of San Antonio to experience the Viva Walk! Also took time out of their busy sales to help expertly install my parts since I'm not mechanically knowledgeable! Just ask them if your buying parts they're awesomesauce-1 for a few moments of having to repeat myselfWould go out of my way to shop here again

Ok for basics great service, they even install my wiper blades. Very easy access and parking with easy interstate 5 freeway access. Sometimes takes a bit at parts counter. Easily seen from hwy 99 and if they don't have your part 2 other parts places within a 1 mile you can stop at. I never have had to return anything wrong yet. I buy oil filters and light from them frequently. U usually within 10 minutes.

When I needed wiper *refills* for my Jaguar, I was sure I'd have to order them online because most shops don't stock them. But a check on their website showed that the Baxter's on 99W did. The best part was that Kendrick was nice enough to install them for me, which was not very straightforward. Thanks for a great experience!

I was stuck here broken down on a Sunday on my way back to Eugene. The gentleman at the store went above and beyond to help me out so i could get back on the road. They had the part i needed in stock and lent me the tools i needed to get the job done. I would have had a major towing bill or been stuck in portland all night if it weren't for them. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and if I am ever in town again would definitely go here for parts!

Went into this Baxter's and like any car owner knows when going into a parts store... what you sometimes go in for turns out to be more parts than originally expected.. that's what happened to me, however Kendrick that works at this Baxter's was great and was able to help me above and beyond his duty! I appreciate the help kendrick!

Walked in on a prayer. Hoping that just maybe they might be able to order me.a K&N filter for my infiniti qx60. They could but did one better. Had the filter on the shelf. I purchased it, had it in the car and was back on the road in 10 minutes. These guys are awesome.

I have a pre-owned car that had the headlights modified with an after market unit. The staff here was able to identify an exact replacement part and order it (one day delivery). I'm quite happy with such good service.

These guys are great! I had purchased a replacement headlight bulb and attempted to install myself and gave up until my ADHD frustration subsided. So 2 weeks go by and my rear brake light went out as well. These nice employees delegated one of them to go outside and install BOTH of the burnt out bulbs. YAY!
