Had an excellent experience recently with Steve & Chris. Had a vehicle I wasn't sure what/if might be wrong, and when I called the front office Mel enthusiastically encouraged me to just stop in and they would be happy to take a quick look. When I brought the vehicle in, both Chris & Steve took a good look and pointed out their observations in a professional manner and happily shared their initial opinions. This really helped me decide how to proceed. The whole team at this location was fantastic, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here, and in fact I would seek out this location specifically just based on my initial excellent experience. Best body shop experience that I have had in the past 50 years! They are very professional, communicative, and efficient. On top of that they do excellent body work. My Toyota Highlander looks like brand new and now it's like the accident never happened!

I don't bother to leave reviews for companies unless they are 5 star experiences. Caliber Collision on Grand did not disappoint. It took a little while to get in, but now I understand why they have a wait. It was well worth it.From start to finish my experience with everyone from the front desk, to my advisor, to the GM, it was pretty white glove. They were very educational during the initial evaluation, provided clear insights as to what to expect with repairs and timeline. They kept me informed every couple of days throughout the process.My car was anticipated complete within a few weeks, but I got it back within a couple and it looks incredible. Hard to believe a 16 year old rig can look brand new.There was a minor thing I had them address after completion, which was an easy fix and they were eager to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Handled same day.Thanks for getting me back on the road safely and whole, Mel, Chris and team!

Caliber Collision is awesome. They do great work, have excellent customer service, keep you informed regularly, and have amazing staff. My car was ready ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience here. Firstly, the front desk girl was so helpful and went above and beyond what I had expected. Then, the man who assessed the damage was friendly and knowledgeable, I believe his name was Chris. The whole process was much faster than I expected, I really appreciate all their hard work!

I worked with Mike N. and everything was easy peasy. While the damage to our vehicle was fairly minor, they were able to get it done swiftly and easily. I'd definitely consider them in the future.

I've used this shop twice. They are thorough, do a great job, and keep you updated every single day. Plus they even drove my car back to my house so I did not have to call a car service to go get it.

Initially got introduced to Caliber Collision when I had an insurance repair. They (Mel and his associates) were very attentive to the situation, was in regular contact and made me feel they were interested in my repair (and satisfaction). There were a couple small fine-tuning elements after the work was done and I just stopped by after noticing and they got right on it.Now, over 9 months later I had a completely unrelated situation where a car passed me to closely and whacked my side mirror... luckily it didn't break it, just made a mark about 5 inches long. As I was in the area one day I stopped in to ask them what could be done to fix it. I didn't know if it was a scratch or a mark - ended up being a mark. Mel came right out, got a rag and some rubbing compound to take the mark right off! Didn't make me do an appointment and no charge, just sent me on my way all taken care of.The nice service and interest in doing a good job is very evident. Thanks - and will be back the next time something happens (hopefully not too soon)!

Friendly enough staff but horrible experience. Came in to pick up my car and discovered multiple painting mistakes including paint around the gas tank fill area, some kind of dried paint or polish on the drivers side door and tons of dried paint spots all over 3 windows and the roof. I came for a simple fix of a small dent on the drivers side passenger door. After closer inspection Caliber decided they needed to keep the vehicle for 5 more days and clean up all the sloppy work. What upsets me the most is they tried to return my car to me with all these mistakes. That pretty much tells me all I need to know about what their standard for quality is. I don t like leaving negative feedback, would have loved to leave a glowing review but man they really dropped the ball on this one! The actual work of fixing the dent and paint job seem pretty ok but all the other things I mentioned above was really disappointing.

Love the service Caliber gives. Second time taking my car to Caliber for repairs and it s a great experience. Mike helped me out during this process and he is the best. He s very communicative during this process. Loved getting updates on my vehicle. Wouldn t choose any other repair shop for my vehicles. Caliber and Mike made this a great experience and provided excellent service.

An easy 5 stars. The manager and staff were helpful, knowledgeable and went beyond my expectations. I took my bmw in for some bumper damage and not only did they fix the damage flawlessly but they also fixed the other side which was unrelated to the accident. My car was out of the shop in about a week. Without question I would go here again and recommend it to anyone looking for repairs. Thanks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stopped in without an appointment because I had managed to pop out a tiny corner of my bumper by coming off a curb funny. It only took Steve a couple minutes to undo a bolt and fix it. Amazingly, he didn t charge me or accept any money from me as a tip even though I offered repeatedly. What a wonderful experience and wonderful staff. Thank you!!

Someone side swiped my car in a garage At my job and I was pissed when I got off. The damage is not bad but I dnt like the way that my baby looks now. I m new to the area and was told to go to Caliber Collision and I m glad that I did. I was greeted with a smile from both employees. That initial great customer service was a big plus for me. I had a couple of question then GOD sent Mr. Melvin my way. I sooo appreciate this guy. He went to look at my car and was knowledgeable, professional, straight to the point and gave me some good options. He talk with me and made sure that I understood those options and told me that the decision was mine. I liked that he gave his personal and professional opinion and even assisted me with a minor repair on my car. I ended up accepting the little damages but very thankful that this guys was there to help me and not be like every other car repair place that I ve been in the past. If I ever need anything for my car in the future, Caliber Collision is were I would come. Thank you Melvin for just being YOU!!!

Shop was referred by my insurance company. Outstanding repair shop...outstanding crew....outstanding work...and realistic time lines for repairs. Car returned as if nothing happened to it. Excellent.

Everything about my experience was spot on! The team member in charge of my car, Jessica, kept me informed and up to date about everything regarding my car. She was very informative when it came to the damage report as well and even showed me damage that I didn't know was there. My car was even ready for pick up a day early! Aside from that, the whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely come back here!

Just got my Nissan 350Z back from Caliber/Grand Avenue Portland, Oregon, and it ended up looking Brand New!From start to finish, Mel guided the process so that I knew what would happen each step of the way. Great service and highly recommend Caliber Collision. Dropped my Jeep Grand Cherokee off on a Wednesday and it was ready that Friday. The repair work looks great and matched the paint perfectly. Assigned Rep was great to work with. He kept me updated along the way via text. Appreciate his customer service. Woman at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My experience with Caliber was top notch from start to finish! Muhn was my technician and kept me abreast of status and my car was ready 2 weeks early! After being sideswiped overnight and having to make an insurance claim I was dreading the repair/claims process. Mun helped me out and made me feel comfortable and confident when an unrelated issue not known at the time occurred, the manager Carlos helped along the way and took time out his day to even help me figure out with the issue was. Got into a little accident the other day and I came in hoping to get an estimate. I didn t have an appointment but the tall gentleman in the office said he had some time and could take a look! A piece was hanging off the back of the car and he was able to secure it back into place so I didn t even end up needing an estimate or to get any repairs done. He seriously saved me a lot of time and stress! Everyone I interacted with there was nice and pleasant and if I ever need any repairs done, I ll definitely be coming to this shop. Thanks!!
