I had repairs completed due to two separate incidents (months apart) at the Woodstock location and 100% recommend Caliber Collision. Each time I needed work done all staff were kind, personable, detailed in informing me on progress and timely (finished early both times!). They definitely know what they're doing - I have no complaint whatsoever on the work they accomplished. Bonus - they made it so easy to drop off/pick up my vehicle - they scheduled complimentary rides for me as part of their service. AND a necessary shout-out for Mace! Can't say enough great things - very professional, knowledgeable, personable and kind. Such great service - will definitely be calling Caliber Collision when/if I need vehicle repair in the future!

I was in an auto accident and was referred to this shop by the other drivers insurance and my insurance as well. They were courteous and professional. My vehicle was repaired on time with the time frame they gave me. The repairs look awesome, can't even tell there was any work done. What made this experience extra convenient was I was able to walk across the street to the Enterprise Rental Car Agency to get a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop.

Great Mechanics, but UPPER management needs a good adjustment ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!RECIEVED A CALL BECAUSE THIER GUY CAME TO REPLACE MY WINDSHIELD. So, without skipping a beat, while out on my average morning business errands, and because of the miscommunication on BOTH ENDS, I STILL HAVE A CRAKED WINDSHIELD.WILL NOT RETURN!!

OMG. These guys are incredible. I brought my Tacoma in last week after getting hit by another driver on my way to dinner and all I can say is, I am so glad that I brought my truck into Caliber Collision.The team was incredibly professional and went above & beyond to make sure that my truck was not only restored to its former condition but was cleaned (inside and out), re-aligned and looking like a million bucks.I felt like I was buying my truck brand new off the lot when I walked in to get my vehicle after it was serviced. Cevak, Matthew and the rest of the team left a lasting impression on me. I hope I never have to see them again but at least I know that if I need some work done on my truck, I found a shop I can trust.Thank you!

Took a long time to get in, they were not prepared for me when my appointment arrived, and they extended the repair by a week because they did not have the manpower. My second time using Caliber Collision for repairs after accidents. Very satisfied. Perfect paint match, can't tell where the repairs were made. Repairs completed 2 weeks before Original estimate. Very nice folks to work with. My case manager was Josh. Very impressed with his knowledge. Kept me constantly updated on repair status. Caliber did a great job restoring my 2006 Tacoma following a February 2023 snowstorm related incident. I am very pleased with the workmanship and their effort to keep me in the loop during the repair.

The customer service here is incredible. After I scraped apart two under panels on my Prius I went to this shop to talk to them about checking and repairing it. Performance Manager Chrissy Blair spoke with one of mechanics who put it on a lift, checked for any damage, installed a missing clip and sent us on our way. I highly recommend this shop. This is hands-down the best auto repair outfit I ve ever encountered in decades of driving. I had the misfortune that my brand-new car was rear-ended when stopped behind another car on I-5 headed north in rush hour traffic. Luckily, my car did not get pushed into the car in front of me, and no airbag deployed. I opted to have my own insurer handle the repair, and that s when I chose Caliber Collision on SE Woodstock near 82nd Avenue. From the moment I showed up to when I drove off in my superbly repaired car (there turned out to be zero structural damage!), I was treated magnificently by my advisor (Macey). I cannot say enough about the top-notch service I received. Knock on wood, I hope I don t have need to return, but if I do, I will be calling Caliber Collision on SE Woodstock.

My car needed repairs for multiple times by accidents not at my fault. I appreciate d their courtesy and excellent jobs on repair. Real time updates via text gave me assurance. Even I have to wait for a long time, I will definitely wait to get repair done at the shop. I had to take my car to McCollum due to the other driver s insurance preference once, they drained battery but refused to replace it. Then I realized how professional and best customer service Caliber provides. It is always nice to be able to trust auto shop since I have little knowledge about car.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Had some repair done to several body panels, the tailgate and the hood. The car looks as good as new. Work went efficiently, and Macey kept me informed of the progress. I can't judge the value, but I payed about what I was expecting. The quality of work was very good. Enterprise rentals is right across the street, so getting a loaner car was very easy. We had some minor body damage from a recent snow storm. We got very good quality workmanship and very good customer service. The entire process was explained and all questions were answered. They got our work done quickly and we are highly satisfied with the end results.I would recommend this company.

Had a great experience getting my car fixed here after a hit-and-run. Excellent communication, repairs were done on time (even with crazy supply chain issues), staff was friendly, and the repair/paint is seamless.
