First time stopping in at Botta for some service and was extremely happy with the level of service I received. The guys took their time to explain the process for the service I needed, which was more than the MB service center at the dealer did. I knew I was leaving my car in excellent and more than capable hands. Received friendlier and more courteous service than the MB service center, too. I highly recommend these guys. I They truly care about your car as much as you do. Will come to Botta for all future services.

These guys are incredible! Not only did they service my Aston Martin, but they also got it done 2 weeks faster than initially mentioned. The atmosphere is very inviting and Clint will get your service requests done in a timely manner. Casey is also one of the best technicians I have ever worked with and will pull extra hours in just to get the job done! So far so good ... Seems to know their stuff and will be coming back if these repairs aren't too extensive ..Really appreciate all the feedback and direction I've gotten .. if u have a oddball exotic or something not everyone works on ..Id recommend giving these guys a call

These guys are amazing!! Second time bringing my Bentley in for maintenance. Today they did an oil change, as well as repairing the lumbar mechanism inside my driver s seat.Knowledgeable, and genuine customer service! Well worth the two hour drive from Eugene Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Botta Moto works is one of the most responsive, fair, and experienced mechanics I've ever used! I would definitely recommend them - they know what they're doing. They serviced my '01 Bentley Arnage and made sure to explain everything in detail. We took a BMW here for a pre-sale inspection and they were very thorough and transparent with what needed to be done and when. The vehicle needed breaks and rotors urgently and they were able to order the necessary parts and do the install within a few hours for us (having two mechanics working on it at once!) so we could get on the road. To top it all off, the price was incredibly fair and the employees were so personable and kept us entertained while we waited! We aren t local to Portland but if we were this is the only place we d take our cars.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

The team at Botta are amazing and turned my vintage 1982 Mercedes 240D into a showpiece in one visit! It runs like a champ again and gives me hope that this old girl will last another 40 years! To find parts for this old girl can be a challenge, but not for Botta! Their prices are fair, especially for what level of service they offer and they treated me like I was having them work on a Ferrari. I will not trust anyone else with my beloved vintage car again. They have earned a loyal customer. Thanks guys!

I had a very good experience at Botta. I felt they really cared about my car. It's a great relief to find a shop that works on Aston Martins. They took me out to the shop to show me the problem with the car and were very communicative on what needed to be done.

Botta Moto Works did wonderful work handling a State Farm insurance repair for my Porsche Cayman S, after an unfortunate black ice incident on Thanksgiving Day. They replaced broken parts with original OEM pieces, re-wrapped the parts where needed, and went the extra mile to check alignment, refinish the wheels, etc.I had a great experience with Michelle in the office who kept me updated on the state of the repair throughout the process.Would highly recommend Botta Moto Works for anyone looking for service or repair.

They do great work at a reasonable price and they are honest. They saved me $300. :)They know BMW's really really well. I trust them more than any mechanic I have ever been to. They were able to answer my questions with confidence.

My car went to the car spa! She got a outside wash and wax, tire rims cleaned, steam clean the engine, and a full interior clean. What a wonderful job it was! They got the green algae from the corner of my passenger side mirror - you know it is a great job! They got all the nooks and crannies in my air vents as well as the soda spill in the carpet between by front seats. Excellent job. Very detailed. Worth the price. Would definitely go back. Wish they serviced Toyotas because they would be my new maintenance shop.Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Had them detail both of our EVs, and they did a fantastic job at very reasonable prices. 2018 Fiat 500e looks brand new, inside & out, and they repaired a long scratch on our 2022 Kia EV6. I have only great things to say about this Botta Moto Works! From the moment I walked into the office, the customer service was top notch. Their quote was very reasonable for all the work required and their turn around time was fantastic! They called me every day to give me an update on their progress. As a woman, I have found it very difficult to find a mechanic who doesn't talk down to me, or try to sell me on service I don't need. At Botta Moto Works I was treated with respect and kindness from the moment I called to make the first appointment through the entire process. These guys are great. When a check engine light came on and our regular Audi service department couldn t get our car in for 4-6 weeks, they checked the light the same day. They got us in for a service within a week. They were helpful in many ways and truly made us feel like they were there to help us out. Botta recently worked on my 2006 BMW 650i and did an excellent job of finding the source of a massive oil leak, then repairing it efficiently and effectively. They got me into the schedule really quickly and repaired it within a week. All the folks at Botta are really polite, friendly, and professional. All around wonderful team of people, and really outstanding service. I ll certainly be referring family members and friends to them in the future.Service: Engine repair

Casey and his team are awesome! I needed some work done on my headlight and fender. He referred me to his preferred collision shop for an estimate on the work that he doesn't perform. Casey coordinated every facet of the process, making it all seamless for me. I also had his shop detail the car. Bottom line is the car looks great! He and his staff are responsive, honest, and so skilled! I love this place. All the staff is extremely friendly and seem to be very passionate about cars. There are constantly exotic cars in the parking lot. I certainly don't drive an exotic car, but the folks at Botta always make me feel as supported and taken care of as if I did! 5 stars is an understatement.

Botta Moto works has been incredible. They serviced my 2007 LR3 since 2007 keeping her going to 211,000 miles (I just sold her) with no major issues due to their maintenance on her. I will continue to go to them with my next car and would recommend them to anyone. Casey the owner is always available, knowledgeable and helpful. Before pulling the trigger and getting my dream car, I called around to ensure I had a repair shop available and that I would feel comfortable taking the car to them for maintenance and/or any issues that might come up. In that initial call, before I even bought the car, Casey took the time to help me understand what I was getting into and the responsibilities I would have. In every instance, he and his team never rushed me and always took care of the issue. Oil changes, brake replacements, maintenance schedules, etc. everything was done well and at a reasonable and appropriate cost. They have NEVER nickel and dimed me, or played games to get more work. Casey has consistently demonstrated integrity, character and a dedication to seeing his clients happy with their cars. I had such a great experience here! I had been using the service center at the dealership that sells my car make, and in the past year I was having an impossible time getting calls back for my attempts to schedule service, AND they couldn't figure out the source of my check engine light.Botta was able to figure out what was going on with the check engine light (and it was kind of a major issue! Kinda important to diagnose and repair!) and they fixed my AC, thank god.They arranged for a Lyft for transportation for me, communication was excellent the entire time, they washed my car, and they generally made me feel valued as a customer, a neighbor, and a motorist. I took my exotic car to Botta Moto and his team fixed something a larger car dealership could not fix after they had it for two weeks. Botta fixed it same day. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle to Botta Moto. Great place and great coffee.

This place seems to have a reputation for handling high-end European imports, but I've been very pleased with their service on my old, very not-high-end Volkswagen Golf.They are quick and seem honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't - I got a recommendation for a brake pads change and they inspected and said it wasn't needed.Another time I got an outrageous quote for replacing my throttle body assembly and their quote was very reasonable, they explained to me why the quote was cheaper, and took only half a day to replace it after I dropped the car off.

Such a terrific experience working with the team at Botta Moto Works! Honesty and fairness and conscientiousness aren't terms one usually uses to describe automotive repair shops--but all three words are what I've found Botta Motor Works to be all about. Another word for it: Integrity. I would highly recommend them to you whether you need repairs on an expensive exotic or the family SUV. It took me too long to find an alternative to using the BMW dealership, and I'm glad I finally did right here in the North Portland neighborhood. I've priced out a number of services in comparison to the dealership and the are consistently more affordable. The only example I have found where they are not cheaper is oil change and I bet there is a good reason for this (e.g., the oil change at the dealership often leads to so many other recommended services and upsells, and I have not had this experience at Botta, in fact, they performed some of the vehicle-check services for free that would've been charged at the dealership).Additionally, they've been fair and not seemed to take advantage of a lack of auto knowledge, such as removing small billing issues I would never catch from a quote.The best testament to their knowledge, service, and quality is the constant rotation of super cars parked out front. If folks are trusting them with those, well, that says something.Service: Engine repair
