If you're looking for a trust-worthy business who puts the customer before profits, Blue Boy Auto Body is the place!I had the pleasure of working with this family-run business through a bit of an unfortunate circumstance, as are most circumstances that lead one to an auto body shop, but from my first interaction with their team I knew I was in good hands. They turned an otherwise stressful situation to a manageable transaction and delivered a very high quality outcome with fair pricing, with lightning speed! Amazing experience.

Wow!!! Elmer and Rosa are exceptional. The shop was amazing to work with. Very friendly and hardworking. I was involved in an accident in mid July and I was recommended Blue Boy by a close friend. They did not disappoint. This was my first time dealing with an accident this size and Elmer and Rosa both helped me so so much. I am so appreciative of them. The extent of the crash and dealing with insurance took them longer than expected to fix my car but it was worth the month wait for a brand new looking 2009 lexus. Amazing shop.

I had reached out to Blue boy auto about 2 weeks ago for a bad rear end accident. I only had liability, and had to pay out of pocket. Rosa was amazing. Honest, caring, intelligent family business. It took less than 2 weeks to get my car back, even worked on it through the snow storm. It looks BEAUTIFUL. I cannot thank them enough for how much they have helped. They even fixed some minor issues as well like my car battery, and a loose mirror for free. Every other auto body shop was giving me a quote 3000 more than what blue boy offered me. They were my light in a very dark time. 100/100 RECOMMEND!

This shop is everything you can ask for. They were able to get my car in very quickly, lobbied my insurance company to pay for OEM parts, and in fact did additional repairs at no added charge. I had such a good experience with Blue Boy. My driver's side window got smashed at 7pm on a Monday, and they were the only auto shop in town open that late!! They let me leave my car overnight, worked with my insurance, and really went the extra mile to clean up my car. Despite having to special order the part, they had my car fully repaired by Wednesday, and even waited late for me to arrive by bus. They are amazing people, efficient and kind; I will certainly be bringing my business here again!

Took my Hyundai here to get it serviced after it was discovered insurance wouldn't cover me. I was stressed and looking down the barrel of a $3500 repair at other shops but they took their time to look for parts from unique and cheaper sources bringing my repair down to only $2200. I can t recommend this auto body shop enough. Rosa and Elmer went above and beyond to help us get our tailgate fixed and worked seamlessly around our schedule. Other shops we called quoted us $200 and 6 hours just for diagnostics which felt impossible trying to coordinate with two small kids and my husband and I both working. But Elmer was able to diagnose our car in an hour and Rosa drove across town to get us our part so that our car could be fixed asap. Their prices were also incredibly fair. I hope we don t have any more car troubles but if we do I know where we re going!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

An easy 5 star review for this fantastic shop! I ve been ripped off on car care more times than I can count, so it was a huge relief to find someplace no-nonsense, clear, communicative (in both English and Spanish!), and reasonably priced. Staff walked me through my options with and without insurance, shopped for parts with my budget in mind, and even gave me a lift to a nearby rental car spot. All this on top of a perfect repair job in a timely manner. Rosa and the crew here have got your back!

Blue Boy Auto Body took care of my Chevy Express work van. They're efficient at dealing with insurance claims. They are honest and reliable. They replaced a few panels and my van looks better than when I brought it in. These people are simply wonderful. They communicated with me throughout my insurance claim, and when the work from the insurance claim was done, they did some added body work on my car on a separate charge and kept the vehicle stored safely, until I returned from out of town. They worked with me every step of the way. Car looks great, and the work is solid. The price was right too. I will be back again, if any of my cars require body work in the future.

This is a good honest shop. I was happy with the work, paint was flawless, lines were straight, my Jeep was good as new when I picked it up. They knew I was broke and worked with me. Highly recommend.

The folks at Blue Boy know body repair inside and out, and they are honest, completely reasonably priced, and thorough. Blue Boy was super clear about what the job would entail and cost, and helped me understand the options I had, so I knew that what they were charging me was absolutely fair for the parts and work. They shared that this is how they feel they can help their community, and I really felt that to be true. I highly recommend this shop. I would give 20+ if I could. Very family oriented and the price is so cheap. They did alot of work for us and didn't charge us much at all. The best part was that The business was closed but they both came out and helped us since we had an emergency. They gave up family time and came to the rescue. No one would ever did that but they did. They both are so kind and very good and super honest. We were desperate but they didn't take advantage of us. TLDR: Friendly and generous owners; inadequate and disappointing work that did not live up to what was promisedI had some act of God damage to my car last winter, so I went to Blue Boy to get dents, scratches, etc. all fixed. This required replacing some parts (which went fine), but it also required stripping and repainting every panel on my car save for two.The panels that were painted properly have a pretty noticeable difference from the two that were not painted in the way they reflect light and even the texture. There is overspray on several parts of my car, which is quite noticeable as it s gray-on-black. Several of the panels have accumulated drip, and there are some dents that were sort of fixed but I can still very much tell there was a dent there. There s at least one spot I can think of off the top of my head that did not have any damage to it but is now mispainted, as it is on the same panel as another dent. Fixing any of these issues would require repainting the entire panels again.They also left one dent, a pretty big one, totally unrepaired that, because of the angle it s at, I noticed only a few months ago. Looking back over the pictures from the insurance inspection, I realized it was from the same incident that brought me into the shop.Blue Boy was 100% willing to fix their mistakes, but I m not keen on bringing my car back in there since they caused these issues in the first place. Doing more repair work seems to me to be an opportunity for more overspray, dripping, and errors.The best thing I can say about Blue Boy is that the owners are very friendly and provide good customer service, insofar as they were pleasant to deal with and were fairly responsive. That, and their willingness to repair, is the ONLY reason why I m giving 2 stars instead of 1.I understand that essentially repainting a whole car is a big job for a one-person shop, but I would have appreciated some honesty up front about the scale of the job and, perhaps, this was not the job for them. If you re looking for a panel replacement (not repair), minor dent work, or just want the least expensive option, I m sure they re fine, but if you re doing whole panels and want the best quality work, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

Went around couple different shops trying to find someone who could fix a problem I had with my car, and every shop was giving me a crazy expensive quote. Luckily a friend of mine recommended this body shop. Once I arrived the family attended me with a fantastic costumer service. They gave me a reasonable price and got the job done fast and efficient! I would HIGHLY recommend going to them before any other shop!

Rosy and family are good people. I was able to explain what I wanted fixed and stay within my price range. Fair straightforward service. They are my go-to shop for auto body repair now. Oh and they also finished the repair in a timely manner which was great!

These folks inspected of my van, for something I thought needed repaired. Turned out it was a very simple fix which they did in about one minute, and they taught me how to do it myself in the future (and didn't charge me)! Thanks, Blue Boy. I'll back when I really do need something repaired :-).

The work was sub par. Runs, overspray, the car was not prepped properly before painting and there were multiple spots in the paint. I have other car painting projects that I need to do and will have to look for someone else.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This family owned business treated me fantastic from the moment I walked through the door, I went to several places prior to finding them all were much higher rates a couple refused to do the job and a couple said to replace the whole tailgate, blue boy did it at almost half the cost of the closest competitor, and allowed me to keep my vehicle there while I was out of town , no storage fees at all, I highly recommend if you have body work needed on your vehicles, at least check them out, you won t be disappointed
