If your looking for a BMW shop with knowledgeable service, professionalism, performance related, great prices and super friendly service then this is the shop for you. Andrew and his Team had us in and out within 24hours with an unknown no crank starting issue. FIXED! Thanks Andrew/Bavarian House! Through two good friends highly recommendations, we decided to bring our 550i and X5 in for the repairs. We met Andrew the first time last week. We received a warm welcome through his sincere respect and patience. The entire process of the repair journey was completely impressive. Andrew and his crew were very professional and trustworthy. Their rates were very reasonable. The way they manage their business is like come as a guest, leave as a friend . They use their hearts to treat their customers. Thank you very much, Andrew & crew! Keep up your outstanding works! We would highly recommend you and you would definitely see us again and again.

Edit at bottom .PLEASE READ!!!Bavarian House is the ONLY place I will take my BMW M5 to have maintenance, repairs or performance improvements done! Andrew is an absolute L E G E N D!! He is a genuine guy and he truly cares about his clients and it definitely shows! I respectfully recommend Bavarian House for your future BMW projects. Let Andrew and his team take care of you! Again, I highly recommend these guys all day long!!EDIT:I wrote my review yesterday before getting my car back so I was going off previous experiences (which is not a bad thing whatsoever). I had to edit my review so that I could reiterate just how effn happy I am with my car!! Andrew and his highly skilled team of professionals have once again KICKED A$$!!If you don't take your ride to Bavarian House then you re missing out on professionalism at its finest!! Came to Bavarian House on a recommendation and am coming here to extend it further! These guys are great. Wife s X5 timing chain needed replacing and door seals as well. Andrew is a great communicator and the team at Bavarian is 2nd to none. If you re looking for top tier mechanics at a fair price, look no further.

My 2012 X5 needed a major repair to replace its diesel particulate filter. I'm new to the Portland area and just moved to southern Washington a few months ago, across the Columbia River from Portland, so I didn't know a trusted mechanic. I Googled for reviews of BMW repair shops in Portland and came across Bavarian House. I was impressed with their all positive, 100+ reviews and perfect five-star rating.I spoke with Andrew, the service writer for Bavarian House, and received a very fair and competitive quote. I set an appointment date and brought my X5 in for service. Andrew advised me ahead of time the service might require more than a day to complete, but the crew at BH made an effort to get the work done by close of business, even staying a little longer to get it done.My experience with Bavarian House mirrored that of the other reviews I read from other BMW owners. The repair was completed for the quoted price and there was no upselling. I even received ten percent off by mentioning a coupon I saw online.All in all, a very positive first experience with Bavarian House. I will be a repeat customer for future service and repair!

I ve used this shop to service 3 different BMWs, from supercharged m3s to basic X5s. It s one of the only shops in the metro area that will take on the replacement of connecting rod bearings. Prices are competitive and the communication before during and after the work is excellent. Their system facilitates texting with the proprietor so you re not playing phone tag while your car is getting worked on. Dealer quality work, Apple Store quality service!

My fianc� and I were having trouble with our 2008 bmw 328i it sat at another shop for two weeks with no update on the repairs or cause when we showed up to pick up the car it was completely torn apart took it to Bavarian they put it together and started a diagnosis in 2 days we heard back on the issue we were having and were given options for repair and ended up going with a new engine in about half a week they received the new motor did a full reseal of the engine tested it and put it in the car 2 days later got the car back I would 100% recommend going here for any of your bmw needs very friendly and amazing communication solid work backed with experience

I took my e92 335i to Bavarian House with a crank no start concern. My car had a lot of unknowns so this was not an easy diagnosis. They did a great job with my car keeping me updated as the process went along. I will only take my car to Bavarian from now on. For the work they do the prices are incredibly fair. Highly recommend taking your car to Bavarian house for any work.

Best shop experience I've had. Previously took my car in to another shop that ultimately scammed me without me knowing. Month later same issue returned and I took to Bavarian and they were able to provide the proof I needed to get a refund. Besides that they do great honest work, and give me the peace of mind with my BMW. They also work very will with my vehicle warranty company and hold them accountable. I wouldn't take my vehicle elsewhere.

I have used Bavarian House's services twice now, once for a pre-purchase inspection and just recently for some fuel issues and a water leak. Both times have been great experiences. The PPI was the most thorough pre-purchase inspection I've ever had done. Everything from mechanical to electrical was checked and gave me both leverage for the sale and a greater understanding of the car I was buying.I do lots of the work on my car myself but whenever I feel like I'm in over my head, Bavarian House if my first call. Truly good people with a care and understanding for the cars. Thankful to have such a professional BMW specific mechanic nearby.

Took my 2008 M5 to andrew a few months ago for rod bearing maintenance, throttle actuators, vanos lines, and motor mounts, on top of that he installed my eventuri intake, SuperSprint X pipe and Eisenmann exhaust! Bavarian House is hands down THE best BMW shop in Oregon. The prices they charge for work are also really good. I chose to bring my G30 M550 here for upgrades even though it's a bit further than other BMW shops. It's worth it. Andrew is very professional and a nice dude. If you got a BMW don't bring it anywhere else but Bavarian House. Customer for life. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

EXCELLENT first time customer experience!Andrew was able to squeeze an appointment opening ahead of his standard schedule for a thermostat replacement, and the price half what I was quoted at Kuni BMW. They also noticed my spark plugs, valve cover gasket, and turbo inlet pipe needed to be addressed on my 2014 335i, and were able to shed off some labor cost AND make it happen in less than a day!I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a BMW to take their car here for all of their offered services. BH is a small shop where master BMW techs have one job and do it well .... Take care of BMWs. They are small enough to provide personalized service yet deep enough to perform any job that is needed or wanted on your BMW. I will never drive anything other than a BMW because this shop is there to take care of me. A big thanks to Andrew, JC, Logan, and Brandon..... The best BMW guys in town.

Andrew and the staff at Bavarian House were a pleasure to work with! My 2017 BMW M3 needed the crankhub repair and Andrew was able to fit me in last minute.Car is back on the road, all OEM BMW Parts used, billet crankhub installed, and the car is a monster now.Very professional, no pressure, repair work done as the car were their own, and priced VERY well compared to other shops in the area.Thanks again for everything Bavarian House!You have a lifetime customer.

I called in to get a quote for some gasket and seal work on my F80 and I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew. I can be a difficult person to negotiate because I tend to be a bit hardheaded and Andrew remained calm, courteous and professional through out my encounter with him. He even went as far as offering me the most competitive shop rate just to earn my business and if I decided not to have the work done by them he offered me all sorts of advice on things to look out for that can only be offered by someone of his caliber who has a lot of experience. Whether I choose to have the service done by them or not this phone call alone proved their worth and I will definitely be referring them to my friends.

Wouldn t trust anyone else to fix / maintain Alexa, My 2013 BMW M5.When Andrew works on your car he makes sure to use absolute care and protection wrapping your cars front end while working on the engine bay.10/10 would recommend to everyone that needs help with their European cars. Great business, very friendly and efficientMy 2016 340i needed a transmission swap they were able to keep me updated through out the whole process with dealing with the warranty and insurance company and managed to get it done in about a week after the insurance approved to cover the job. i highly recommend

Andrew and his team are amazing at what they can do. They re extremely knowledgeable, always helpful and will give you the honest diagnosis of your car. I ve gone to them for new Rod Bearings, performance mods, sub frame reinforcement, etc and have never had an issue. I highly recommend them for your bmw.

Dropped my car off 1/9/24 picked it up 1/10/24 dropped it off to figure out a check engine and did a full inspection. Dropped it off on a trailer and drove it home. Best legit bmw shop in Portland
