Extremely Disappointed as a Commercial Customer Twice Now!"I'm writing this review after my second frustrating experience with AutoZone. As a commercial customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and customer service, but sadly, this was not the case. I tried to return a product, but the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. They showed no interest in resolving my issue or understanding my situation.The first time I had an issue, it was handled poorly, and I was literally kicked out of the store for no valid reason. Their behavior was not just unprofessional but also disrespectful. As a regular customer who relies on their products and services for my business, this kind of treatment is unacceptable.The lack of proper customer service and the rude attitude of the staff have made me reconsider my decision to continue doing business with AutoZone. It's disappointing to see such a reputed company fail in providing basic customer satisfaction, especially to commercial clients who are integral to their business.I hope this feedback reaches the management and they take necessary steps to improve their service. Otherwise, they are going to lose loyal customers like myself.

Tried to return an air filter that I purchased earlier today. When I purchased today, I was told by the manager that there was only one left that was compatible for my vehicle. It was the most expensive one, and that there were no others. Ok, no worries. I bought it. Then to find out he gave me one that is for a completely different engine. Not the engine I told him my truck had. Ok no biggie, people make mistakes..so I come back to return it and plan to order the correct filter because there were none left. But all of a sudden there were plenty of the correct one for my truck. And no they didn t just get a shipment. Ok no biggie, maybe he misunderstood me when I told him my truck info. Then the manager said he can t return it because it wasn t a warranty item. I reminded him of when I asked before I purchased it, what the return policy was. He assured I could return it if it was the wrong one for some silly reason. But that same manager said I was never there today and he never helped me. I was flabbergasted. I showed him my receipt online on the auto zone app and showed him the history of my personal bank account it was drawn from to prove I was there and did make the air filter purchase. He could no longer deny it. Not sure why he was adamant on denying my return, denying he helped me and denying I was in the store today. When he finally had to refund me, he showed how put out he was by rolling his eyes and the body language was expressive. He was condescending when I had a question about how the rewards points worked and asked him what did my amount get me. He said eagerly, NOTHING! Then when I asked if I could have the receipt emailed to me, he didn t make eye contact and said very stern and loudly, NOPE! ITS TOO LATE! NEXT! I have to admit, every time I go in there, they make a mistake w the wrong part and we have to come back, this is now the 5th time in a row that has happened but they say you can return something and then try to not let you return your items. If I didn t fight and question their policies I would have never got my money back today. Terrible experience once again. Poor management, lacking common customer service treatment, don t follow through on their commitments, straight out lie to the customer and to top it off can t even do their job correctly the first time with proper parts and what vehicle they belong to. Their computer will tell them this info. I ll never go there again. The employees are unreal. It was like a a commercial of how to not do things in every single possible way. I don t recommend this store. I d do the drive to go to a different one every time.

It was busy that day, I was just picking up antifreeze and motor oil, I discovered they had a auto check out register, with my debit card and a hand scanner I was out in five minutes.

Employees here are literally just bodies to fill positions and don't care what so ever about their job, or customers who come to spend money here.Walk into the store and no one is around, I saw someone doing inventory so instead of waiting minutes for someone at the register for a QUESTION. I ask the guy if they scan codes . His response? " YUPPPPP " . I asked him a total of 3 questions while being there. He seemed more annoyed at every question.Made the trip back into Vancouver to talk to my local autozone, that doesn't hate me for asking If they have parts in stock, or when they can get them to the store if they dont have them.

Jessica!! That is one employee that knows how to use her brain! When you tell her something about a car or a boat she can find the part for you. Her public relations is outstanding! She's better than most employees that I've had to deal with in the last ten years. She deserves a freaking raise, without adding too much more on her plate. The guys here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they carry and can help you find the best fit for products that they don't have sadly they don't carry chevey venture parts (egr,breather hoeses)

Three times that I came here at 7:30. This is the time display at the front door in line. I have to wait until eight or 815 for them to open.Once they let you in, they have an attitude like you dare to disturb them

Jared was on point with his customer service and got me exactly what I needed. Give that man a raise too because he made my day better just by keeping a fun and cheerful attitude (something not every employee has.)

Never have I seen such terrible customer service one of the sales associates was so angry about something that the woman in front of me asked if I would go in front of her so she wouldn't have to be helped by him so of course being a gentleman I obliged her and faced off with the associate knowing how to handle such people I informed him off what i wanted quickly and clearly with all the pertinent information and got rude service

After a long day and my car not starting after work, I was able to get assist and moving to come see about a new battery. I connected with Steve, one of the managers and he was kind enough to share knowledge and help me during a stressful time. He checked and saw what was right and gave advice for options to get service for my car. He was kind and not as if in a hurry to stop helping and move onto the next task. I will return to this location.

Hey guys, if you need any AutoZone parts, I would highly recommend the store on 122 and Glisan go down there and see Jessica. She is one of the managers really professional and good at her job Auto Zone management should be lucky to have her as a employee. She is always smiling and treating her customers with respect always happy. this kind of attitude makes me want to go back to the same store.

People working at this place very well deserve 5/5. They were so incredibly helpful and literally saved my day by helping me with a battery issue even though it was beyond what they can help with.Very special thanks to Steve for spending over an hour helping me and the store manager who was also very nice and understanding.By far the best auto parts shop I ve ever dealt with since I moved to Portland. I won t go somewhere else for parts.

Kudos to the great personal provided by Jarred to this senior. I was needing a fuse for my back taillights but was clueless about what kind. He finished a couple customers waiting in line to pay for their purchases and then went out to my car to see exactly what I needed. He quickly found what was needed and I was on my way.

What I Like most here are the prices. Almost never have to wait in line and their employees are always friendly. Anxious to meet your needs.I Luke coming to a place that values every customer. They don't treat me Like I'm a stupid girl trying to fix my car. They're very helpful. I appreciate that

A huge thankful & grateful shout out to the team at the 122nd Street AutoZone Store!!!! Needed a pair of jumper cables to help a friend with a dead battery. When I called to check if there was a pair of cables available to me to use in their "borrow-a-tool" program, I was informed there wasn't, but one of the employees stepped up and said they would loan me their personal ones.... I was able to stop in and pick them up and get my buddy back on the road in minutes.... Thank you for your assistance and trust to use and return your cables....

I recently had to buy an alternator and belt for my truck after the alternator failed while driving. I had Les Schwab replace the battery and then raced to an AutoZone to get the alternator tested. The first AutoZone I went to said their tester was broken so I made my way to this store. I am glad I did. The store manager took time out to come test my car and got me the parts I needed. He was super knowledgeable and friendly (all the staff were) and I can't tell you how good it felt to go from worried my car could die at any moment, to having the part I needed to change out and be headed home. Will definitely be coming back thanks to the great service I received.

This is by far the best and greatest customer service out of all the Auto Zone s that I ve been to in Portland, Oregon. I want to give a special shout out to Joey and Kenny for the outstanding customer service and their help. Thank you so much for your guises great service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You have the most helpful and delightful employee, a young lady named Joey. She is very Court goes the extra miles for the customer. I had to go in to AutoZone today and Joey mad my day. She was persistent in helping me with my problems. You should strive to have people like her in all your stores, because of her I will not only be a loyal customer but will recommend your store. Thank you Joey.

Autozone's pretty good and bought an expensive tire cleaning and the apparatus to spray. It did not work but in a new state now and they took it back with no problems and gave me a new can. Thank you again autozone. Also thanks for your point system I really enjoy it.
