If you want your Mercedes done right, look no further than Autowerks NW Portland. I was very doubtful but they proved me wrong. It took about a month and a week to finish my car but I wouldn t have it any other way. Michael Bogdan was my point of contact and he more than went above and beyond. When the insurance company were trying to play games, he stood his ground on using only OEM and guess what, I ended up only paying my deductible and using OEM parts only. He kept me up to date every step of the way. The final product was incredibly amazing. Haven t been paid to post this. I am doing this out is pure appreciation. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their car fixed the right way.

Shoutout to the amazing team at Autowerks NW Collision Repair Shop! I just had the most incredible experience with them, and I couldn't wait to share it! From the moment I walked into their shop, I was greeted with the friendliest smiles and a genuine willingness to help.The other day I noticed a loose piece of trim on my Range Rover Sport. Ugh, talk about a bummer! But guess what? Lying, worthless, unskilled.It took them more than 2 MONTHS to complete the job.My car returned with body damage it did not go in with, in multiple locations. The interior lights no longer function (they replaced a door). The wipers and heater (which worked fine before the accident), ceased to function, but were deemed 'wear parts' and were not replaced. In Oregon. In the winter. Gives you an idea of their ethics, doesn't it? Worse yet, I asked the 'appraiser', Michael Bogdan, if they had been fixed and he looks right at me and says "Yes."The used parts that they "reconditioned" are poorly done, body lines don't line up, some of the exterior trim pieces look like they were left out in the sun... on Mercury, and there's sticky black grease on/in the A pillar fabric.These guys are lecherous insurance vampires and should be run out of business.

Older, white haired technician was very disrespectful and aggressive to the tow truck driver who is dropping off, when the tow truck driver was nothing but nice and respectful. I ll not be recommending this shop to anyone.

Just recent had my wife s 2018 GLC300 Coupe repaired by Autowerks Northwest after being rear-ended. I was advised by friends to take my wife s vehicle to Autowerks Northwest since they are Mercedes-Benz certified collision shop. From parts to paint everything was done OEM and strictly Mercedes-Benz standards. Results were magnificent and I couldn t be more pleased with Autowerks Northwest.

Autowerks is BY FAR the best in the business, especially when your main concern is protecting your investment. I have a 2021 4Runner which isn't an economy vehicle by any means, so I really wanted the repairs to be done right. After researching the most qualified shops in the Portland Metro Area and consulting with some friends, I landed on Autowerks and I'm glad I did. Originally, my insurance company quoted aftermarket parts and really underestimated the damage. But Autowerks went to bat for me and got all OEM parts. Not only did they repair and blend the paint where the damage was, but they touched up my whole vehicle and deep-cleaned the interior. When picking it up, it reminded me of when I first bought it. With providing such great service, there is a bit of a wait-time until they actually get to your car in as you can imagine. But like I said, it's well worth the wait -- especially if you have a vehicle that isn't considered to be in the "economy" tier. Quality work aside, they're very professional and have great interpersonal skills. Will be using Autowerks from here on out.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was the best shop ever! Some other auto repair shop that advertises because they have to on a different car where I was rear ended, .(name begins with L), took 17 days longer that default insurance company said should have, wouldn't give me the car til insurance paid them, so I had to pay out of my pocket for the extra rental days. Plus, I had to have their 'fixes, fixed! Autowerks NW did such an amazing job, fought for me using genuine Mercedes parts, and delivered when promised, absolutely clean, they were so amazing, organized, that I even gave Lennie, my service rep a hug! I can't recommend them enough!

Autowerks was quick to get in and fix my Mercedes after an AVC. Ty, Chip, front desk staff and Ryan really made sure that my car was repaired within a timely manner while also being beyond kind. This place is the best, hands down.They've painted three of my beloved older Mercedes Benz cars with very difficult colors to match. All came out perfectly. Honestly, it's amazing! (You should see some of the cars coming in and out of this place )Customer service is spot on as well. They even play good music in their lobby Highly recommended!

Betsy greeted me and continued to provide great communication during the whole process of repairing my vehicle. Michael met me when I had further damage and was able to provide estimates almost immediately. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, and my vehicle was repaired to almost perfection and in a short amount of time. Cannot recommend this business enough!Service: Body & Trim

I have had my car fixed here 3x and never once been disappointed with the results. The wait can be long but it's worth it. I will always take my Mercedes to this body shop. Recommend 100%.

I recently had Autowerks repair my car after a parking lot accident. When I picked up my car after the repairs, I was so pleasantly surprised. Not only did they repair the door damage but repaired a few other dents on my car as a courtesy. The other thing they did as a courtesy is wash inside and outside my car including the floor mats. I looked around my car inside and outside and was amazed. What an excellent, over and beyond wonderful service from Autowerks. Thank you!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quickly took all my information and built out an estimate for repair work so that I didn't have to wait around long.The only down side these days, and this extends to almost all repair shops, is the wait time before your vehicle can be repaired. My wait time is a little over two months.We've had Autowerks repair out cars in the past and they have always done a very thorough job.

Outstanding work and excellent communication. Friendly staff and great customer service. Michael B. and Ryan L. had made the entire process seamless despite their already overloaded workload.I would hope to not have to look for any more body work due to accident collisions in the future but will not think twice about bringing any of my vehicles here for repair should they be needed again. Terrible experience. I took the car here for repairs after being rear-ended. After repairs were completed, I had to take my vehicle back three separate times, so that they could fix rain leaks in the trunk area. The fixes consisted of excessive amounts of putty and foam tape. I would not recommend this body shop.2023 update: the trunk continued to leak slowly for years until I sold the car recently (7 years after the accident & repairs). Highly DO NOT recommend this body shop. They can t repair cars to be watertight. Go anywhere else!

Car damaged by a hit-and-run driver in a parking lot. Michael was very sharp-eyed at spotting damage that was not immediately apparent to me. Very impressed with his assessment of the obvious and subtle damages to the car. Apparently collision repairs are still backed up as a result of The GreatPandemicShutdown. Estimate in early July, scheduling repairs in late October (pending parts availability, of course). Autowerks is an independent shop that uses only the best available paint and OEM parts. Seems like a better choice for quality work.

Took my car here some months back after a vehicle scrapped the side of my car. Had a back panel replaced along with the rear rim. Once I get the car back, all looks good except the damaged rim with the distinct gash across was now moved to the front. So where did my other rim go? I called to inquire and was told by the owner the rim was not moved and that my other rim was just like that. Even when I provided pictures of the damaged rim (pre-work) and the front rim showing the same marks in the exact place on the wheel was told "I wouldn't say those are identical they are similar." I had to travel across state the next morning so there was nothing I could do, but I suspect an employee took my good rim and sold it for cash. Stay away from this shady business.Service: Body & Trim

I came in after an Amazon van took out my bumper, and my car is my pride and joy so it was devastating! But Lenny assured me I was in good hands, and he was right! In two weeks my car was back to it s shining self! They only order the best quality of parts that are always brand new, and took careful consideration of account concerning what needed to be done. My repair also came with a warranty which is one more perk that makes sleeping a little easier. I ll never go anywhere else for repairs. Thanks Autowerks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used Autowerks NW before and was pleased with their work. I attempted to use them again for damage to my daughter's truck. Got the estimate. Was supposed to get a call from the lady at the front desk. After 3 days with no call then I called her. She said she would call me that afternoon. The next day I called her again. She said she had to talk to her boss about getting our vehicle in and she would call me as soon as he returned from an errand. This lady is overwhelmed and doesn't have any follow through. I'm getting the truck fixed somewhere else.

Had the worst experience ever with autowerks nw. Want to get estimate for repairing my car, but guy so called estimator M Bogdan refused to estimate my car till get my insurance shop estimate price from different shop. Basiclly autowerks want to make sure they gonna get your car repair at there shop so they can suck money from your insurance. Warning people !!! Do not go there cause they are not honest with their estimates. And not professional also. Insurance scammers.

awful, scammed the insurance company out of money they shouldn't have by charging for items that were pre existing and not supposed to be part of the claim. Also said they took my car to the dealership for an alignment but actually took it to Les Schwab, who messed it up even worse. I had to eventually cut them out of the whole process and deal with the insurance co myself, which meant paying for everything then being reimbursed, but between them having my car for 38 days ultimately because they didn't order my tire before going on vacation (tire is odd size only available online and was on backorder) and the unbelievably rude customer service-it was worth not having to deal with them again. Sadly this is just the tip of the iceberg, there is more, but who has time to write a book? -long story short, my interaction with them was the worst and personally I would say do yourself a favor and find a place that isn't all about the money. Letting them milk the insurance co doesn't do anybody any favors when you think about the ripple effect that has on the damage amount reported, the cost to us in the long run etc...be part of the solution not the problem. I wouldn't even let them wash my car if they paid me.Service: Body & Trim

The best in town for Auto repair. Having a car accident is never fun, but I know that dropping off my car with Autowerks it's in good hands and that I'm going to get follow up photo calls to know what's going on without being left in the dark. I've taken 4 of my Mercedes to them over the years and they have all come out looking new and I've had no issues afterwards.

I'm very impressed with the high quality service provided by Daniel and his staff. Upon completion, the vehicle (MB) truly looked like it rolled off the showroom floor.I first used the the services of autowerks to have repairs done 35 years ago and subsequently 4 years later on a different vehicle. My Mercedes got rear ended and this is the place where my dealership recommended as certified. 1 week estimation turned into more than 3 weeks delivery due to part was not available. The rep who took my case was condescending most of the time and unprofessional. I reported him but he did not change much! I complained again and Autowerks offered to give me free "detailing" whenever I want it, I did not accept it. The rental was really mini size same size as MINI but not MINI, and ready to fall apart feelings. Of course it is very different from my new E Class but it could have been better. The repair was good and that's why I give 3 stars

I have the greatest respect for Autowerks. We have been taking both our BMW and Mercedes there for service since 2003. The repairs or other services are done right the first time and do not require return visits. The people there are friendly, professional and competent.

Tai was very communicative and helpful the entire process and they ended up finishing my car early which was awesome. First time I got my vehicle back it wasnt fixed all the way and it broke down on the way home. Once it was towed back to get fixed I was told i would have to pay for the mistake. I had to fight for them to make it right. Damage to my mirror happened while they had my vehicle and they never fixed it. Couple hundred extra miles was put on my vehicle while they had it and it still pulls hard to the right. I would never use this company again.

Let's just start with the facts. They said my vehicle would be repaired by the 16th, it was not ready until the 22nd, the estimate came in $1700 over and the mirror they replaced was the wrong one. The work looks fine and we got the correct mirror a week or so later.What is the most frustrating is the attitude of the shop. I was updated constantly via text that my repair was on time and due by the 16th. When I called on the 16th, this mind you is at about 3 pm, to check that my car was ready I was told it was not ready but would be ready the next day. The next day comes and I call again to ask if its ready and again I am told it will be the next day. This goes on past the weekend. Not once did the shop call me to tell me the car would either be ready of not. When I finally had enough after 5 days and started complaining the sales person acted like I was being a unreasonable. Just a side note I had a hard time getting to talk to the sales person too, he was busy two out of the three times I called and never called me.I was told it is frequent that the car is not ready at the "estimated time". I was also told that the estimates are also frequently over what is quoted and "why do I care if the insurance company has no problem with it". Apparently the insurance company rep and this company were very buddy buddy because the insurance company saw fit to share an email I sent them asking what I could do and that they should not be recommending this shop.If you want you car to take longer in the shop, come in at a higher price and have a "customer service rep" imply your being unreasonable for complaining then this is the place for you. I gave them two stars because the actual work looks fine but the frustration might not be worth it.

TO: Michael Bogdan, EstimatorI wanted to thank you for your help in removing a false report of structural damage on Carfax. With copies of repair estimate with photos you provided from 2014 accident and advice to pursue Allstate for diminished value, we were able to convince Carfax that report was false and they removed that information. We will also be receiving a check for diminished value from Allstate. But most important our Mercedes CLK 350 was repaired to perfection and four years later you are still taking the time to provide excellent customer service.
