Wonderful first experience with this place! I ve heard nothing but good things about them so decided to schedule a drop off.Brendan was a joy to work with. He was very available and communicative from the beginning and at every step. He took the time and had the patience to explain things to me so I understood what needed work and their recommendations.The process itself was very accessible and transparent, you get breakdowns for everything and approve right on your phone. Some of the jobs have videos to further explain what needs work as well. I felt the cost of the work was very fair. Overall a great experience, I will definitely be bringing my car back!

They did an amazing job on our car. Thorough, competitive pricing, and best of all - no bull . . . They listed services they would perform, were honest about the level of need, and let us choose what to do today.Will definitely be taking our cars back and recommending to anyone who will listen!!!

I had a great experience here! It s taken me over a year to find a mechanic that is communicative, affordable, and kind. It s disheartening to still find sexism and dishonesty in this industry but as soon as I dropped my car off with Brendan I felt a weight melt off of my shoulders. I can t recommend him enough! Quick turnaround, amazing communication, flexible pickup, and they charged me around $800 less than another well-known auto shop. Will be singing Autotek s praises to everyone I know :-)

I have taken my car here for the last 6 years and unfortunately times have changed. If you want the dealer experience where you are upsold things you don t need at double the price this is your place. This time around was extremely different. I was told I needed new breaks/rotors and calipers with a quote of $1,000 dollars with another charge for the break fluid and the new 4% shop tax on top. I did in fact need new break pads but called around and was done for $375 without the need to replace the rotors as they were able to turn them. I understand different places have different charges, however the staff was very condescending. Unfortunately I will be taking my services elsewhere.

Most excellent service. Responded quickly, got my truck back on the road in a couple of days, New brakes feel great, new clutch is perfect. I think they even adjusted my E Brake which I didn't ask them to do. Thanks for that! Top notch, highly recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

The best dang oil change or air conditioner fixers in Oregon, recently had my fuel valve replaced and had the most amazing conversation with the front desk person! They are very very kind and personable!

These guys are top notch. I've been bringing my vehicle here since they opened. I used to work on my own vehicles, but can't now where I live. I trust them to fix only what needs fixing and nothing more. They give me a quote for what needs fixed and wait for my approval before fixing anything so there are no surprises and will contact me if they find anything else that needs to be addressed immediately or for the future. They are polote, curious, and straightforward.

Autotek made my day! They were able to do my repair in one day and for half the price that other shops quoted me. This saved me about $1000! So thankful to find an honest, efficient mechanic. I will definitely come back next time my car needs service.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets the feeling that they're about to be upsold or overcharged for services. So when my check engine light came on right before a major road trip, I dreaded having to take it in. I cannot emphasize how truly important this trip was - the panic set in quickly, and it was real. The folks at Autotek were nice enough to offer a next-day code check (quicker than anyone else I called) to see if they could help me within my deadline. When I came in, I was greeted so kindly that I didn't feel on edge at all. They were able to diagnose my car on the spot and fix it in time for my trip. They ran a safety check and were even able to fix my busted brakes and headlight, and all for a very reasonable price. I'm so grateful they were able to squeeze me into their schedule. I left feeling confident that my little car wasn't going to burst into flames or careen into a ditch off I-5. A+ all around.

Updated review! ***August 2023***They are literally the best. I m days away from having a baby. They were my biggest advocates. I had quite a laundry list of service needs, some of them were absolutely critical. The extended warranty company was TERRIBLE to work with, and somehow they managed to keep their cool and work through it with me. It was so stressful. There was so much back-and-forth. They really went to bat for me with the warranty company and I was able to get approval on about $4k worth of work! Then we ran into another issue with my breaks. It was a never ending saga. But they knew the baby was on the way, and they hustled so hard to make sure I had a safe and reliable vehicle by my due date. Their honesty, thoroughness, and kindness is unmatched in my experience. They caught 2 major issues (and I mean major like a radiator leak and an emergency parking break that was seized up) that the dealership completely missed. I m so grateful for their work and their excellent customer service. Never taking my Jeep anywhere else!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could!! The owner and operator, Zack, was the most friendly, honest, straight forward and caring mechanic I've ever encountered. A friend recommended Autotek when my car battery started failing recently. I got in the day after calling. Zack tested my battery and alternator as those were the main concerns. I also had him change my oil and give the car an overall inspection. After his inspection he not only told me all the issues he found, he was really thorough in explaining the level of importance of each one, how it would affect my safety and my vehicle's performance. He then offered to show me these issues so I could see first hand what he had found!! Personally, I really like to understand what's going on with my vehicle so this was awesome for me! There was zero sales pressure from him, just genuine advice and options. He gave me quotes for each repair as well. Probably the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop ever. Autotek is now my #1 for car repairs.

I have a mystery occurring problem with my VW Beetle. Autotek was highly recommended by many VW owners in a FB group Im in. They are friendly, welcoming, didn't talk down to me. My car is my baby and I felt comfortable leaving it with them. They communicated with me, really listened and tried everything they could to figure out her issue. I was quoted $150 but only paid $75.. I highly recommend them. No matter what brand car you have!Service: Engine repair

Zack is the man, he s been working on my firebird for a while now and he does excellent work. Honest and hardworking people at this shop. Will return for any future work. Highly recommend.

This is the place I send my grandma to. they don't try to up sell you on things you don't need, and they don't take advantage of people's lack of knowledge. They've always been upstanding and I'd recommend them to anyone, they're a reliable shop that does good work.

Professional, efficient, friendly and fast! They identified the real issue quickly and I ended up saving a ton compared to what I was told elsewhere, so I'm extremely happy. They completed the repair same-day all within my workday. I think I'm in love with an auto shop!

Brought my 2011 Mazda Tribute in this week after I started losing power on Hwy99 near Tacoma St. This shop was the closest to me. What a gem!!!! Zack, the owner, was in the shop on his day off, but still took time to run a quick diagnostic and let me know what's likely happening. Even though they were really busy that day, they were able to give me a quote, and I was back on the road the next day. Zack and his team were really nice, responsive, and trustworthy. Thanks Zack!!!!!

All the stars for Autotek! I consider myself very lucky to have found Autotek a few years ago. Alex, Zack and the crew are super knowledgeable, helpful and fast. At the recommendation of a friend, I have now take my car and my partner s car here for some repairs and have been extremely happy with the service we received. I trust them and would recommend them! We will be returning to Autotek for our car maintenance in the future

Alex and Zach are wonderful. Both times going there they were so friendly and helpful. Honest people doing great work. They take the time to explain issues and breakdown options. Only got my oil changed and spark plugs replaced, but the experiences have me sold. Car feels like it got younger by a few years. A+ business

Car trouble? You've come to the right place... Autotek is absolutely amazing! The owner, Zack is an exceptionally talented mechanic and truly passionate about getting you back on the road in a safe and reliable vehicle... all at an affordable price. I depended on Zack's expertise for years to extend the life of my old 1995 Camry (which surpassed all expectations, thanks!) and I continue to rely on him with my current set of wheels (the new alternator is great, thanks again!). For Zack, no issue is too obscure to diagnose and no job is too difficult. Autotek is a trustworthy business with first-class customer service which is why I have happily recommended this place to all my friends and family, who of course are now loyal customers too.

Zack is an upstanding guy. I'm SO glad I took my Kia Soul to him back in early 2019. I spent a LOT of money, but now that the alternator went out AGAIN, he replaced it as a "warranty repair". And, he found some other components that are needing repair ... that he replaced in 2019. He's going to replace those "under warranty" as well.His prices are reasonable, although not always the cheapest. But his integrity is worth every penny!! He'll make sure the job is done right AND he backs up his work.

Finally a mechanic you can trust! Zach is honest and hard working and I feel totally safe bringing my vehicles to him. I know he is going to fix the problem at hand, and not talk me into other things my car doesn't need. So if you want you car worked on for a fair price with a reliable mechanic, go see Zach! He's awesome!

Autotek International is honestly the best shop I've ever been to. Zack has kept me and my 2009 Toyota Matrix on the road for the past 6 years. He's an honest mechanic, with fair pricing, and he'll do everything he can to work with you on payment options. He has rescued me in bad weather, fixed everything I've broken, and done all my maintenance, as well as a few upgrades. Autotek International is the only shop I will take my car to. I rely on my car for everything from my daily commute to my adventures in the woods, and everything in between. So I need to know I can trust that I'm getting a decent price, quality work, and it also doesn't hurt that Zack is the friendliest mechanic I've ever met. He's even taught me how to do some of my own routine maintenance so I don't have to spend the money every time I need simple work. It's not often you find a business owner these days that will sacrifice personal income for their clients convenience; but that's exactly what Zack does. I couldn't be happier with the work I've had done at Autotek International, it's truly a great shop!
