Auto Prada is amazing! Came through in getting my car like new! I, literally, had a friend come over and he asked me if I got a new car!After getting my car done so quickly and with such great confidence and success, I immediately referred my friend whose van was stolen and laced with Fentanyl and Meth to AutoPrada. This is what she had to say, Best referral in the history of referrals. Tom was a gem. They got the van cleaned and retested in a day. Now it is showing ZERO residue. WOW. Thank you so so so so much. I mentioned you and he was tickled to see a word of mouth referral in action in real time. #tomisamazing

They added a new Apple car play radio and back up camera. Service was great, install was done efficiently and they walked me thru how to use everything. Would recommend and will be back myself!

Our vehicle was stolen while we were on vacation in Portland this last year. We live quite a distance from Portland, and when the vehicle was recovered, I was overwhelmed imagining how I would get the car cleaned and the garbage disposed of so that we could get our car home. I was concerned about making the car safe again to put my family in. It was by chance that I found the Autobella team. They went above and beyond to not only clean out and make safe our van that had not just been lived in but contaminated with drug use. Beyond that, Tom helped us navigate finding a reputable repair shop that could help us get our van back on the road. He was in contact with me regularly, did a spectacular job on our van and showed a great deal of compassion and patience helping us deal with our situation from afar. I will never forget Tom and his team at Autobella. I recommend them highly wether it is just for basic detailing but especially if you find yourself dealing with auto theft recovery. Thank you Tom and company. You guys are the best. After a sunroof leak, the dealership told us it would cost 10k for mold remediation of my mother's car. We were considering just buying a new car! AutoPrada got the job done at a much more reasonable price and in a vey timely fashion. The car is just beautiful inside and my mother is thrilled! I will be taking my own car there for detailing after the turn of the year.

My car was stolen and completely trashed. The smell was horrendous. People had been using it as a home for 3 weeks. Had it towed to Toyota and they wouldn't touch it. I called autobella and Tom answered, literally walked to Toyota to get my car, and made it completely spotless and homeless-smell free in 1 day. Put me in tears and I dont cry much. A true happy moment in this atrocious experience. 5 million

Great customer service and speedy work! I had to detail my SUV last minute and was so happy to find this place. I called at 3pm to ask and they were able to fit me in the next morning at 9am, and they did an impeccable job. The people there are great communicators via text and email, accept online payment, and were so friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely go back!

The customer service here was really good, but the quality of the work was slightly lacking. This place is pricier than most shops in the area. Most places run around $250 for full detailing and this place was $325 for a full detail. They were really nice but when I got my car back there was dirt on the dashboard and back seats, my exterior paint was chipped, and there were dirty spots on the front of my car. The lack of detail was disappointing and has now caused me to either pay another service to finish the job or spend the time cleaning it myself.Edit: The owner texted me and resolved the issue by giving me a 20% refund of the original cost. Customer service is very quick.

I had a nice size dent in my front passenger door, Tom looked at it & told me what needed to be done to repair it PDR & gave me a estimate I also had him do a exterior detail, I made a appointment to have the work done when I went to pick up my car it looked like it was brand NEW! Excellent work l must say Tom really knows is stuff a real friendly guy I highly recommend these guys if you every need body work are detailing.

I have an older car that was shipped cross country, from Virginia to Oregon. It had accumulated a lot of dust, pollen, pine needles, etc. Plus an interior that was looking it's age. I couldn't find anyone local I felt confident using for detailing until a car repair shop recommended Autobella (soon to be AutoPrada.)Wow! They did a fantastic detailing, exterior and interior. I could not believe it was my car because it looked so good! They did an absolutely immaculate job, inside and out. They did a beautiful job on the trunk interior too (Which was wall to wall dog hair.) I feel they charged a fair price for the meticulous job they did.The appointment process online was flawless, they accommodated my schedule with no problems. They sent polite, clear reminders ahead of time. All of the staff were courteous. The billing process is online also, very efficient.Autobella staff were waiting for me at 9 am, and by 4 pm I had my car back.The location is on a busy street here in Portland, there is a parking lot that makes it easy to drop off and pick up your vehicle.I recommend them.Service: Auto detailing

My Subaru was broken into with the drivers window completely smashed and glass everywhere. I gave Tom a call and he was able to do a complete interior vaccum and clean within 3 hours of making the appointment same day.The car looked as good as new once I got it back - all glass and stains removed. It really made me feel safe driving it again, cannot express how thankful I am! Wonderful friendly service, thanks again.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Our new black car's paint was damaged in a car wash. Scratches and swirls all over the car. The team at Autobella did what I thought was impossible and brought the paint job back to showroom condition. Really great work, courteous service. I love this place. Their work is amazing for the price. I take my current car in a few times a year. Also, when turning my old car in for a lease, they did a service which was awesome. It looked brand new and were even able to get out some light surface scratches. The customer service is excellent. They always finished on time and are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Autobella!

This place is going to scam you. Tom charged me $1300 for a procedure that costs $600. And when I went to pick my car up, there was STILL mold in it. He just wiped it down with a towel in front of me when I came to pick it up for the SECOND time. I finally asked for a refund when I found out I'd been overcharged for a job that wasn't done and he only ever offers back 50% which is why he overcharges. I've heard many other stories about this happening with him. Please take your car somewhere else!Edit to reply to Tom's response: I picked my car up WITH MOLD STILL IN IT. Do not try to lie. I have had other professionals look at my car and tell me any "leaks" you are speaking of would not have mild growing back so fast if it was properly cleaned. And contacting you a week later?? I called you while I was still at the shop picking my car up because it was moldy and you came back before I accepted the job being done. Read the review. Check your facts. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Autobella saved my car from a half-gallon spill of old motor oil in the backseat. I was referred to them by another auto detailing place who said they weren t equipped to handle the problem. Autobella completely removed the oil that had soaked deep into the floor of my car, with only the lightest stain left behind. When my car needed an unexpected overnight ozone treatment to remove the odor, the owner went out of his way to meet me there the next morning, when they were normally closed. Not only that but the technician detailed the whole interior of my car at no extra charge. When I got my car back, the interior was as clean and fresh as the day I bought it. Their payment process was also very simple, they even offered a payment plan. I initially didn t want to get it professionally cleaned because of the cost and hassle, but Autobella s price was reasonable and the hassle was nonexistent. Thank you Autobella!

Had Autobella come out to my house recently to detail my 4runner and had a wonderful experience. My vehicle has been loved very hard and it's cleaner today that it was the day I bought it! Tommy has some awesome tricks for tree sap and dog hair that I was sure I was stuck with forever. He even came back later to put finishing touches on the carpet, even though I told him I was ok with it as it was. He takes pride in his work and it shows!Service: Auto detailing

Tommy and Autobella are the gold standard, don't waste your time looking around. I always do tons of research before paying for a service and my research led me to Autobella. They came to my house, Tommy and his son, and in 2 hours they turned a disgusting and dirty vehicle into a brand new car. It's an actual miracle what they were able to do, there is nobody better in the city to detail vehicles - period. Tommy is a great guy, gave me good tips and kept me informed about what he noticed along the way. If anyone says they got anything but a 5-star review from Autobella, my guess is it's not real or it's a competitor. This is the first google review I've written and I'm more than happy to take the time to share my experience. My experience at Autobella was efficient, convenient and easy. I had overspray paint removed from my car. I called their number, and the owner let me know over the phone an estimate, and encouraged me to use the website to input my information. It was breeze, I had my car back in a day. It was my first experience here, and if I need any work done in the future I will return.

We took our daughter's older Audi for repairs prior to putting it up for sale. Auto Bella was terrific in rapid responses, kept their word on the work done and timeline for the service to be completed. The two men who manage the front desk were quite customer oriented and very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, prior to being able to sell it it got hit on the Morrison Bridge and damages were bad enough to total the car. I highly recommend Auto Bella.

Tom was great from the beginning. Easy billing system, all his employees seemed happy, lot was clean. The best was the way our 2 cars turned out. Better than brand new. Going to go there at least once a year from now on.

They did a great job. They made my truck look new after three years of two kids eating snacks and lollipops in there plus an exploded coke on the headliner that they made dissapear. I got a great price when I sold my truck. If you need help with a seriously bad interior go to Autobella.

5-STAR SERVICE!! I heard the previous owner Tom Rennie was back at the helm, so I decided to take another one of my vehicles in for a full detail. Once again, I was absolutely speechless when I saw the finish product. It looked like a brand new car off the showroom floor.Tom and his team make you feel just like family from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Autobella as your next detail destination. You will not be disappointed.Thank you, Tom, and your team for the amazing detail job. I will be back for sure.

Just had my Nissan detailed at Autobella.The guys did an awesome job! Outside now sparkles.I had a huge coffee stain that they removed from the carpet as well.The car looks as new as I could hope for as it's 10 years old and has 114K on the odometer.I dropped it off at 9:00 and it was ready around 1:30pm.Paid 275.00 for interior and exterior.

It was incredibly easy to book our appointment and the few questions I had were answered right away. Could not be happier with the end result, our car seriously looks better now than when it was new.Side note: I have *no idea* how they got the dang slime out of the carpet, but they did!

I scoured the city trying to find a place that could remove the mold build-up in my car's interior for a reasonable price. John at Autobella gave me an accurate quote and reassured me the job would get done, which it did and for less than I had expected. It was difficult getting a hold of him via phone for a while, but he gladly took a look at my car when I was desperate enough to finally drop in. I would go back to them again, absolutely. They saved my car when I was on the brink of having to scrap it. Highly recommend.

I had Autobella detail my car for sale. It was unbelievable what a great job they did. The car looked showroom ready although it was a 5 year old Toyota Prius with 60,000 miles. I was so impressed that when my new Tesla Model 3 showed up, I immediately made a appointment to have Autobella do a ceramic coating on it.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. The best part of my whole interaction with Autobella is the level of professionalism and respect towards me as a customer even though I am a woman.They also cut the BS and told me straight on costs and what they would do to fix the scratch on my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
