Brought in my '20 Colorado and a lift kit I bought direct from BDS and had the shop install the lift and do the alignment. They did a great job. I plan on bringing the truck back in for future upgrades on down the road. Can absolutely recommend them!

My husband had an appointment this week to get new tires on our Tacoma. While at the initial meeting, he forgot to ask a few questions regarding warranty and asked if I could call Automotive Outfitters today while he was at work. When I called this morning, the man who answered was less than thrilled to give me any information about the tire make and warranty. In fact, he was pretty rude. Because of that interaction, I decided to call Les Shwab to see if they had the same tires available and were willing to give me more information with better customer service. They did tenfold. Better prices and better communication all around. After sharing with my husband the uncomfortable call and lack of information that Automotive Outfitters gave me, we decided to take our business elsewhere. I then called Automotive Outfitters Tire Pros to cancel my appointment, explaining the reason we're going elsewhere. The (same) man who answered said 'ok' and hung up. Didn't ask me what our existing appointment was or apologize for the previous communication - just hung up. Treating customers this way in any sort of occupation is highly inexcusable. Me asking for information in our initial phone call and making the customer less than for doing so is completely uncalled for. But hanging up on someone, especially in a work setting, is petty and unprofessional. So thankful we decided to go somewhere else where they treat their customers with respect.

Jodi is awesome. Got me in for a free inspection and quote really quick. Gave me a couple options for the parts, and got the repair completed in what I would consider a quick turnaround. Incredibly fair price, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I could tell Jodi really cared about the business and his customers. 5/5. I'm about to take my truck in for some more work, talk soon Jodi!

I have tried other shop for alignment, but it didnt fix the problem. I decided to give these guy a try. First attempt, the steering is still crooked to the left. However, when I bring the car back, they fix it perfectly. Now my car is straight like an arrow. Quick, effective. Definitely bring back my car whenever it needs alignment again.

Automotive Outfitters quickly took care of a warranty issue on my Tacoma's aftermarket SPC upper control arm ball joints. They also dialed in my alignment perfectly after another shop couldn't get it after two tries. SPC UCAs can be tricky, but they got it dead on.

I love this place. Trying to put nicer bigger wheels on my F150. They quickly assessed my needs and put it together safely and for a reasonable price. They are Dog friendly. My dogs get treats. The customer service is outstanding.

I rarely write reviews but these guys are incredible! Jody and the crew are amazing! Took my Jeep there for an upgrade to my lift after talking to several other shops and it drives perfect and at a way better price! They are super reasonable and their customer service is off the charts. I will only be going to them from now on.

Shout out to Jodi and crew for outstanding advice and service. Installed 6 inch Rough Country lift on my new '22 Frontier and worked with me to fine tune things to perfection! Done several rigs here now and these guys are true knowledgeable pros!

I had my brakes done here 3 times this past year, but had to come back every time because after 2k miles they start to shake again. They can't seem to fix the core issue, but charge me an arm and leg every time I come back to see what the issue is. So here I am, $2000 later, I have no brakes, and will now start looking for another shop.Very disappointed because over the course of my vehicle I've spent $10,000+ at this shop, had lift kit installed, alignment, tires done, even referred few friends, but after this brakes situation I am no longer recommending.

Jodi is the man for any advice you might need on a lift kit, wheel/tire setup. I had an idea of what I wanted on my Tacoma, but unsure what the best sizes would be. He hooked me up right away with all the right parts. Their work and prices are excellent. And they did everything fast with any kind of upselling BS. Highly recommend these guys. Best part: this was the first time I didn t have to come back to a shop for re-alignment. They got it right the first time unlike every dealer I ve been to.

Just got a new RAM 1500 and upgraded my wheels and tires here. I never write reviews but I had such a positive experience I felt compelled to.Everyone I interacted with was great and very helpful. Troy scoured his online system to find a setup that worked with my design I wanted and budget. I m really happy with my purchase and experience and I ll definitely be going back and sending my friends there.Highly recommend

Got 25% window tint and new wheels! Installed it with perfection on Honda.Updated 6/12/23These guys are awesome. Did a window tint on my BMW and did great job.

These guys are the real deal.. No pressure, more than willing to answer any questions and most of all AMAZING service. I took my truck in for lift, wheels, tires and steps and it was done less than 24hrs after I dropped it off exceeding any expectations that I had set in my mind. Troy was very helpful with guiding me through everything that I needed and making sure to have options for me based on my preferences. Great shop, Great staff and GREAT experience.

Very bad jod my JKU was lifted here they do a horrible job not use the correct part now I have bunch of problems with the Jeep track bar bad relocated and stabilizer That is created my Jeep to dead wabe and not way to fix because they weld bad brake to hold the track bar to axle now to correct this problem need to replace the front differential assembly.If you value your off road vehicle not come here is a rip off and not a good job and you going to regret it later I learn my lesson

Jody and his crew are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great customer service, quick installation and great communication.I was going on a trip to Crater Lake and needed some work done in less than 2 days. They fit me in and upgraded my tires and gave me a lift! It made the trip memorable as we were able to get places most Jeeps could not.A must for great parts and service!Thanks Jody and team!

I had a great experience with Automotive Outfitters. Price and recommended parts are top notch. The entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I had a leveling kit and tires installed and couldn t be happier with all work performed. I will recommend to everyone I know. If your looking for five star service in portland, this is it.

I was a first-time customer who had a general idea of what I wanted for a suspension lift but wasn't exactly sure on what was what and who was who. No joke, within five minutes of talking to Jody, I knew I was going to do business with him. Two days later, my new truck went straight from the dealer in Sandy to these guys on Foster--and I'm glad I did.Aside from their customer service being some of the best I've encountered in Portland, their workmanship is unmatched. Just excellent. Everything is tight and clean, and this is the best-looking rig I've ever had. Other companies in town should take a page from these guys because this is how you run a business. Thanks to Jody and the rest!

These guys are no joke!! They know their stuff. Always willing to help. But be sure you know what you want. They are top notch. They won t hassle you or cause for any overages. Just be clear. It s a shop where they won t hesitate to give you exactly what you want and need!!!

Before you go to this store try to find another option. I went to this store to replace the coilover for new suspensions for my chrysler 300 2010 when I got home I heard a noise and I started to check the new suspensions. When I turned on the flashlight to check I found the shock absorbers were used. I found this out because they were rusty inside. What they're doing is they are cleaning and painting the old ones and put a new sticker and selling them like new

Where helpful in helping me pick wheels. However, found the wheels I purchased 200 dollars cheaper and would not let me return or price match. Wheels still in the box, had not been touched. This was the same day I bought them

Needed a steering rack replaced in my Tacoma. Good rates and they got it turned around in less than a day. Jodi was super thorough and helpful all the way through, these guys are great and they stand behind their work.

First off, I m all for supporting local always. But the guys here are beyond outstanding. Great work, super quick, knowledgeable and courteous.Toyota installed my lower control arms on my Tacoma and the guys here were more than willing to help check the alignment. I will 100% be going here for all my business and definitely recommending them moving forward.

These guys are awesome!! I was having issues with my suspension, I'd even taken spoked with other shops that told me their couldn't/wouldn't help me.Well, the guys at automotive outfitters not only were able to help me, but they got the service done extremely quickly! If you want a shop that is no b.s. and that is going to get your car back in business, and receive service with a smile, there is no other choice, automotive outfitters is the spot for you!A big shout out to Jody in particular, you made the entire process smooth and efficient, thanks again!!

I've been using Automotive Outfitter for probably 8 years, and three vehicles. Always had great quick service. My new to me VW Eurovan recently needed new tires and I wanted to add something good for snowy roads. Had the hardest time researching it myself. But one quick email to these guys and they found the perfect fit. Also love they've expanded their offerings to include more service options.

This Automotive Outfitters location is absolutely fantastic. I had my 2020 Toyota Tacoma lifted and aligned at another "reputable" shop in the Portland area, and come to find out they did a really poor job on my alignment. My truck was constantly drifting all over the road on the highway and had some steering vibrations that I could feel in the front end. I read great reviews on Automotive Outfitters, and decided to give them a call to see if I could bring the truck in to have them take a look at it.Victor was able to get me an appointment the next day, and was super helpful and kind. I brought my truck in with my previous alignment spec sheet to show them, and they laughed at how poorly the previous shop had aligned it. They got my truck up on the lift and corrected all the issues. Not to mention, they also checked over the previous shops work and re-torqued all the components as well as my lugs.Also had the chance to chat with Jody for a while about the problems I was having and hear his opinion on some questions I had. Super knowledgable and friendly person to chat with, and feel like I could give him a call anytime I had a question about something or just to get his advice.My truck drove noticeably much better than before on my way from the shop. And for the fair price of $79.00, you can't go wrong.I will be bringing my truck here for ANY and ALL of my future suspension and service needs. Thank you Automotive Outfitters Tire Pros!
