Jesse and the guys @ AutoCraft NW installed a Rousch Fox shocks leveling kit and a rear 1 shackle lift to prep my truck for winter driving. We had an initial hiccup because the factory sent the wrong part, but Jesse went out of his way to get my truck back together quickly and back to me, so that I could get back and forth to work.Honest, straightforward shop. Quality work.Definitely recommend.

Jesse Schuman misdiagnosed the parasitic battery draw on my f150 and recommended replacing the entire computer module. A $20 relay fixed the issue. I can t recommend this shop.

Best garage I ve ever been to. Really nice and knowledgeable staff and ownership. They make an effort to be completely transparent and will call you with every new finding to explain it to you and give you the choice to authorize before starting any work. They don t tack on any unnecessary work, and keep you in the loop so no unexpected charges or issues. Also turn around the work EXTREMELY quickly. For me it was less than a day with me dropping in with no advanced notice. They did a good job on my 98 Jeep and I will definitely be coming back for anything I need done on the vehicle. Location is also very convenient.

These guys are awesome. I have been to many shops in Portland and this is my favorite. Quality service at a reasonable price. Very quick responses. Straight forward and direct. Took my 94 Bronco here for a new oil pump- big job, had it done in 3 days. Great at fixing electrical issues as well.

I live in the neighborhood and have been taking my older high-mileage vehicle to this shop for servicing for the past few years. I have been very impressed with the high quality of work, fast turnaround time, open communication, and transparent pricing which I have received every time.Jesse is awesome to chat with and he has been honest with me at every opportunity. He has always offered what was best for me and my vehicle rather than trying to recommend unneeded parts or services. I am a customer for life and I strongly recommend that you take your vehicle to Autocraft NW for your next automotive maintenance servicing!

Jesse is so knowledgeable and helpful, and he's never too busy to ask you how it's going. This is the only place I go to have my car worked on, and the same goes for my whole family. Fair prices and great services -- can't get better than that!

Took my 96 4Runner to Jesse and his crew. This was the best mechanic experience I've had to date. They did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, explaining it to me, then fixing it. The price was very reasonable, and Jesse actually knocked $150 off since his crew finished the job quicker than they originally thought. I'll definitely be coming back to NW Autocraft

These guys saved us. Needed oil drained out of our car before heading back to Seattle. Came into the shop 5 mins before they closed and they still took us. Very friendly, helpful and fair priced. Would recommend to anyone and everyone

I'd never taken my car to AutoCraft before (I live in SW) but I was desperate for immediate attention toward my 2001 Ford while I was at work, near their shop. AutoCraft took my car in right away, and after a quick diagnosis and repair, I was back on the road less than two hours later, for a VERY reasonable price. These guys know what they're doing and they're very trustworthy.

Very excited to have found a friendly and trustworthy place to bring my car. I was able to bring it in same day as calling and it was in and out quickly. The guys are all so nice and helpful. I will definitely be bringing my car back here!

Jeep Wrangler owners TJ/YJ with dashboard or consistent grounding issues, stop by and speak with Jesse. He knows how to solve the problems. The staff is great. The service is reasonable. I have owned my TJ for 18 years and Jesse knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it.

If you are searching for an auto repair company many of you will read reviews talking about great customer service. What you may never hear about is how a company treats someone who is NOT technically a customer. Its natural for a business owner to be kind to customers but what is to gain from treating some random person with kindness? Here is my experience with the Owner of AutoCraft NW.TL;DR: Treats customers, and non-customers with the utmost professionalism and courtesy; especially when My life had so many other things wrong THIS was a refreshing change of pace.On 1/31 I was returning home from a trip to Metro Recycling when my charge indicator light illuminated. I immediately pulled over to assess the issue. After some testing I believed that either my alternator or voltage regulator had gone bad. I did a Google search for the closest auto parts store and was crushed to find that the nearest one was across town THROUGH traffic. My Tahoe was never going to make that trip.My second thought was to limp it to a local mechanic where I could have it diagnosed to verify what I thought was faulty and perhaps pay to have it repaired. The closet shop was AutoCraft NW. I called and the owner (I think his name was Garret) picked up. I explained my situation and he immediately told me to come on by and he would have a look at it.When I arrived he was courteous, professional and non-condescending. I am a "shade tree" mechanic, but having a professional diagnose your problem is worth the money sometimes. He listened to what I had to say and verified that it most likely was indeed the alternator, and that even if it were the voltage regulator it was usually built into modern day alternators. Now this is where my story will differ from a "customer story"**Disclaimer, I do not expect anyone to just park their car and expect to be able to fix it in this guy's lot. I think this was a special situation and he wanted to help in any way possible**I explained to him that there was no Auto parts store nearby and that I wish there were because I could just do change it out really fast as I had my emergency tool kit with me in the truck at all times. He said, "No Problem, I'll just order you one and resell it to you for the same price"I then asked if it would be a problem for me to change it where I was parked understanding that NOBODY would usually allow that because of liability, risk, etc. To my astonishment he said yes!30 minutes later I had my new alternator installed and was ready to go, All because Autocraft NW treated a "non-customer" with respect and kindness when I needed it the most. If I EVER need to send my vehicles to a repair shop I can GUARANTEE I will be coming back to this shop.Thanks to the Owner of AutoCraft NW (Garret I believe)Regards,Don R. Cox

These guys were amazing! Fantastic customer service, ridiculously fast repair, and totally reasonable pricing. They kept me in the loop about everything and even showed me the broken part they replaced. I will go to them for everything.

Water pump went out and having no mechanic it was stressful. AutoCraft was referred to me and they were wonderful! Feels great to now have a place I can trust for my vehicle!

I love this place. They're fair, honest, and they get it done as quickly as possible. They're also very kind, and educate you about what went wrong and how to avoid problems in the future. It's the only place I take my car now.

Autocraft NW is far and away the best game in town. I live in NW and like to keep my money in the neighborhood, but I would drive to Tigard for this kind of shop.A more than friendly staff, highly skilled mechanics, and an ethical approach to auto repair keeps me coming back every time I'm in need. What's more, they have a large enough space in front of the shop for a tow truck to easily and safely maneuver in and drop your vehicle in a parking stall.If you want to feel confident about where you have your vehicle repaired and/or serviced and you want to keep your money in the neighborhood, you'll find no better place to do so. These guys live in NW, work in NW, and are a shining example of what keeps the neighborhood strong.

Awesome family owned and operated shop. I live in Beaverton and still find it worth it to drive over to these guys thanks to their honest and quality service. Won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Can tell the mechanic was tired when I came in. Despite that, he dropped what he was doing when I came in, gave good service and had my car back to me quickly at a decent price.
