I could not have asked for better service. From the moment Nick answered the phone I felt well taken care of. My window was smashed while working downtown and like many it was an expense I was not expecting. The price was fair, the service was kind and Ben the tech that came out today was extremely efficient and so sweet even in the pouring rain. I am deeply grateful. I highly recommend this company! They made an unpleasant situation as bearable as possible. 10/10

About 2 yrs ago I had the windshield of my 2017 Honda Ridgeline replaced by Safelite for $1400. I had to leave my truck at their shop all day.This time I decided to shop around. Nick gave me a quote of $622 to come to my residence and replace the windshield. He scheduled it for the very next day. His men arrived at the appointed time and made quick work of the job. By quick I mean 25 minutes! After a test drive I found that my lane keeper assist did not work. I texted Nick who responded immediately with a phone call. He sent a technician out the next day(Saturday) to evaluate the situation. The gentleman found that the pre installed bracket on the glass was defective. I tried calling the shop on Monday morning, but got voice mail. A couple minutes later my phone rang. It was the installers in front of my house ready to replace my windshield with a more expensive brand, at no extra charge. Job was done once again in 25 minutes. A test drive proved the LKAS was working properly! Needless to say I m extremely happy with this business, and especially Nick and his crew who were very polite, courteous, and quick! I highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future if need arises.

Missed their own service time, damaged my interior, messy job, language barrier with technician, and non-genuine part. My recommendation is that you go anywhere else, maybe even Safelite would be better.I was scheduled for 1-4pm on 9/8/23 to replace the back and front windshield of my 2013 Toyota tundra. I got a call when the technician showed up at my house, apparently standing on our lawn, at 11:30am. He asked where the truck was. Of course, the truck was not there because if I'm given a 3 hour window of arrival, I expect that time frame or to be given notice if it should change. I informed the technician that my bed was full of firewood that I had intended to unload prior to the appointment and I would not have time since he was 1.5 hours early. He said it would be fine and he would meet me where I was.He meets me and I try to inquire why he is outside the time scheduled, but it's immediately apparent there is a language barrier. No big deal, but then he scratches the inside of my truck while trying to cut the old seal off (see photo). I ask him how he's going to fix that and he just says "we'll see". He later puts some super glue on it and tells me he fixed it with "a special glue". I'm not amused. I paid for a technician to fix my window, not damage my interior. Even though only the right pane of my rear windshield was broken, which I cleared most out and cleaned up, he ends up shattering the left pane on removal as well, exploding glass everywhere. Would not have been a big deal, except that my truck bed is still full of firewood so now I get the fun task of picking out crumbs of glass / pieces of my old window frame from every piece of firewood as I unload. Also, he left crumbs of glass in the interior as well so I'll have to clean that up too.I waited until he was done with the back windshield to make any judgement, but I think it looks pretty bad from the inside (you can be the judge from the photos). I should have checked before, but after installation I also realized they didn't even use a genuine Toyota part. I paid $450 for a slipshod job installing some knockoff brand called XYG. I wish I had just done it myself. Between needing to watch the technician and the extra mess/damage, I doubt I saved any time at all. Certainly didn't save any money. I'm giving 2 stars since technically they did replace my windshield and it was done the day after I called them, so scheduling was very quick. Since it hasn't rained yet, I don't know if it will leak. If it does, I'll update my review.I've tried to call the office several times to discuss my terrible experience, but they have not picked up and the voicemail box is full.

Quick, courteous, and professional.The office guys were pleasant and easy to deal with. No hassle and quick but polite.The technician that arrived to my apartment was scheduled between 11am and 3pm. He was here promptly at 11am. He stated it would take 45 minutes and It only took 25! Besides the jerk that broke my window in the first place this experience was amazing. Highly recommend this business!!

Fast, Quality service for a great price. I highly recommend AG northwest for all of your auto glass needs. I called them and they were out the next day and replaced our windshield for 1/2 the cost of the other quotes I received. Grateful for them.

Excellent service. Straight forward quote and was able to come out same day. Was the best deal by far and I called around to many other places. Installer was friendly thorough and efficient and had my new windshield installed in under an hour. Will definitely recommend.

Summary - I recommend using them, and you need to visit them in shop for ADAS calibration.Rock chip repair with a 8 inch crack on my Subaru Crosstrek. I scheduled everything via email with Jaret. I dropped off the car on time and got it back earlier than expected with zero problems. Deductible was as expected as well. Painless process and I d recommend them to anyone else!

I had scheduled a windshield replacement with a big name nationwide company a couple weeks in advance of an upcoming road trip. That company ordered the wrong glass, and wasn't willing or able to get me rescheduled in time for my planned departure. I called Auto Glass Services NW on a Saturday afternoon and they not only were able to get the correct windshield the first time, they installed it quickly so my trip wasn't delayed. Had a window busted out on Friday night, gave my information to about 5 different local shops for repair quotes. Not only was Auto Glass NW the fastest to respond, but they also were competitive on pricing. They got to me within 48 hours, the repair man was respectful and fast, and I couldn't be happier. Can't recommend this business enough! They made my stressful situation of having my window smashed and belongings stolen so much better. They replaced my window in less than 24 hours. They were able to work with my insurance but also offered an affordable rate if I decided to pay out of pocket. They also gave me the option to have the work done in their shop or to come to me. Good price and good quality.

When a rock broke my wind shield the night before I was supposed to leave town AGSNW came to the rescue in a hurry! They were professional, precise, and so very friendly. I've used these guys for years. Had windows installed by all of their techs. They're all great! Knowledgeable, professional, timely, and all around cool guys. I had a window replaced by another company years back (horrible job) gave Nick @ Auto Glass Services NW a call to get the job done right. I've been a customer ever since. Recommended 10/10

Amazing! Wonderful! Fast! Polite! Affordable! This is what I consider the 5 star experience. I called a few places on Saturday to try and get something schedule asap, Monday was the only option for everyone which made sense. AGS NW quoted $299, SafeLite $389 +taxes/fees to equal $439.Was told they would be here between 9-12. Got a call at 10:03. The technician was very polite and friendly. Got another call at 10:32. Your car is finished . 30 minutes!!!! Definitely one of the better business interactions I have had in years here in portland! Thanks AGS!

Out of all of the businesses I contacted to replace my broken rear windshield they were the first to reply and quoted me a fair price. I talked to them on Sunday by 3pm the following day my window was completely replaced. The technician was incredibly kind and patient. This is a great company! I needed 2 windows replaced in 3 weeks (both broken out). Terry did his best to find my replacements and schedule me within a day or 2. Jorge did an awesome job and quickly with the actual replacement. I needed them to come back for a minor detail and they got me scheduled and completed within 2 days. Go Somewhere Else!Auto Glass Services NW is a business I would truly avoid if you value your time. They scheduled a quick appointment but were a no-show during there 3 hour window claiming they accidentally scheduled me for a different day. Professionals do not make these mistakes. My passenger side window was broken out on a Saturday and Auto Glass Service NW was able to get the replacement glass, come to my house and have it repaired on Monday. Just had Auto Glass Service NW replace my daughters VW rear windshield. What a great experience! Got original quote from Jeff and placed order. The following day Nick coordinated installation with the installer - Fisher. Ran into some problems with the car getting locked (my daughter was not present) but Nick/Fisher were patient and waited until my daughter could return from school to fix the lock problem. Very cool. Plus it was raining out AND was the day before my daughter flew home for Thanksgiving. Good work Fisher, Nick and Jeff. Thanks DaveService: Auto rear window replacement

I am not happy to say my front passenger was smashed out. This is not fun for anyone obviously no matter where you're at much less in the city. You want to know if it rains if it pours if it snows whatever the case is it can be flying debris from a meteor strike. You don't want it going in your car. And I am beyond happy to say I called this place. Told him my situation and they got me penciled in for the next morning early and that was a relief to me. But not only did they get me in the very next day in the morning, the guy who came and replaced the broken window was just above and beyond. The man was pleasant. He was kind. He carried a good conversation while doing his job and he did it bulletproof. I have no notes for this man. I don't plan on willingly having my car window smashed in ever again. Not even by a rampaging squirrel dropping nuts from a tree. No one plans for anything to smash their car window. But if I had to, as long as I am in this general area, I would choose this business again based on my experience with them. It might be this company right here hands down every time even if there is one right by where I live because that was how bulletproof and amazing in my time of need this business was. They were priced competitively and delivered.
