Appreciated the quick response and have been very happy with them in the past. Yesterday's experience wasn't as good. Technician seemed to be in a hurry and did not pay attention to details, not removing all the loose glass in the tracks making a crunching sound when rolling the window up & down. I would you their services again and just let double check the work when job is complete.Service: Auto side window replacement

Not only did they do a really bad job installing a windshield in the first place, they damaged my car in the process. When bringing the issue up with them, they denied any wrong doing and are taking no responsibility for it. They ignore my calls and refuse to call me back about upholding their end of the warranty. They scheduled to do their job over again without inquiring if I was going to be available. Upon learning this, I cancelled my plans and opened up my schedule, so they can replace the windshield they installed before with a second one. Hopefully with better craftsmanship and professionalism this time. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.Service: Auto windshield replacement

If you see one of their vans on the road KEEP YOUR DISTANCE. Had one impatient driver pass me on the right going 90+ in a 60mph zone on I-84E, watched them weave between cars without using their signals and then run a red light to turn right onto 181st. Hopefully they aren't as reckless with service and installation as they are with their driving. But looking at the other reviews it would appear that they are ... No wonder the van looked beat up...

Needed a window for a 98 corolla. Old car so I expected it wouldn't be easy to get. Was told one was ordered. Arrived damaged right before install. Ok, understandable, it happens. Rescheduled for another time 5 days later. Date of installation arrives. Installer calls to set up appt. Less than 1 hour later, installer calls to say he doesn't have glass. Tells me I would probably have to get it at a pick n' pull. After waiting well over a week, I still have no replacement glass. If they couldn't get it, why did it literally take to the day the installer was finally coming to install it to figure out the glass was unattainable? Extremely irritating and a complete waste of my time.

Excellent customer service! Quick service at a great price! Installer did a great job and cleaned up all the broken glass. Highly recommend, we will be using them again in the future.

i used this company to repair the front passenger window and now the window doesn't work properly, the electronic got damaged. I called and emailed them for the whole week and after a week of trying to get their attention to this problem i have been told that this issue doesn't have anything to do with them doing work on it. The manager told me that she is not going to take any responsibility for the issue that appeared right after they did work on my car. She also refused to connect me to the higher manager. The company didn't accept the fact that it might be their responsibility at all. I know that this is not a way how business needs to treat their customers. If you want the quality work on your vehicle do not use this company. If you do not believe me then do your own research and check Best Business Bureau, you will find many similar complains that Auto Glass Fitters has all over the US.

These guys offered excellent service with much better prices over the other shops I called--their employees were fast, friendly, and helpful! The installer they sent out, Chad, arrived on time and was very courteous in answering all my questions. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need of auto glass replacement or rock chip repair!

Really excellent, fast, friendly service. State Farm sent them out for one windshield and I'm probably going to have them replace another one out of pocket. Their work is worth it.

Spent 20 minutes on hold. Someone answered then immediately put me on hold again. 20 more minutes later, I got hung up on. Save yourself 40 minutes. Don't call.
