Do not trust this company for welding and repairing your vehicle, they will take advantage of you!I came to ATC Auto Body to do a repair in the frame of the vehicle and they seemed really nice and helpful. This was an out of pocket expense and I had 2 other mechanics inspect the frame and explain that we needed a body shop to repair the tear in the door frame.The previous mechanics mentioned that I needed to have a hole cut where the damage was done, a 1/4 inch plate inserted, and the plate spot welded to the frame. They said this would cost about $1,000. I assumed from their welding expertise that ATC Auto Body would know what would need to be done in order to do a good job.ATC gave me an estimate for just getting the frame welded, but recommended replacing the whole frame. Of course, that is the best solution, but when you don't have $3K right away, I was willing to take a risk and just have them repair that spot.Instead of inserting a plate, like 2 other mechanics recommended, they simply laid a bead on the spot and painted over it. The area re-broke within 24 hours of their repair.They made me sign and pay for the job before I even saw the finished work. Of course, when I went back to them they said that they never guaranteed anything with the welding job and that they recommended the complete replacement. But they never gave me ANY indication that after $1000, this job would only hold up for 24 hours.They also told me that they would not charge me for paint, but they charged me $60 per hour for three hours to paint about a 3 inch space.They also told me they would replace the rubber strips on the vehicle. They didn't, but they still charged me for this service.I've learned my lessons to never work with them again and hope you don't get ripped off by them as well.Photos of the broken door 24 hours after picking it up from being "repaired."Service: Body & Trim

This is the third time our family has received service from ATC and each time they were incredible. They worked on our Toyota 4 Runner twice and the second time was a quick immediate fix. Today I stopped by to have them look at my bumper on my Toyota Camry and they came out and fixed it immediately with NO CHARGE. The gentleman layed on the ground under my carfor over 15 minutes and had to go back for screws/drills. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this company!

Dien was honest and straight up through the whole repair process. He also helped me with questions regarding the insurance companies, which I really appreciated.

I'm always wary of autobody shops that could take advantage of my lack of welding knowledge and I'm so sorry to say this is one of those shops.I took in my ram promaster which had a small tear in the frame. Instead of inserting a steel plate and spot welding it to the frame like 2 other mechanics recommended, this shop simply laid a bead, charged me $1k, and the tear broke again within 12 hours. They would not refund me any amount.In addition, I did not pay close enough attention when they were checking me out because they charged me for a weather strip that they never actually put on because it didn't come in time. I brought this to their attention and they have not refunded it.They also told me over the phone that they wouldn't charge me hardly anything for paint. Except that they charged me $60 per hour for three hours of paint over a couple inches of surface area.If you do use them (which I hope you don't) please lay out explicit directions for this shop and do not sign anything until they show you their work (they had me sign the paperwork before they showed me the finished vehicle, which should have been my first red flag). Double check the receipt in detail because they definitely took advantage of me and did not rectify the issue.Service: Body & Trim

I take great pleasure writing this review to a well deserving business. I did not know what to expect bringing in my vehicle to ATC Autobody and honestly was quiet nervous as a lady not knowing anything about the car fixing process.I was welcome with smiles from staff that were working on a car when I pulled up onto the lot. The worker knew or at least felt that I was nervous and offered me a bottle of water which helped. I told them I got in a car accident and was not sure if the car was safe to drive. They look at the damages and determine that it was a safety hazard. They were able to explain the process of what can take place and left it up to me if I wanted to leave the car there or not and did not pressure me. I called my insurance right there on the lot and they will send an agent to look at it. The shop manager kindly took me down to pick up my car rental which was helpful.The shop owner was in contact with me to let me know next steps. The process was thoroughly explained to me and approximate time was given when the car would be fixed. I was very happy with the service and the quality in which the car was fixed. The most important thing was to leave feeling that my vehicle was fixed right and safe for me and my children to commute in.Communication and safety was my highest priority.., ATC went well and beyond in helping me understand the process and delivered superb quality service. I certainly will return and not hesitant to give referrals to my friends and family.Happy customer

I have not always had the best experience with Autobody shops as I ve had the perception of the shops cutting corners and customers leaving the shop to find repairs short lived. ATC Autobody changed that entire perception as the owner also gets his hands into doing the work himself and not just delegating work out.This is my first shop review ever as I was impressed by the ATC Autobody outstanding customer service. The ATC team members were able to explain to me the steps they were taking to repair my cars and gladly updated me on the progress. I say cars for the fact that I ve now taken six different vehicles there, from my own car, sons car, wife s car, moms car, nephews and brothers. We all left with smiles and no complaints. If I did not believe I was getting great service and very importantly the repairs done right, I certainly would not take any of my family members vehicles there.There s no broken down promises, just straight facts on the procedures and what to expect. If there are delays on parts coming in I was notified and like any shipping, the amount of time some parts may take to be delivered can vary.Overall I am happy enough about the service, quality of repairs that I will continue to refer friends and family. If there ever comes a day that I take in another vehicle to ATC or my friends/family members vehicle and receive poor service I am not hesitant to re-write a review as seen fit. Best of luck to those having repairs

We've had both of our cars worked on by the crew over at ATC a few times over the last couple of years. I have no shortage of praise to give to them and the work they do. They're true professionals, but the most important thing to me is that I can trust them to be honest with the work I need and to expertly complete the work at a reasonable cost to me. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great prices, very professional, tremendous customer service.The whole staff at ATC was super professional and I was 100% happy with the work done to my car. I took my 2007 Acura MDX to ATC Auto Body after the car was involved in a frontal collision. They fixed the car in a timely manner and was able to match the paint perfectly. The Attention to detail is superb. They detailed the vehicle inside and out and made my car looking like it was brand new like day one. The shop owner even went the extra mile and delivered my car to my work place. I would definitely recommend ATC Autobody!!!

This is my go to shop for any repairs on my car. My first experience with ATC was with my Toyota Rav 4 got hit hard and my whole rear was crushed. I had the car towed and sent here from a recommendation from a friend. The process was smooth and easy. They had all the answers to my questions in regards to the repair of the vehicle. The work was amazing and couldn't believe that it was my car, because it looked like it never been in an accident. Any improvements or fixes I would need I would highly recommend going to ATC. Never again would I let my car go anywhere else.

I have never dealt with an auto body shop that has the integrity that ATC has. From start to finish in helping guide me with what needed to be done from the first phone call, speaking with Daryl to then meeting with them and having Dien guide me and explain in much detail about insurance, paperwork and an estimate which was pretty much spot on. I also needed a rental car while they kept my car to work on and they drove me to the rental car place and helped me with that process. If you are needing any body work done, look NO FURTHER, this is where you need to be, I have referred friends and family to ATC and will continue. 100% in every way!!!

I prefer to support smaller local shops so i randomly picked ATC AutoBody since it was conveniently located for me. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly and professional staff. I pointed about my damage and was provided a quote and a time of completion. Few days later my car was done on time and not a penny more. In addition, car looked like it was very damaged and the painted blended in perfectly which was my biggest concern. I would highly recommend this place!

My car was recently damaged from a hit and run. You can imagine how stressful that situation can be. I was referred to ATC Autobody from a friend and the service was hands down the best I ve come across in the business.From our initial conversation they walked me through step by step on what I needed to do. They got a tow truck out within 30 mins to pickup my car and worked with my insurance company so I didn t have that added stress. They always kept an open line of communication so I was never in the dark about what was going on. I got my car back within a week looking spotless. The whole process was much easier than I had anticipated thanks to ATC Autobody!

I have used ATC Autobody for over 10 years on my cars and my families cars. The crew at ATC are amazing and provide first class work at a very fair price. I have recommended ATC to all my friends and colleagues and wouldn t hesitate to use them in the future.

I have now used this company multiple times in the past year, once to have tint applied to my new Tesla, the second to have minor body work done after someone backed into my parked car. In both experiences, not only was the estimate better than others, but the quality of care Dien and his team applied to my car, and level of communication throughout the process was top notch and unmatched from prior experiences with other auto body shops. Dien (the owner and operator) and his team will even go above and beyond to provide white glove services as they picked my car up from my house, transported to the shop and returned it to my house once finished. I don t know if this is standard service, so please don t expect this, but nonetheless it left me impressed.In retrospect, it s clear to me, after touring facility that the service I was provided was not one-off. When coming in for a tinting estimate after looking them up on Google, I toured the facility and found it was clean and organized, staff was polite, Dien was down to earth and proud of the work they did. During this tour I saw that large local dealerships, national car sharing companies, and owners of some of the most elite cars (e.g. Lamborghini s, Ferrari s, etc.) in Portland leverage this company s services. This would not be the case if there wasn t consistency in excellent quality and service.I ll definitely be using this company for all of my Autobody needs, from aesthetic enhancements to Autobody repair. I highly recommend you check them out!

They accepted our car that had been in an accident and had a branded title. They provided us copies of the auto before and after tear down for insurance adjuster to evaluate damage. The insurance company considered the car a total loss. ATC allowed me to view the car and gather my belongings after the insurance company notified me so we were not charged for additional storage. They worked well with our insurance company as well.

Got into a car accident. Took my car to ATC Autobody for repairs. No hassle or headaches. Easy to work with.Great quality service and the staff is really friendly. I tell all my friends and family to take their car to ATC autobody now for any car repairs

Have had several cars here. They took care of the insurance billings. ATC would fight them for OEM original parts when the insurance wanted to use aftermarket because it was cheaper. This is important for me especially because I keep the cars for a while. A professional shop. Arranged rental, took care of the paper work, streamlined the process. Helped us in unfortunate circumstances.

I was impressed with their work on my 2017 Audi, so the next day I brought my wife's 2008 MB, and did they amaze me! The quality, the workmanship, and the reasonable,price, complemented with professional attitude and smile; what more can one ask for!

I brought my mom's car in for some work and was truly amazed at the customer service I received. I really appreciated them keeping me updated on the progress of the car and getting my approval before working on anything that we did not discuss originally. They went above and beyond my expectations. Good job guys!

Dien is a genuine person. He makes you feel like family not just a customer. He will go over repairs with you and not steer you into getting something you don t need. Excellent commitment skills, keeps you up to date on repairs. He goes out of his way to make you feel special. For an example after doing a repair to my mom s car he did a full inside car detail. She was pleasantly surprised about his craftsmanship of his auto work and on top of that detailing her car! She was impressed. She stopped by to say hi to Dien. Even though she didn t need any repair work, she mentioned that he genuinely cared and asked how she was doing. He cares about people. They are not just customers to him. He builds a good relationship with his customers. When my uncle was in a car accident I called Dien. First thing he asked was if everyone was okay. You can hear it in his voice and his mannerism that he genuinely cares. My father, uncle and mom have gone to Dien to get their car repair done. I would recommend him to others.

This is a great body shop, every one is very kind, they do great affordable work and are always wanting to make sure they get your vehicles repaired and back to you in a timely fashion. Having to manage a fleet of 500 vehicles we have gone through multiple body shops and this is finally a second body shop that we can consitantly use for repairs.

I have had several visits here over the recent years. My personal car needed work and they did a great job and on time with the finished project. I referred several of my friends, including my boss and everything went as planned. I highly recommend these people!

My car was at ATC Auto Body for more than a year before I had it towed back to me job incomplete and vehicle un-drivable. I was was billed for less than 3 weeks worth of labor.

Dien at the shop was great. He turned the car in exactly the time he said he would do. They were accommodating and easy to work with. Definitely will recommend him and his shop.
