The most honest and highly Competent automotive specialist I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I went to this place after an initial estimate, and let's just say the other quotes were ridiculous and were overestimating on things I didn't need done. AQ pricing was a 1/3 of their competitors. That tells me that AQ automotive has more than enough work, that it doesn't need to overcharge and add work that isn't needed for your vehicle. AQ automotive are the real deal. If you need service, and they're booked out a week or two, it's worth the wait. I highly recommend this business.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

AQ AutomotiveI ve been using AQ Automotive (Johnny Ridgway Jr.) for more than 10years. This is still the hands down best place to take your truck or car. He s an honest guy and a great mechanic with fair prices! My family has been using his services for over 25 years.I ve had at least 3 pre-purchase check ups done. I ve never had any problems except what Jonny had already found and regular maintenance after my purchase.I have all my regular maintenance done at AQ Automotive. Drop off & pickup are quick and easy.Any delays or changes in the planned services are clearly communicated. Paying with cash gets a bit of a discount, all ways a bonus!I m picky about my service. I have grandkids and my dog as my primary passengers. I want everything safe and sound all the time. Jonny knows how picky I am and is always ready to tell me about anything he finds that should go on my list of future repairs; anything from getting it done now, sometime soon (6-12months) & 1-5 years. I'm new to town and was looking for a mechanic. The transmission shop next door recommended Johnny's(head mechanic) shop and I'm glad they did. It's always a gamble finding a mechanic you can trust that does good work. Johnny was super friendly and communicative. He didn't push anything that my car didn't need on me and was extremely helpful. He's definitely my go to mechanic now and I live a 30 minute drive away. I'll gladly make that trip for good service and a trustworthy mechanic.

Love this place and have been raking my cars here for years. I did some comparative price checks before the first visit and I ve been super satisfied with their work.The problems are fixed right the first time and they don t try to tell me I need stuff that I don t actually need.Keep up the great work!!

Best mechanic and the most honest, trustworthy shop I've ever dealt with period!! I have sent my kids, friends, other family members, and co-workers to them and everyone has been amazed at the price, and the great quality of the service. Johnny is the owner/mechanic I deal with him directly. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle there.

I took my car to this place to figure out what was wrong with my transmission and they scanned it, it was a D5 flashing light that kept going off and they scanned it and came up with some codes on things that had already been fixed in the car. Instead doing more diagnostics on the car and trying to find out what's wrong they told me they would need to go in to transmission to find the problem. Me, because I know nothing about cars agreed, but after leaving took it somewhere else after consulting with a friend. The place I took it to was able to figure out the problem right away without wanting to go into my transmission which would have costed thousands of dollars verses a pressure sensor change which only cost me 192. That's a huge difference in money. It's hard to find a place willing to take that time out to just try and diagnose without wanting to go the expensive route. But I'm glad I got a third opinion. The third opinion was the smarter route and saved me lots of money I didn't need to spend.

After my repairs were finished I was stuck at a rental car company trying to get to their shop and they came and picked me up in my car. Love this shop. Reliable, trustworthy people who go out of their way to help. Have had several repairs here and am very happy with their service and price.

It's hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust, let alone refer your friends and family to. However this shop is ONE of them.They've been really good to us, and if I can't or don't want to fix the problem myself, this is where I go!Fast, honest, and affordable, what more do ya need?

They are honest mechanics. They do not cut corners or do questionable work. They will let you know if there is upcoming issues and either repair it or let you know about it.

Awesome shop for mechanical repairs from cars to medium duty trucks they do a great job and the owner is a super fair honest guy who goes out of his way to make sure your getting the best quality of service at a fair price.
