We called to make an appointment and got very weird scammy vibes from the operator. Wouldn t confirm the location of the business or what the process was to get a quote. When he caught on to our suspicion he hung up. Very weird. Would not give any personal information over the phone.Update: my partner is not getting texts from the supposed body shop to provide the license plate number for our window replacement.

Same day service on SATURDAY!!!Quality service on the phone with Nick. Technician Fisher was responsive over phone, did the work done under 30 minutes, vacuumed and cleaned out the glass out of the car.Great guys and quality work with reasonable prices.Service: Auto side window replacement

We unfortunately had the back window of our car busted out, and I called them to see if I could get it replaced. They were responsive, were able to come out the same day, and even vacuumed out the shattered glass from inside the car, which I totally wasn t expecting. Excellent value and service. This is (unfortunately) my second time back here after getting my window broken twice within the year. They have friendly and helpful staff, and the best thing was that it was done so fast! I just plopped down at the nearby coffee shop and worked for an hour. Before I knew it, my phone was ringing and my car was like new ready to go! Thank you for making this stressful event a quick and easy fix.

In addition to being the most reasonably priced, the staff was courteous, communicative, knowledgeable and fun. Don was super helpful and funny. It s one of those places where you hope you don t need their services again, but if you do, it s nice to know where you can go to get treated well.

I had a fantastic first experience at Apple Auto Glass today. When I called to get a quote, Kathy, the customer service rep was direct, incredibly knowledgeable of my options and consolatory of my broken window. At my appointment today they had me budget 2 + hrs for service, but I was in and out in 45 minutes. They have free wifi and a comfortable, quiet space to sit & work. With competitive prices, this place can't be beat! Thank you, Apple.

These guys are great. They have proved themselves more than once with auto glass replacement. We have automotive shops in different areas and we have Apple come out when a customer windshield is cracked or in need of repairs. Reliable, reasonable and fast! Thanks Apple Auto Glass!Three years later our company is still using Apple Auto Glass and they are still right on it. If you haven't given them a try you should! Great job Apple Auto!

I called every glass repair place in the area - these guys were by far the cheapest (about $80-100 less on average even with rush delivery), had my car fixed the day after I called (versus 2-3 weeks for the earliest appointment at other places), and let me leave my car in their garage overnight for safe keeping. Best customer service I've experienced in years. Great individuals who do their job well. Even did a little extra vacuuming for glass bits before I left the lot.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. They were friendly and scheduled me for my repair very quickly. They gave me a ride to work while they worked on my car. I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensively they were able to repair my windshield. I hope I don't have to replace a windshield anytime soon, but I know where I am going if/when I have to again. I highly recommend Apple Auto Glass.

I m shocked at the treatment I received at this shop. Not only did they lose my appointment, after I had rescheduled an entire work day around the three hour window they insisted upon making to come to my home to replace my windshield, but I spoke with an employee, Johnson, who repeatedly questioned my asks (to get a non-heated windshield over a heated one), and eventually told me that I was getting pretty mouthy, after I shared my frustration at my order being lost, and his continued, unwanted feedback about the changes I wanted to make to MY car. I have used this company in the past and am extremely disappointed, I won t be returning or recommending this business to my friends. The lack of customer service was frankly appalling.

This afternoon I took my truck into Apple Auto Glass for a windshield replacement. Don and Nate (I believe their names were) are very welcoming and helpful. Everyone I saw working at Apple Auto Glass today had a great attitude and were nice to be around while I waited the impressively short 2.5 hours for the replacement and drying time. I am very thankful to Apple Auto Glass for allowing me to make a same day appointment at an extremely affordable cost! Definitely made the best choice with Apple Auto Glass, thank you!

It s absolutely wild how good these guys are! They fixed a botched job from a previous place in Eugene.Even though they re now under the Safelite name, the quality of work and service is still on par of what I ve always heard about Apple Auto Glass!Fit and finish is infinitesimally better, and they were even kind enough to get the better quality hardware to ensure the best job possible on my old Volvo.I ll be recommending these guys every time.Thank you!

I work a couple blocks from this location and we have used Apple for many windows repairs on our delivery vehicles. Recently , I had to use their service when my car was vandalized while parked at work. Apple Auto glass was able to order my shield, and replace it the same day in just a couple hours. Their work is perfection.I highly recommend this company.

Best service in all of Oregon as far as I m concerned! Will be recommending them to be our glass provider for company fleet. Shut my work van door and glass blew out. Called our insurance and Apple was the only ones in 75 miles that where willing and able to fit me in there busy schedule. Thank you again guys, you are the heroes of the day!!

Apple Auto Glass was great. My back window got smashed by a thief, and was planning on going with Safelite to get it fixed. Being that I live outside the service area, I was going to have to bring my car in. I called Apple on the recommendation of a friend, and was glad I did. I was not going to be able to pick up my car that afternoon, so they were happy to store it for me overnight until I could come pick it up. They charged me exactly what I was quoted, saving me over $150 from what Safelite quoted me, and the work quality is fantastic. I've been driving around in the rain for a few weeks now and have had zero issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was outstanding. I highly recommend these guys.

Best auto glass shop in town. Great prices, fast service.I had a crack in a my windshield. I was hoping to get it fixed, but unfortunately it needed a full replacement. Apple auto glass quoted me a great price. They came out to my work and fixed it within one day. The new window looks great. Can't recommend enough.

Lost 2 days worth of wages trying to work with these guys. I waited almost a week for them to get the window I needed shipped to them, took the day off work for the scheduled repair just to get a call from them saying the glass was broken and that they could get a new one by the next day but for $100 more. I took the next day off work, just to have them not contact me at all during the window of time they scheduled with me. When I called them, they told me they would reach out to me when they got the glass.I get supply chain issues are challenging for everyone right now, but don t schedule an installation if you don t even know for certain if you will have materials in stock. I ve lost money because of them and my car is still missing a window.

Apple Auto Glass is a top notch Portland company. I did business years ago with the former owner years ago and it was a great experience, ridiculously fast and the employees were courteous and pleasant. I've had the pleasure to meet the new owner, Cathy, and am very happy to see that she has taken the business to even higher levels. I happily recommend this locally owned Portland business. Rock chips don't stand a chance again Apple Auto Glass!

Really great service! Went in with a broken back window, and had a replacement within a few days. When the replacement wasn't the right color, Apple Auto worked with me to get the correct replacement from the manufacturer to make sure it was exactly the right color. It included a bunch of insurance negotiation that Apple Auto took care of for me. Very happy!

Made my appointment two days out. Dropped off my car at 8am out by 12:30. Excellent, precise, with a good price tag.New windshield and they even tightened my loose rear view mirror. Attention to detail. Thank you Apple Auto Glass!

Don made the whole experience easy. I called at 8am and they said they could get the part that day. I dropped by car off on the way to work and later picked it up with a new front passenger window installed flawlessly. Don helped me and he's such a nice guy. He even called State Farm for me to begin my claim processing. My insurance coverage was about $37 under their quote and they ate the cost. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their car windows replaced.

Took my car in to get a chip fixed. They got a me a quick appointment and were really nice. They took my car on time and promptly got to work. Upon inspection, the specialist recognized this crack had been previously filled before I purchased the vehicle. He was honest and up front with this and told me I should go on my way, because there was nothing further I could do. Didn't charge me when they easily could have!

Great customer service and speedy repair. I called at 11 am on a Friday to repair a broken window and Don got me a same day 2 pm appointment. I dropped off the car, didn't have to fill out any paperwork, they fixed it within 1.5 hours, and I didn't have to wait at all before I paid and drove off into the sunset (kinda). Altogether wonderful!

Had a great experience here today. Had my windshield replaced by a competitor a few days ago and while I was driving on the freeway today my rearview mirror fell off my windshield!!! Stopped in here to get it fixed, not only was the service excellent, especially by Nate, they didn't even charge me. Pretty awesome considering I didn't get it replaced here. Hopefully I don't need another windshield any time soon, but if I do I know where I'm going and who I'll recommend if a friend needs one.

I have trusted Apple Auto Glass with my cars multiple times and they have always gone above and beyond. Earlier this year, I popped a tire on my way to get my window fixed. Talk about insult to injury! Mike and the rest of the guys helped get the spare tire on and really saved the day.Their prices are reasonable, they get the job done by the stated estimate, and their staff really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.I would highly recommend Apple Auto Glass to anyone needing a window repair.
