First time I went there I had a bad experience with a grumpy guy but I always hear good positive feed back from people I know, so I decided to give it an other shot, the second time I went the sales man was very friendly and very helpful. I'm happy that I went. They sell new and used parts. Also service old VW. I'm glad shops like this still exists

I can't say enough good things about Always V-Dub. Estimates of cost and time have been accurate and fair, with lots of explanations about the work and discoveries. Communication during business hours is easy and prompt. I'm a female beetle owner and I never felt talked down to or had my opinions dismissed (having owned and worked on 3 other older v-dubs I know quite a bit, but have had much different experiences with other shops). I'm grateful to have found my forever mechanics.

Truly honest mechanics! I know - read that again. I ve been coming here for over 20 years and never been disappointed with the service or overcharged in any way. I ve had everything done here for my Bugs from a simple oil change to new brakes, new transmission, electrical problems. They handle it all, and they know what they re doing. I don t think I could own a Bug if they weren t around. A+ place!

Super knowledgeable and forthright. They did a great job replacing my clutch and fixing some electrical issues on my Vanagon. I wish I could take more than just my VWs to this place.

Great service, excellent experience, good prices. What more can I say? I had been struggling with a window seal for over a month, finally thought I'd take it to the pros. In less than an hour they had it fitted and also refurbished my rusty hatch latch. All for a good price. As I started her up to leave I also got some advice on a engine noise I'd been dealing with. It's clear that these guys care, five thumbs up

I ve known Ashley since before he opened his Always V-Dub over 25 years ago. He is knowledgeable and always willing to share that knowledge. You can trust him to service your air cooled or water boxer correctly, and charge you fairly. He is a man of integrity, and well worth five stars.

Got my ball joints replaced, brakes inspected and adjusted and was able to fix several other issues I mentioned offhand all in a day. The service I got gave me a great reason to keep coming back.

Well what can I say about this place it's awesome.... Vintage car parts in abundance super competent counter guy named Ashley.. PS found out later he was the owner... Honest straight up answers guy really knows his stuff.

Ashley and crew are talented, responsive and professional. We were on a road trip from California in my "86 Syncro had a very technical problem. A problem that could have derailed my trip for a week. Over the phone, Ashley diagnosed the issue and made space in his very busy schedule to effect the repair and send us on our way. Many thanks.

I took my 1973 Westfalia in. To say that it was on Death's door would be putting it mildly. In less than a week, I got the call to come in and pick her up. Yes, the laundry list was long, but I was given a full rundown BEFORE the work began. Also, when a few things cropped up during repairs, I was called and asked about if they should proceed. Not only that, but they had a few used parts that were more than adequate and I was given the option of new or used. I was also told in advance that there might be a few things that pop up in the shakedown period and to call if I had any questions or concerns.I will be taking her back in for a few minor touches (compared to the massive overhaul that she needed to get her up and running). And until I find reason not to, this will be where I bring my bus.I would not give them high marks on customer service relations as every time I did speak with them, there was little in the way of cordiality, but I hire them to fix my bus, not be my pal, so that is really just a minor quibble. But to take my VW in the condition that she was in and get her to drive like she does now, they have won a customer."Nellie Belle" is now my daily driver. She has a little oil leak after each trip that I will be taking her in for next, so I will update this review as the process continues.

Ashley, owner of Always V-Dub offers fair, affordable, professional service. Take your prescious VW to him for the care it deserves. Our older vehicles need specialized service and Ashley and his team are the people to take special care of them

Just starting a road trip and I encountered a problem that needed Pro advice. I called in and got some great advice that saved me time and money.I still have one more issue to solve but I m confident these guys know exactly what they are doing with our beloved Vanagon!

Great place to find part for both my oval and syncro. The mechanics at the shop are great and the prices are very reasonable. The owner Ashley is very knowledgeable about all things volkswagen. It a pleasure every time I go.

The best money I've ever spent on my Bug. I've had my 1973 Super Beetle "professionally" tuned twice before by other shops, but nothing compares to this tune up at Always VW. Service was fast and I felt like I was treated extremely fairly. I would reccommend to any air cooled VW owner.

Was recommended by a friend to this place. Thought it was gonna be an easy $750.00 job to get the "Thing" up and running after messing with it for the last few months. It wasn't even half of that! The team here was fast, honest, and trustworthy! I'll be back!

As a first-time Vanagon owner with very little mechanical experience, I have a lot to learn. These guys have been extremely helpful and informative. Their prices are reasonable, and they have answered all of my questions without making me feel like a dumbass.

I have to say, Ashley rocked! I have been sitting here at work freak'n out with what the dreaded phone call from Always V-Dub was going to be. They took a look at the car, put it on the machine and found that the spark plugs were bad. The last person to change out the plugs put crapy cheap plugs in..............That is it, from now on it's ALWAYS V-DUB. I really feel they could have totally screwed me and they didn't, that screams loudly to me. It sucks as a woman finding a shop that is honest with you period, I am sold!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Asley!!!!!!

I'm a mechanic and found he had horrible scruples. I've been overcharged and decided I'd rather give up on Volkswagens than cross his doorstep. I've got three veedubs now. Luckily there is other places and shops.
