My 4 Runner was scratched from front to back on the passenger side. I was referred to Alpina by a very special person, and the results exceeded my expectations. They welcomed me very warmly and took cared of everything I needed, dealt with my insurance and communication was excellent. I loved how well the job was done, the results were incredible! Like nothing happened! I will definitely recommend Alpina Auto Body Shop to my closest friends and family. I m back enjoying my 4Runner and I m so thankful to all the guys at the shop!! You are all amazing!! :) Thank you Alpina!!

Highly recommend Alpina for any type of body work or repairs for your car. Very easy to work with everyone there, and communicated often during the entire process. Also helped with some minor adjustments to the car at no extra cost to ensure it looked as good as it did before my accident. My 2008 Mercedes E350 was hit pretty bad. The whole front-end smahsed and creased the driver side fender. The lower rocker panel along with some suspension was also damaged! This was almost a total lost by the insurance company!I used Alpina Autobody & dealt with Vasily (Manager) through the whole process & steps. I was living in the Seattle area at the time & he was referred to me from a friend. I chose to try them out & eventually use them even though they are super far from me! Vasily was on it from the very start & has very great communication with me (something that lacks this day & age).He went out the way to send me pictures via text of the progress & estimates throughout the whole process, I also needed more small parts that wasn't discovered until getting inside the severely damaged areas of the car! This happens folks & is normal! Vasily & his team Completed all the front end & side bodywork, paint & suspension work etc, to near perfection. Very happy I chose them because the work came out in A-1 condition! I can t even tell it was repaired & the suspension is straight! I wish i still had the before pics when it was hit but I don t have them anymore as to me its bad luck lol. But here are the after pics attached that Vasily & Alpina Autobody & Paint completed! They absolutely killed it! Yesterday, Alpina turned a very unfortunate situation into a relatively painless process and I couldn t be more appreciative of how helpful they were. I did some pretty decent damage to my older, but very special to me, Audi wagon when a piece of rebar in a curb grabbed and ripped my front bumper. It could ve been weeks and $1000-$2000 at another shop but they presented me with a full spectrum of options and put my bumper back together as quickly as possible for an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend checking in with them if you find yourself in need of autobody work. Thank you to the entire team at Alpina!!!

Role model of a business! Alpina went above and beyond to help me put back my bumper in place FREE of charge! I am single mom in the middle of moving so they were truly a lifesaver! No words can express my gratitude to Lana and her team. Don't hesitate to go here, you will be treated like family. Very satisfied with the repairs made on my vehicle! The service technicians were very friendly and attentive to the details of the work done on my vehicle. They went above and beyond and even replaced some damaged windshield wipers free of charge. Look at the gorgeous clear coat finish on our 1965 Shelby American Cobra. Thank you Alpina! Vasi knew exactly what it would take to prepare our car for the auction block at Barrett-Jackson. That beautiful finish helped us to achieve a sales price beyond our wildest dreams. The Alpina team delivered outstanding results under a tight time frame. Thank you, Vasi and team!

Contacted Alpina to repair a side mirror that was hit via and to fulfill an insurance claim. Lana was both easy to work with to set appointments and communicated timely. The work was scheduled quickly and around my calendar. Work was professional and they even touched up rock chips. I highly recommend and I ll be going here for all body shop repairs. Alpina provided the most professional job and excellent customer service. After working out the details with the insurance company (so glad they took that off my hands), they made sure to inconvenience me as little as possible, letting me know when all the parts and prep work were done so all I needed to do was give them the car for a few hours for them to complete the job. The work was fast, very meticulously done and at an incredibly reasonable price. My husband can be very persnickety, but he was very satisfied. In particular, he was super pleased at their insistence to use original parts. We highly recommend this shop.

My car was involved in a hit and run while parked. No one left insurance info so I ended up shopping around. My bumper was seemingly hanging on to dear life and the sides were flapped out. If I drove more than 65 MPH, it would flap and wobble, making me fear it would randomly fly off. My insurance shrugged at me said my policy doesn't cover hit and runs (ridiculous). My insurance recommended I go to Fix Auto. The blue collar white guy that looked at my car seemingly looked at it with a glance and surmised I needed to replace the entire bumper, and gave me an estimate of 950 dollars. I plainly told him I did not have that kind of money and all he did was shrug at me and send me on my way.I came here to Alpina after looking around online, came in and spoke to a kind level headed guy, either Russian or Ukranian. He actually got down on his hands, knees, back and looked deeper into my ruined bumper. He surmised that he could reattach it and quoted me 300 dollars. I was actually hugely surprised by this.I made an appointment weeks after and now just got my car back and it's purely astonishing.Lana, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the guy who worked on my car, Paul, surpassed my expectations. I definitely recommend these dudes!Service: Body & Trim

Great auto body shop! Very high quality work, they were able to bring my BMW back to its pristine condition. I took my car in from someone swiping my bumper, they not only fixed up what I brought it in for but buffed out a few other areas as well. HIGHLY recommended shop for car needs! Thanks Alpina!

The rear rubber seal on my Prius trunk had become dislodged. I got a recommendation to go to Alpina and am so glad I did. I pulled up, went in the office, and a technician immediately came out to see the problem. They fixed it on the spot and wouldn't accept any payment. They have definitely earned my future business. I called Alpina Auto Body because they have such great reviews, and I m so glad I did. The paint on the hood of my car had been wearing off for a long time and I couldn t stand it anymore. They quoted a very reasonable price and got me in quickly, even though they re busy this time of year. And they fixed a couple of extra things too at no extra charge! I ve had this car for over a decade and it has never looked this good! I couldn t be happier. Thanks, guys!

I had a great experience here. I'm a pretty wary person in business and money but Vasy the owner seems to be a guy with a lot of integrity. I had a scrape on my body, and this place did an excellent job handling it. Vasy didn't take the easy way out and immediately offer to replace the part, which would've been more expensive. He had my best interest and worked out a good price for me to repair the part, even though it's more labor intensive. In fact he never pushed me to use his body shop and encouraged me to ask other places for quotes too. I feel this place has a pretty low overhead and so is able to offer a low price for customers. He and his staff seem very experienced and competent. Good prices and fast. Will definitely be a return customer. Highly recommend to others.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had an oil change and some service needs on our 3 year old X5 and BMW Portland quoted a hefty amount AND a week of them holding onto our car. We asked around and Alpina was recommended by a colleague - not only was the price very reasonable, but they agreed that several of the services we were told we needed were unnecessary at this time. And we would have our car back within a couple hours.We decided to switch to Alpina for future needs, and are much happier with the staff and services.

These guys are the best! Recommended to me by Joseph at Munich Motorworks (also the best!) for a fender swipe. They did such a great job that I realized how nice it would be to have the rest of my car look new again so making another appt for that work. They were prompt, friendly, courteous, and their service fees are so reasonable that I can actually afford to do it! Suggest checking in with these folks before shopping elsewhere.

We have complete respect for Vasi, Danny and all the guys and team at Alpina Auto Body. We did see McLaren, Bentley and other Supercar manufacturers at this location receiving top notch Auto Body service. I'm sure that many shops in the area know of this company, this is my first introduction and glad to know them. If you need them, you will be glad also. The people Leo and his older brother are very nice people. Put my car there and have been so helpful in finding the parts needed for extra cheap price. Still before you put your car there, have it evaluated in more than one place so you have a picture of how much it would cost to fix. Always make sure to follow up with what is being done to the car and when it would be done. Paint work is guaranteed for certain time, which is good.

I took my Subaru there that had a paint scratch on the side. I went for a quote to get it fixed expecting somewhere around $200. I left 20 min later with it painted and fixed...for free. He wouldn t take my money. I offered him a protein bar, some gum, anything I could find in my car. But he didn t want it. He just wanted to help me. Free of charge . Who does that? I m still in shock. There are really nice people left out there. Go find them at Alpina auto body.

Couldn t have picked a better place to take my car for collision repair; Alpina was amazing! They truly went above and beyond in accommodating me and my work schedule met me after office hours so I could drop off my car and then came to the shop on a Sunday (when they re closed) for me to pick it up! Not to mention, the car looks great! Highly recommend! Thank you so much Alpina!

My car was involved in a bit and run. The side mirror and side of car were sooo messed up. I called Alpina and they had me come in that day. They were so nice and did more work than I was quoted for but still didn't charge me more. I can't thank them enough and at a time when I was so mad that someone would hit a car and not be accountable for it I was pleasantly surprised with their generosity. This isn't an industry is relate that too normally but I do with Alpina.

These guys are the best- went in with a fairly major scratch on the bumper, the guy looked at it , laughed, proceeded to repair it , when asked how much, laughed again, NO CHARGE!! didn't think people like this existed anymore- if you have car issues- RUN, DONT WALK, to these honest and hardworking people- you will not regret it!!
