Wanted to express my experience after having to remove my truck from service shop, ice incident. Guess service shop can not help with collision repair. All Pro was able to refer transport, assist with my insurance claims team and repair my Chevrolet. Looks great, Thank you!

Awful customer service,Dan or whatever his name was, very trouble and rude person I have ever seen.I spoke with him over the phone about my situation, and he told me to come to his office in person. I went to his office and there s a lady front desk and I ask for Dan, and she direct me to his office. He asked me if I checked in at the front, I tried to explain that I spoke with the front desk lady and he told me go check in or leave right now and yell to me. Without any reason.Don t even think to go there!

All Pro went above and beyond for me after my car was backed into. They were super easy to work with and took care of everything on their end with our insurance claim. Definitely a auto shop we trust and will continue to use! 10/10 recommend!

I don't know what people are talking about that shop and put 1 star on here probably some other jealous shops or something!!!I did 4 claims for last 2 years I send them a least 4 or 5 of my friends and all was happy with him and this is the best costumer service I ever had and he knows how to work with insurance like for 200% !!!!!

AllPro has been very fast and professional when I do business with them. I ve gone through them for auto insurance claims and repairs and they have always delivered excellent service and results. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! Very helpful! I'd recommend them to anyone I came across that needed work done on there vehicle. Due to the icy storm Portland had my car slid into another car and I had no idea who to go to for the repairs. These guys helped me every step of the way. Did not try to over charge me like other auto shops do. They definitely went above and beyond for me! Great people. Great business!

All pro body shop was so helpful with the process of inspection of my car after I was rear ended. They were very clear and precise with their steps and communication with me and went above and beyond to help me out when I was confused and not sure what to do next. I d like to thank Dan and Diego and Maria specifically as well as the other staff I didn t get to know. Thank you so much! I have already recommended All Pro to everyone. This business takes care of their customers and are very honest and fair. They are kind and patient and explain everything from beginning to end. Thanks all pro :)

WORST experience at this shop-- Dan is incredibly RUDE and doesn't explain anything. He told us we need to leave his shop because we were asking questions he "didn't have time to answer". He wants a fat portion of whatever your insurance will pay you, without any reason! AVOID THIS PLACE, he is an awful worker. Glad we decided not to go through with this shop, it would be a nightmare, judging by the short interact we had

Very bad customer service they had my car for repair and during the time the car was in their parking lot it was scratched and when I was picking up the car I saw a scratch and asked them to show the photo of the car I had brought them, they showed there was no scratch then I showed them a scratch on the car, they began to say that it was already there or I just did it , I said you saw the photo, you yourself took a photo of the car and there wasn't any scratches but they said that they did not have a photo, they showed me a photo of the other side and she began to run away from me and yell at me that I was lying that I a very bad person and say bad words to me. then the manager came out and spoke to her in his own language and then began to shout at me too. I don t recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from them.

All Pro auto body is the best shop I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The office staff are always smiling and friendly and Dan is awesome.You need your vehicle repaired... Go to All Pro.

I just want to thank All Pro Auto Body for helping me with my car, my insurance claim and the rental. Hassle free experience and Dan, Nidia and Deigo had my back the whole time. A good friend referred me to them and I am glad he did. I will refer them ANYTIME! Thanks guys, the car looks great!

Great customer service! Dan, Diego and the rest of their staff are knowledgeable and amazing. Only place I bring my vehicles. They also have rental cars on site for our convenience.

Had some trouble with the alignment of my back door, Dan came out and looked at the problem right away, figured out what was wrong, and had it fixed within 5 minutes. Absolutely reasonable price, too! Thanks Dan, I'll be back!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! The worker called me a liar and hung up on me twice when o was resolving an issue with them. I called back and she told me to not call there anymore. I asked for her manager and she said she was it. Then hung up on me again. I then get a call from Dan saying he is a manager on my voicemail but when i call back all of the sudden he is the owner lol. He waa just as rude saying my complaint about how i was treated and talked to by his worker "doesnt matter". I was explaining i did EXACTLY what one of his workers told me to do and now im being treated like this?!?!?! Not my fault she gave me bad information. Told him i would never do business with them again and he said "that's nice". I could only imagine if i DID get some work done here and it wasnt right how horrible it would be SMH. If i could i would give them a -10!!!!!!!!! You can tell Dan doesnt like or respect women. BEWARE OF HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!$!
