My big diesel was down they got it in right away. Dreya was the service advisor, with great communication and quick response throughout. I was very impressed with the speed of the repair. Thank AG!

Being a diesel engine owner and after experiencing a turbo part failure that left me stranded 200 miles from home which required towing of the truck and RV. I feel that the Dealership who been doing the repair & maintenance on my diesel engine since it was new 13 years ago failed to provide me with the information that his turbo part could fail. About two years ago I switched from the Dealership doing maintenace to AG Automotive for all my truck repair/maintenance and could not be happier. As most automotive repair shops do, AG actually looks over the entire vehicle for possible issues every time it is serviced and communicates these issues with you. My Service Advisor, Kirk is great and gets me in every time I call. I feel confident with AG completing all my maintenance needs.

I will definitely recommend friends and families to AG Automotive. Kirk's customer service is one of the best services I haven't had for years. He went above and beyond. I am thankful for him being patient with me and his efforts to help me in last three weeks.

Took my 1995 Dodge diesel in recently for some work. They had great service, great communication, and a very detailed breakdown for the inspection and work done. They also threw in about 200$ worth of work for no added charge! This place is tip top. I took my 97 powerstoke in there. They have wonderful service and and upfront pricing. They are very communicative and provide photos of everything they find. This will be my long time mechanic for sure!

Broke down on a 106 degree day 60 miles from and a local police officer on the scene helped me get my car towed to AG Automotive. They gave me refuge in a nice air conditioned waiting room, plied me with ice water while I waited for my ride on home. They were very responsive, thorough, and compatibly priced to where I would have taken my car had I been home. After a new alternator, battery, serpentine belt and water pump, I m back in business. AG Automotive is first rate and trustworthy!When you get your vehicle checked, they're very thorough and will honestly tell you what's needed right away and what can wait. This is my go to place for my sprinter van. I ve been to almost all of the MB dealers up and down the West Coast, and even into the Midwest, and they treat sprinter drivers like the black sheep of Mercedes-Benz. I always expect way more from Mercedes. This place, however, they ve always got my back. They keep track of what happens to my van in between my services, and help me navigate what needs to happen next. They ve even supported me while I m on the road. Also, their bathrooms are super nice and clean. I definitely recommend this place, their service team, and their technicians.

I have an older Dodge Diesel Dually and want to keep it running so that we can haul: horses, camper & boat. These guys did a great job inspecting and advising. They do business like they want me to come back. AG Auto is one of the few outstanding auto shops left in the world. Their staff is professional, friendly, informative, and real. The atmosphere of the office and waiting area is clean and welcoming! They know what quality work is, and it shows after just one visit. Trust is very important when you are spending money on your vehicle, and here, that's easy to find. Highly recommend stopping by when in need of a mechanic!

I took my 2005 Chevy Silverado Duramax in to AG Automotive when it was having some hard start and engine misfire issues. Turns out I needed new glow plugs and also had some bad wiring issues. AG took care of my truck quickly and even ended up saving me some money off the original estimate. AG stayed in constant communication with me while my truck was there and took care of it quickly and professionally. AG had been recommended to me based on their Diesel expertise and they lived up to their billing. The cost and professionalism were just an added bonus. Highly recommend these guys for Diesel repair and now that I know they also do gas vehicles, I'll be bringing in my girlfriend's Jetta from now on. Thanks AG!

AG Automotive is fantastic! I ve been taking my Jeep diesel to the dealership for years. After receiving an outrageous estimate from the dealership, I decided it was time for a second opinion. AG checked over my vehicle and determined the suggested work was unnecessary. AG is honest, timely, and took the time to keep me updated throughout the entire process. It s so refreshing to receive such amazing customer service. Kirk even checked in with a week after I picked up my vehicle to make sure my Jeep was still running great. Another trip to AG Diesel for oil & filters replacement. As always they were up front with pricing, they provided shuttle service back to Vancouver and returned to pick me up when my truck was done. I would highly recommend these folks. Superb service, friendly employees and a fair price. Excellent service, and extremely thorough. I took my vehicle to a different shop two weeks prior, and they missed dozens of problems simply do to lack of thoroughness. I appreciated that there were pictures to show each diagnosed problem. I felt assured that they were not making anything up. They helped me with my 30k service on my RAM after I had a bad experience with the dealership. Kirk stayed in good coordination and they kept their promises with when I would have my truck back, etc. Will definitely come back for all future services on my truck.

Been having my Sprinter van serviced at AG for a few years now. The team is thorough and I m always satisfied with the work they do. Recently had shocks and struts replaced, on their recommendation, and it made a huge improvement in handling on and off road. These guys were truly excellent to work with! I had a serious coolant leak with my 1995 Ford Ranger that stopped me on the side of the highway. I brought it to AG Automotive, and Kirk was extremely thorough and helpful.

I was in a tight spot to get a tire patched in order to get to a medical appointment on time. A quick internet search pulled AG Automotive up as the first result and conveniently 5 minutes from the hotel. Kirk took my call and listened to my struggle story and though his schedule was full, he took considerable initiative to fit us in and fix our tire to get my family back on the road with plenty of time to make the appointment! The facility is so clean and organized and all the staff very professional and friendly!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I live nearby so AG auto is very convenient for me. I ve had them do work on two of my older Japanese cars. Both run on gas - they didn t have any problem with that. Shawn was very helpful polite and pleasant to work with. He understood that my budget was tight so he worked with me to diagnose the issues and helped make short and long term maintenance plans. I ve been driving one of the cars for about a year now and I have to say that I was so satisfied that I had them take care of the other one recently! These guys are awesome! They have a very honest and professional way of explaining everything to you so that you easily understand what s going on with your vehicle, even if it ISN'T good news. They communicate heavily, but also efficiently using text messaging and email, which is not the norm these days. AG Automotive has an immaculate shop. All of their employees are professional, polite, and very informative. The entire AG Automotive team has impressed me and my family. These guys were SO nice and helpful! They took THE BEST care of me. I took up their HERO discount offer since I am a Nurse, and they did a free full inspection, cleaning, and sanitation on my car on top of the free oil change. When I dropped it off after a night shift, they gave me a ride home for free. I was so tired; they have no idea what that meant to me. I cannot recommend them enough. I will absolutely be coming back for future services. 10/10 would recommend.

After my 2008 Sprinter with 327,000 miles had a turbo failure coming home from Glacier National Park, AG Automotive was recommended to me by a trusted friend who also has a Mercedes Sprinter. He told me AG was really thorough, friendly, professional, and definitely cheaper than the local Mercedes dealership. Saved me thousands was his quote. That s a pretty good endorsement.I have used the Mercedes dealership for a few things and have no complaints,(except cost?) but it s nice to know there are options. And, I have taken my van to another mechanic in Portland that works on Sprinters that I can t recommend. So I have some experience in the when your van breaks down department. If you have an adventure van, you know that these vehicles are also your home, your dreams, your way of life , almost a member of your family- so finding a mechanic that you trust is paramount. Here s what I can I say about AG Automotive: they are awesome! Kirk was quick to get my van diagnosed, great at communication and kept me in the loop at all the right steps. I felt like they did the repairs super fast but didn t cut corners. They gave me a great warranty on the parts and their work. I will definitely take my van back to them for all my repairs. Kirk and the AG team went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.

I ve taken my 2005 Sprinter Mercedes Pleasure Way van to three shops to resolve issues with overheating with no success. Last week it was taken to AG Automotive in Portland. Today I picked it up and drove it to Eugene with no problems. They found a broken exhaust manifold bolt and found the head gasket leaking at the rear of the engine. Expensive repairs but the issues are resolved. I appreciate there thorough inspection and timely repairs. This shop is awesome! I brought my 2000 f250 super duty 4x4 for an inspection and repair of a fuel leak. The inspection was the most comprehensive I've ever had. They identified and fixed the fuel leak quickly. I had them do the work for most of the identified issues. They are quick with repairs and test drove vehicle to assure results. I bought this vehicle to get around in during winter and i appreciate the work done. Just drove to Newport and back last weekend and truck is running great! Major improvement from before. Thank you.

In April 2021 I took my 1999 F-250 diesel to AG because the cost of a similar new truck was too high and the diesel engine had only 170K on it. From tie rods to manifold leaks to electrical issues, they went over everything. Six months on, the truck drives and feels like a new vehicle and I've had not one issue. AG's vehicle inspection was thorough and it found issues I wasn't aware of but when fixed, substantially improved performance. Not only was the workmanship excellent but they care for their customers. Midway into their work on the truck, my wife had a dismal medical diagnosis and I panicked. She and our way of life were in peril and I'm not proud to admit that I took out my frustration on the AG staff in the middle of their work on my truck. To their great credit they took great pains to accommodate me when I needed it, and I Thank Them!
