Roberto at Affordable Auto Repair and Towing saved me! When Speed's Towing didn't show up for a scheduled appointment, I called Affordable Auto Repair and Towing and explained my situation to Roberto, who very kindly showed up himself within about 20 minutes to take my dead VW to the dealer for a warranty repair appointment I had made. He was also more affordable and is very kind! Thank you so much Roberto!

My rear tire came off while in motion. There was no accident with another vehicle. No damage to any property or anyone. I have roadside assistance with my insurance. They dispatched me another business. I waited 2 hours. And, when the driver showed up, he said he couldn t help me because this was an accident and his contract would not allow it. He told me to call my insurance. He said good luck. And then left. I called my insurance. They dispatched me this business. They arrived within half an hour. And they towed my car without a problem. Hands up to affordable auto repair and towing.

After a service center failure left me stranded in an extremely time-sensitive situation, and 2 other local towing companies quoted me 2+ hours to pickup, just to get me 20min across the bridge into Vancouver (to be fair it was Friday rush hour), these guys came through in 30 minutes and got me back to the service center before it closed. Helpful dispatch, and driver kept me posted on ETA when traffic got bad/worse and had to detour. I don't know what standard towing rates are, but the price was reasonable for the quickness, professionalism, and stress-reduction I experienced. Hope I never require their service again, but extremely glad they exist.Service: Car towing

Extremely nice and accommodating. Drivers side front tire flat on Glen Jackson Bridge Sunday night! In the fast lane! He was there in about 10 min after I called him and got us to safety so fast! Highly recommend them.

Roberto is great - I needed a tow company to tow our work truck, he responded quickly and came right over to assess if his tow truck could handle our truck. Unfortunately, our truck is too heavy so we can't use them, but I was impressed with his quick and responsible response!

best mechanic in the whole state and he is making more with his students/employees , he is a good honest man , I call him tio which is Spanish for uncle. It's a term of endearment plus I'm pretty sure that I'm much older than he
