You get what you pay for. This company was the most inexpensive in cost of replacing the back window of my truck. However, it was very frustrating to deal with them. I would call leave messages they would not call back at all I would have to keep calling to get anUpdate. I was told they would have my truck for five days. They start working on it on day four and then found out they didn t have the parts. Today I discovered they had mounted my rear passenger seat belt backwards, putting my rear passenger in danger. This business could have really hurt someone if there was an accident. Be careful.

My car window was smashed due to vandalism. I called and Jim answered. He was so incredibly helpful and was able to fit me in immediately (same day) and for a VERY reasonable price. It s people like Jim that set one business apart from the others. Thank you for not only prompt service, but a 10/10 repair (even cleaned up the shattered glass from all over the interior of the car). I recommend this business to everyone and will surely return for any future auto glass needs. I can t stress enough my gratitude for your service.

Jimmy and the team again replaced another (2nd) windshield on my large SUV due to an errant rock kicked up by another vehicle driving ahead of us.They were quick to respond and made it convenient, taking care of the insurance hassle. No wind leaks or noise coming from the new install, solid job. Will use them again, as this tends to happen from time to time due to seemingly more debris on the roads these days.5/5 stars.

Best windshield replacement in Portland. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was given the best price at $100 cheaper then everyone else I called. This price included the windshield, seals all other parts, mobile service, next day service and labor. Also included was a lifetime warranty. The tech who came out was very friendly, fast, professional and informative. When I originally called for the price quote the tech who spoke to me explained to me what to look for when calling others for a quote and what to watch for so I would get the best service possible even if I did not go with his service. I would recommend this business 100% with complete confidence. This company has it together they know what they are doing and they do it very well.

I got a small crack in my windshield. I stopped by and they fixed it for free in 20 minutes to my surprise. Other folks I called asked for alot of money and these guys fixed it for free with a smile on their face! Amazing definitely coming back here

They did a great job after my window unfortunately got bashed. They did a speedy job and was able to get it done way quicker and at a great price than the dealership. No fuss and no hassle. One of the best shops/companies I have worked with. Specifically Jimmy. Called him after 3 windows were smashed on my BMW and explained to him that I was moving for work in 5 days. He went above and beyond and got it done in two! Extremely happy. Thanks again to Jimmy

I have never had an experience like this. My sunroof exploded while driving and I needed it fixed asap. I took it in there and they fixed it with in a hour. When I went to pay he told me to not worry about it. Knowing how much glass repairs generally cost, I was shocked. Can t express enough the gratitude for that. It s more the act than the money. Refreshing to meet nice, kind people like that. I know where I ll be telling people to go for the rest of my life. Thank you Service: Skylight repair

I bought my car and the windshield needed replaced. About a year and a half down the road it was cracking. I called action auto glass and they fixed it no question. I know it breaking sucks, but they had it handled within a few days without any issues. I'm so thankful how easy it was to get it resolved. Hands down would recommend. Saturday shattered the front window on my 2021 Audi Q7 from a semi throwing a rock and Audi recommended Auction. Wednesday morning they picked it up from my house and delivered it back in the afternoon. Glass was Audi OEM and zero issues with driver assistance cameras. The quality was perfect, outstanding 10 stars! Definitely using them again.

THEY ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK!Kind of amazing these days..My daughter's car got broken into (she made it almost a year living in downtown Portland without a break in so we are calling this a win) these guys not only return phone calls, but also had the right glass for a 13 year old Mazda and fixed it all up the next day.Our insurance said we only had to pay our deductible and show them our card, but they insisted on full payment, but I'm not sure if our people told us wrong, or they didn't want to file the claim for us. Either way that's what credit cards are for and we were very happy taking our car there.I would indeed recommend these guys. Liked their attitude.

These people know their way around a piece of glass.I had talked to a different glass company, they rescheduled on me twice, then got scared by my car (it's full-electric which apparently is scary?)I called my dealership, they told me to call Action. I called Action, the guy kinda chuckled when I said the other glass people got scared, and told me he'd take care of it.And take care of it he did. They got me right in, and did it really quick. The glass is OEM, looks perfect and all the recalibration went off without a hitch. I will never call anyone else for glass again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Super friendly and quick service. A rock hit my windshield and there was a long crack growing through it. Stopped by the other morning, said they could probably fix it that afternoon. Ended up scheduling for the next day. Dropped my 4Runner off at noon, got a call at 3pm saying it would be ready by 4. They handled my insurance claim and everything was super smooth. Highly recommended. Plus, new windshield!

Action installed a new windshield in my Mazda 6 back in 2016. It was not installed correctly and unbeknownstto me, leaked water back behind my dashboard into the electrical system causing thousands of dollars of damage. I have been without a car for two weeks now as they are dragging their feet to honor their lifetime warranty, pay for another windshield replacement and repair the electrical damage caused by the faulty installation. Elana in the Portland office handles the warranty issues and has not contacted me to resolve this issue while I wait without a car.. Use a different company for glass replacement if you want quality work.Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys are fantastic!!! They came out to my house to replace my windshield 5-6 weeks ago and did a great job. Punctual, reliable, excellent work. When I a little rock hit my brand new windshield and resulted in a small crack, I went to the shop and they fixed it for free! How's that for excellent service? And they were super nice and friendly too. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.UPDATE 3/11/11: I had a few little chips/cracks in my windshield from all those rocks they put on the road this past winter. I expected to have to pay this time since they were fixing 3 spots, but they didn't charge me again! These guys are the BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! It's so rare to find customer service this good nowadays. I will ALWAYS do business with them. Thank you Action Glass!!!
