Steven took great care of me while I was waiting to get my car fixed. My car ended up having to be totaled and Steven took out my mechanical accessories and belongings before insurance took over the car and held on to them for me until I could come pick them up Hooked me up with a free loaner while the damage was being assessed car as well. Great experience. Definitely recommend this shop.

I was lucky to find this place before having to wait months for a spot at the other related shops with my insurance. They did a fantastic job on my ND Miata. Steven was very generous and attentive. I definitely recommend you call this place to get before your rental runs out haha.

ACP is fantastic. my car was stolen and wrecked in december and they fixed everything for me. they went above and beyond and made sure it looks brand new. they were thorough and communicative throughout the process. highly recommend

After meeting Steven and what a great job he did from the start I was able to relax and have total confidence that my vehicle would be completely restored to it's original condition. He dealt with the insurance company and always provided updates on the repairs. Anytime I had any questions, he and his team were readily available. They went above and beyond!! I've never had a better experience with an auto body business. They did a phenomenal job!! I highly recommend ACP!!

Steven had great communication throughout my entire experience. He provided me with great details on what needing fixing on my car, sent pictures and updated me once a week. This is my time using ACP and this time was even better than the last. I am happy with the results of my car, it looks better than before! Thanks to the team at ACP.

Steven was an amazing help! My car ended up getting totaled, but this shop was great communicating and giving me time and help with my situation and what to do next, even offered to pay $150 of my $500 deductible(before i was deemed totaled). They also made sure I had my mind 100% made up and had my belongings before letting the insurance take the car. Would definitely recommend this shop!

I took my car into ACP after I was rear-ended in my Audi Q5. Steven was very communicative throughout the whole process and let me know when shipments were delayed, delays with ice storms, etc. It took a while for me to get my car back but it was always well communicated to me. He worked with the person's insurance who hit me, Progressive, consistently to where I didn't have to worry about the communication from both ends. I really appreciate the responsiveness and the customer service from Steven and all the staff at ACP. They did a wonderful job repairing my bumper, it looks brand new! Thank you.

I took my car into ACP after a hit and run. Steven and his team did an amazing job every step of the way.They communicated promptly with any delays and when I picked my car up she looked basically brand new! They even hand waxed and detailed her.On top of the excellent customer service, they also took care of my deductible for me and had a loaner car for me to use when me rental car coverage ran out, so it ended up costing me $0 out of pocket. I had a good experience with this Auto body shop. They kept me updated with my car and were quick to reply over text. The person helping me was super nice. I chose this place because the insurance recommended it and the reviews were good.

ACP went above and beyond for us. They even buffed out some pretty ugly scrape marks from an unrelated hit and run parking situation. Steve is a super nice guy and we re happy to support his family owned business. He kept in great communication with my husband via text and worked with us on every aspect of the repair over several weeks. Highly recommend!

I am new to the Portland area and a bus hit my car. After a extensive internet search, I decided to go to ACP for the towing and damage repair of my 2021 Hyundai Venue. I was extremely impressed with the family atmosphere and customer service, as well as the final product of my vehicle looking nearly brand new. Just a heads up, it did take a few months due to shipping of parts taking a long time but they were great at keeping me in the loop. I can not say enough about this family run business ACP AUTO! Steven worked real hard with the insurance company to keep my car and informed me often of any changes and new parts that needed to be ordered. He wanted the best parts for my car and looks new again!!! They have AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I highly recommend ACP AUTO!!! Thank you love and respect

They take great care of you! From fighting the insurance company to make sure you get 100% pre collision repairs to helping with loaner cars and your deductible, to making sure everything is PERFECT before closing out your case, highly recommended!

Could not recommend more! ACP was on top of it from day 1. When I got in accident my insurance shop sent me to a bunch of places that kept giving me the run around. I called Sebastian with ACP and my car was towed within the day. He updated me every step of the way and when my insurance wouldn't cover rental car coverage he gave me a loaner free of charge. Do yourself a favor and take your car here you will not be disappointed.

ACP replaced my front passenger door and windshield. They did an excellent job matching the paint and cleaning everything up. I was especially impressed to find all my road maps still nicely arranged in the door s storage I had forgotten to take them out before the work was done. The work took a bit longer than expected, and ACP offered me a discount for the trouble. They were a pleasure to work with, and I would go to them again.

I used to rebuild motors, and have worked on many cars. I'm very picky with the shops I work with.Alberto did a great job restoring our 2005 Honda S2000. Someone hit our car and ran last month. ACP Auto Body restored it to great condition. The lines look clean. We dropped it off, they paid our $300 un-insured motorist deductible, and they took care of the rest with insurance. The lines look good. The paint was blended well. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.NOTE: You'll see the spoiler is missing in the painted photos, these photos were taken before it was re-mounted.

If i can give them 10 stars i would.These guy s made my life sooo much easier from the moment i called them about my crashed car to the moment when they towed it to the day i picked upThe Manager was on top of his game He never Hesitated to answer any of my calls and any of my questions . The appreciation and the gratitude goes out to this lovely, friendly, and openly body shop people and workers that takes cares of damaged cars and are always there for people for the support. That is what they have done for me for 11 weeks for my damaged truck that was rear ended and being in the body shop for that long I've always made phone calls after phone calls everyday just to check up on it and they've always supported me throughout the whole process and the journey of getting it fixed. When my truck was all fixed and finished I couldn't more prouder and more appreciated it of how they got it all done in 11 weeks the body repairs looked more even more brand new. So thank you very very much for everything you have done for me in that 11 week process. Thank you!!!!!

ACP was able to take my truck the day of the accident. They did a great job with the repairs and were very easy to work with. They paid for part of my deductible. Highly recommend!

Got into a wreck sometime around Christmas and new years took a lil long to get it back but that was expected since it s holidays had nothing to do with the auto body shop they were clear and informative and kept me updated on what was going on have me a loaner car for work and to get me places definitely go to them again honest good people

The people at ACP where nice and professional. Super easy to work with. They did really great work with repairing my vehicle after passenger side front got hit. Really nice blending work. Car looks brand new. Even with the struggles of getting parts in current shipping conditions only had a short wait for parts. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing expert level body work done.

I would recommend ACP Auto Body, they did a Phenomenal job with my car. Working with Alberto and Steven was a pleasure. They are very honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Very friendly, helpful and great to work with. I m very satisfied with the work/repairs. They even cleaned my car inside and out.
