Mike is a great business owner! Takes care of you as a customer! Warm, engaging, and very personal. Employees are very engaging, always asking about my project cars and how I'm doing. Service is quick and spot on. You hear talk about supporting small businesses, and people like Mike and A&M are the reasons why you support small businesses!

I own a Rivian R1T, and had it in to Rivian Service twice to correct alignment issues. After not being satisfied after the two visits with Rivian, I gave A&N a try as they were well reviewed and I pass by them regularly on my commute to work.They got me in on a couple days notice, and mine was the first Rivian they were to perform work on. They checked their alignment rack to verify they had the specs for Rivian, and they did, so we made the appointment.The Rivian alignment is a technical one, where all four corners need attention, including camber. The appointment took about two hours and they absolutely nailed it. This vehicle I've put 17.5K miles on feels completely refreshed and dialed, better than new!Give these guys a few moments of your time, and they'll get you handled! Thank you A&N!

I have always done my tire buying business with Mike at A & M Tires. I just lost my husband recently, and we were talking about getting new tires. It didn't happen before he passed. I knew I could count on Mike doing me right. He has the best affordable prices for new tires, and the professionalism that goes with customer service. His knowledge and professional experience and absolute genuine care he gives his customers is for me hands down important. He listens, he follows through every question, concern, and need of his customer. Everytime I have ever just dropped in unannounced, he drops what he is doing to come and help with what I might need. I am not just praising Mike. His entire staff or team at this place are all top notch people. They are extremely prompt, from helping, scheduling, answering questions to doing the work needed on your vehicle. If they say the job will take 45 minutes, they finish in 35 minutes. I promise you they are efficient and complete. No excuses, no hassles, most always no waiting around. Everytime I been there I have been 1000% satisfied.

Michael and the crew are and were amazing! I had them do a full alignment on my Datsun 240Z that I recently upgraded all suspension parts with Techno Toy Tuning and BC Racing coilovers. Its the only shop I trust in the PNW to do all this customized work and they nailed it. (Camber, Caster, Toe, ride height, and numerous adjustable rods). They gave me a 2 hour window for my time but got it done under an hour and charged for the single hour! I was super impressed and highly recommend. I'm from Beaverton so it was a good hour drive to tow with a uhaul but it's well worth the time and effort to go to the right guys.

Mike was able to get my tires ordered, received, and installed within two days.He had no problem accommodating my vehicle on such short notice and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive again. He repaired my already installed but not paired TPMS sensors at time of install without me even asking. Not a single scratch on any wheel after install either.Hands down the best tire shop experience I ve had in the pnw. Would recommend anyone to go here.

Best service in town was recommended by my mechanic to come here and have been nothing but great service. Hands down my favorite place for tires and alignments because of how speedy the service is. Also staff is very nice and friendly and I appreciate that soo much these days.

Absolutely awesome customer service! The workers took care of me but also didn't hesitate to take care of all of the other customers and apologized for not continuing a conversation with me. They were timely, and respectful of he entire way through.

Purchased some wheels & tires from Michael for my Cadillac Escalade. Michael is the owner and treated his customer like a friend. Came in and he had his team put my wheels on and I was out within 30 minutes. Great people, very nice and friendly, and most important -- great customer service! I'll definitely be back.

A&M tire company was recommended to me by a family friend who owns an auto body shop (Coachman Autobody) and knows All the best places to go in town. I purchased my wife a set of tires here and got a really great deal, we saved a ton of money compared to other shops in the area and didn t feel like we were being Upsold like most places you go to which was great. we are now purchasing our second set of tires from the shop from Michael who has been extremely helpful helping us decide what the best tire would be for us! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Fair prices and quick service. I was very pleased with the work I had done (I needed tires removed from one set if rims and re mounted on another set of rims that also needed the tires removed so the new ones could be mounted. All in all it was 8 dismounts + 4 mount & balance and disposal of 4 bad tires.) I was a walk-in customer and they had me out the door in under an hour and the price was pretty reasonable. Every one else I had called wanted $200 or more and these guys did it for just over half that.

Came to A&M after a frustrating experience with Discount Tire right around the corner and was very pleasantly surprised! They got my tires mounted to loose wheels quickly, didn't scratch a thing, and at a very fair price. Going forward, this is my go-to tire shop in Portland - should be yours too!

Fast service that I can trust!As a professional driver I value knowledgeable service, and this place has been AMAZING!I agree with the other reviewers that I also drive an hour to get my car done here because the value and treatment is worth it!!Kind hearted business, with great prices and always reliable! Got some rear tires for my car, owner Michael showed me his shop as I asked to see it. He was nice guy. And it was glad I went there as I bought tires from him at his previous location. I got the Cooper Zeon RS3 G1 tires . Nice to buy from a local small shop.

Amazing prices on tire mounting and balancing regardless of size, and super friendly staff. Amazing hands and they know what they are doing. They are able to work on lowered cars no problem! Definitely recommend to fellow car scene people!

Hands downs, the best customer service I ve ever experienced. Michael and his dad were very welcoming and informative when I was there for my alignment.My car was acting a little wonky after the appointment and Michael didn t hesitate to get me back in and make sure everything was solid!I have no hesitation to bring my car back here in the future!

They are amazing! Fairly priced, fast, honest and they do more than tires! They repaired brakes, rotors, electrical and an exhaust leak for me! Seriously you can trust these guys!!

We were in Portland to do some shopping. Noticed a screw in our front tire. Leaking slowly we were able to get to A&M. They were Extremely busy, but within a half hour we had a plug in that tire. It was holding pressure and it was extremely reasonably priced.

I been going to A&M for 10+ years. Mike and Isiah are both such amazing guys who really know their stuff. I am treated as a true friend when I m there, and that s something you don t find in the wheel and tire industry. Not only do they have some seriously high end equipment, they know how to use it. I have recommended them to dozens of friends and family members with absolute confidence they would be treated the same.

I own several highly modified Audis, which are lowered and have custom suspension systems on them...and the folks at A&M have taken care of me on a number of occasions now...and I come all the way down from Vancouver. Their owner is a standup guy, runs a tight ship, and their alignment rack is like something out of Star Wars... amazing. Great shop, very fair prices, fast and honest, good customer service. Highly recommended.
