Absolutely the worst company I have every had to deal with. Michael the outside salesperson will talk dirty behind your back, The company will not honor the warranty. The quality and pricing are no were near other companies. This company has extremely unprofessional person(s). They closed our accounts because they did not like the attitude. I really hope this company leaves the Northwest. I highly recommend no one else buy anything from them. I tried to work with Chris and Michael decided he would not let me talk to him or the owner. I tried to use them for the last 8 years. I have had nothing but problems with the radiators and quality control. I am extremely disappointed in what they think is ok. I will never recommend or use them ever again. I thought that their catalytic converters and A/C kits would be a good fit for us. But most of the time they have nothing in stock. This company should be allowed to sell any products if they the salespeople can just be rude, disrespectful and go to other companies and talk bad about another company. I called to talk to Chris and Michael answered and would not talk to me. I asked to talk to the owner, and he refused to let me do that and he has all the power. I informed him that the next time he creates a defamatory conversation with another shop or business owner that I would take legal action. And I was not happy and did use some colorful language. But you would be too if you busted butt to be a good honest fair business owner and the feedback you receive is that false because of conversations Michael had to other companies. Michael should be fired for his acts towards us and any other company.I tried multiple times to talk with a person that has a more professional and reasonable work around to keep this vendor.

4/5 stars because it s a Super small backing area, especially if you are in a a sleeper with a 53 ft trailer pretty much have to 90� it!!!! Other then that super fast delivery and super friendly/HardWorking Staff

They have really low prices for really low quality products, I used to work with this company for years until I had to many problems with the products that they offer like A/C compressors and Catalytic converters, we spend 3-4 hrs installing the products just to redo it again for a competitive Brand names, I stopped using the products long time ago and today I was charged for $229 even though we are not using the account.

I Manage multiple automotive shops. I pulled parts from these guys for awhile. Untell one day I called to order a radiator for my personal car. They charged my debit card 3 times then told me they couldn't except my debit card and I most pay cash (zip code issue). So I paid 4 X 150$ for one radiator. Then when I get the radiator, they sent me the wrong one. If I called to ask about my refund it was like I was troubling them, which took a week. I was left with a broken steaming radiator and 4 x charges for few days tell I was able to resolve it. Thanks for the Candy tho.

Ordered a radiator and somehow it didn't get shipped on time so they actually sent the driver to Woodburn from Eugene with the radiator good service
