I've been here several times as I live locally and they have always been very good with getting my truck and trailer serviced and going in a reasonable amount of time.

If you re riding Flix/ Greyhound you re better off running over to the Shell next doorThis spot is overpriced, not worth the wait in the lineThe $45 off brand phone charger I purchased worked for a whole 10 minutes

For a quick service they got you. Sometimes they take their sweet time. I mean most of the time. Their coffee will do.

Bathrooms are spotless and immaculate. The climate was a bit hot in the bathroom, but aside from that everything was great.

Very unprofessional and lazy guys in shop I came to get my wheel seal repair and about 4,5 guy s working repairs and road service. First they said they don t know what seal goes on truck and if they don t have they won t continue work and I have to go to hotel. It s literally one seal for truck I drive then I give them seal number they didn t had it in stock so I Uber it and go grabbed seal then they put me back in list again because they didn t knew I wanted to get repaired and after waiting 4.5 hours I went to check guy outside smoking cigarette said I m sorry we can t do it because our technician is not feeling well so he has to leave early. I ended up calling mobile road service. Please avoid this place if you can.

Worst truck stop!!!! Truck lotCompletely, full plenty of parking in front parked off to the side bobtail in know one s way woken up at three am by some of the RUDEST employees I have ever met. There was no signage saying I can t park there.Respect to the Phoenix Police Department. They were polite and understanding.I will never use this place again.Will pass on my experience to other truck drivers.Phoenix you need a Love s,Flying J,Pilot or TA.

Please don't come here unless you wanna fight . This please should close down I mean it . Came 2 times here both times I had to argue and also fight the. . Rude , unprofessional and they will talk to you like a kid . I had 4 days waiting for a OIL CHANGE. if the manager / super tech / best mecanic Mexican or w.e is there don't even past by he don't no what he doing and will talk to you crazy please avoid a problem and don't here . Trust me . Please

HORRIBLE SERVICE, there was no trucks present or being worked on when i arrived so im thinking today will be a in and out process! the front desk clerk lied and said to come back at 7am the following day because i didn't want to wait for 3 hours for a tire rotation, once i showed up at 7am the next day they stated my truck want be worked on till 5pm because i have 5 other trucks in front of me, i responsed so why would your co worker instruct me to return at 7am today??? "Can you call him i asked " he replied no because its early and he worked a double yesterday.Just horrible unpleasant and unprofessional service all around and i didn't have no work done on my truck to realize that.

My eggs and steak were burnt. My hash browns were as soggy as noodles! In the meantime I asked for a cup of coffee while I waited for my food to go, she did not bring me a spoon to stir my coffee much less a napkin and did not come back to see if I needed a refill on my coffee! The waitress acted quite peculiar. Another customer mentioned she's probably on something. This customer was waiting to place her order during which the cashier clerk from the store portion came and placed an order to which the waitress tended to the clerk before the customer when the customer was there first.

Had the Steer Steak breakfast. The servings were huge (I'm a senior) and the food was good. They gave us coffee to go to after refilling the cup twice. And it was a TALL coffee that made Starbucks look like tightwads.

If I could give it a 0 I would. They are very cocky. Had a smart remark about everything! We came cause we got new tires in Washington they didn t tell us our rim had a crack drove it here and that s when they told us. They had a smart comment about putting duck tape and send us on our way. My husband went in the building as I stayed in the truck 3 of the workers were speaking to each other. The manager came out said we are paying for the rim one of the works said can they afford it the only reason why we are doing business here is so we can get back on the road. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone! When one of the workers were on the phone with our boss he lied and said they got the tire 2 weeks ago, that should tell you something about your driver my husband corrected him and said 2 days the manager josh(that s what was on his work outfit) said that s rude he s talking on the phone. They acted as if they didn t wanna help us.Service: Tires

Stay away from the T/ A. In aurora Oregon. No restaurant. And cold showers. Climb steps pack your bag. Get to your shower. That you earned. Get into shower. Water is ice cold. And no pressure. Just a little mist. This is something that will never happen to me ever again. I wish they would just close these nasty dumps. So I don't pull into them and get screwed every time. They treat truckers like garbage. It all started when TA bought out all the 76 truck stops. I miss the old orange ball. Unicall..76. The last of the truck stops. They did the same thing to all the Petros across the country. They were really good too. TA bought them out. Closed the iron skillets restaurants and turned them into a sess pool too.

Petro Phoenix had 2 open bays got us right in took about an hour for full service. Very nice people. In the past we waited an hour while two guys waited around for us to leave they were doing nothing their supervisor had said go do something. Hopefully they no longer work there.

Diesel soaked fuel islands, fuel nozzles leak. This place is a fire hazard. I avoid it when possible. Plus the reward points system sucks.

My drivers went there because of an air-brake leak. It turned out to be a loosen air-brake chamber line. It was midnight there and the mechanic didn't charge us at all, just tightened it and let them go. Not much mechanics like that guy left these days. Thank you.

My husband and I stopped here last night to get a tire changed before 11:00 and said it would take about 2 hours before we can get it done well come to find out they closed at 11:00 didn't open untill this morning we sat here for about 11 hours just to get a tire changed that sucks.

Well they charged $150 for just coming spending 20 mins, connecting computer. The guy couldn't even able to fix it. I had to go to Volvo dealer later. End up paying $150 extra here for no reason. If you can't fix it then you should also realize that you shouldn't charge $150 for just coming and checking. Totally unfair and not professional. Do not bother to even go to them. Try volvo dealer nearby.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

8 hr plus for AC service,is inaceptable,no consideration at all!and some name Dave,have no filter and le you have it, Poor customer service very disappointed!

Was 7 miles away from the TA shop as my coolant started to leak, called them for help 9 a.m in the morning and told me the wait time is 3 hrs and after those 3 hrs they kept extending it by an hour and its 4 p.m and still no help, so i would recommend they should just close that businessService: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

This is a fully staffed shop. Service is much faster than many other TA shops. Service is friendly. Lady running the shop office knows her job well.

Spent 7 hours waiting to get into the shop spent from 6:00 to 1:00 the next day getting repairs done and they didn't get all the air leaks
