One cannot put a price on respect, honesty, and trustworthy people. I ended up with a quickly deflating low tire warning. I am truly grateful for the honest flat repair and the quick turn around. In a world where people do not get appreciation for their work and dedication, I praise your business ethics. Take pride in knowing that your honesty, and professionalism are appreciated! They were able to get me into their schedule early the next morning when I noticed a small bulge on one of my side walls in the afternoon. Very helpful, friendly staff. Always enjoy my transaction!

Best service I have ever had, they discovered the problem from my Check Engine Light when other shops threw parts at the problem and still did not find or fix the problem. Bo - the service manager was the best, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Phoenix Auto Center !

I have been there before, they are very knowledgeable and have the ability and experience to work on a wide variety of cars, trucks and RV''s Jason booked my appointment, got my vehicle back to me at the price and time quoted.

Took our truck in because of a drain on the battery. They replaced batteris and said it was the seat belt module, so they replaced it as well. $1,500. later, the same issue is still happening. Took it back in and said now it was the dome light short. Fixed that and another $385. I don't mind paying for what is needed. I just don't want to be gouged! Also, after telling them how I felt taken advantage of, they suggested I bring the truck back and they'll put back the old part. Very sarcastic. I dread to think we'll still have the same issue. I don't think I can trust them at this point to stand behind their work. I will not be back!Service: Battery

I ve used Phoenix Auto several times. Absolutely amazing every time. Took my truck in once expecting a hefty bill for A/C repair, walked out with it was a fuse . I mean that shows their integrity.I highly recommend them. I was a loyal customer for about 7 years. My last 3 experiences however, have caused me to look for greener pastures. All 3 times the truck was not done the day they promised and when the day came, they ghosted me. I do think they do outstanding work, however the lack of/poor communication in the reception department has caused me a great deal of inconvenience.

After the fire they seemed to be struggling, because of all the mechanics shops out of business, with Jason and Stan at the helm they're back on the right track and now with new qualified team members doing fine. I have been taking my vehicles there for at least five years and as pleased as ever!

Jason and his crew are all very friendly and helpful and he will always make a fair assessment of the vehicles needs and charge a fair price for the work that needs to be done. My forever place for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Phoenix Auto Center is an honest, professional repair shop. Stan and Jason are kind and take the time to explain the issues with your car. I had gotten and estimate from Ashland Automotive INC for $3600.00. Phoenix Auto Center charged$1000.00. They are trustworthy and still have their integrity intact. I highly recommend them for all of your auto needs.Service: A/C system repair

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But after one year and $2,000.00 (30%) over budget our vehicle was still not road worthy. Each time they said it was fixed we tried to drive it home something broke. They are nice people, but lack the skills, experience, and ability to properly diagnose and repair cars and trucks. If you must go here, get quotes in writing, get clear expectations on what the repair will entail and what kind of guarantee you can expect. And don't be surprised if something else breaks shortly after repairs are done here.

Stan and all his employees are super! Stan is an honest person with Lloyd of integrity. I got other estimates for my repairs from the dealership and another repair shop in west Medford. Both of those estimates were for about 50% more than Stan s price! My car is a 2006 Toyota Solara Convertible and the repairs were for major repairs due to the age of the car- timing belt replaced, power steering line replaced and a couple of other things. The total at Phoenix Tire were $2175. And the work was done timely and the car works great now!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Just had Phoenix Auto Center do some work on my motorhome and they did a great job! Stan, the owner, followed me out to the RV after after they finished just to make sure all the work was done correctly and worked. Then he took the time to just talk for a few minutes about their business. Great guy and I will definately be a return customer!

I have been taking my Suburu and Toyota van here for 11 years and have been very pleased with the service . I am sorry to read the 2 reviews that did not have a good experience here. ~ For me, I have had nothing but good work, done with kindness, skill and integrity.

these people robbed me off $2000 dollars and my car is STILL in my yard and not running!!!! the work they did was shady and unrespectable. the clamp replacements they changed are tearing my hoses, not hooked up properly and plastic bags used sealant .i was up charged double for all the parts i paid for... labor was $110/hr... and again... the original reason i brought this car in (burning coolant)... never solved. LOTS OF LIP SERVICE HERE AND SHODDY WORK!!!

Top notch service! They truly care about their customers. They often have the best prices on tires in the valley. I've purchased three sets of tires for two vehicles through Phoenix auto center and I've been completely satisfied each visit. Highly recommended.

I really appreciated the personal attention they gave me and the no rush, and move onto the next customer. I was a person to them and not a dollar symbol. The work they do is impeccable, and they stand behind what they accomplish. This is my go to place for auto repair in the valley.

I found Stan to be thorough and fair. He did a great job repairing the AC on my Subaru... an issue that two other shops in the Valley were not able to resolve. I'm a fan!

I wish I could have got some professional honest service from these guys all they did is loosen a bunch of wires and cables and tried to tell me all of it needed to be replaced or was defective, but when I went to a real honest mechanic who fixed it for $200 less and said everything wasn't broken it was just loosened. To top it all off I took them all the parts and correct transmission fluid for my brand new rebuilt transmission that I paid $1,000 for and they still put in the wrong stuff and try to charge me for the parts that I brought to them, and after they sabotaged my vehicle they wanted me to bring it back the nerve I told him you'll never touch anything I own ever again. They tried to take advantage of what they thought was a desperate stupid person and the blew up in their face. Save yourself a lot of money and stress by not going to this place. I took my vehicle to another mechanic he had it for less than half a day after they had it for a week and it runs like a dream these people are no good.

Blew out a few week old tire my mom bought here. They refused to warranty so we were stuck buying a new tire. The tire basically shredded just driving down the road not hitting anything and there was nothing puncturing the tire that I could see. Just poor quality parts, tires, and service. Not to mention overpriced. Go to discount tires after you get a quote here. I promise there way cheaper and they will take care of you there.

Phoenix Auto Center tried to tell me that they would not honor the road hazard warranty on my tires because they were under 2/32nds tread. Being a mechanic myself, and rotating my tires frequently, knew that the tread life was around 80%. I asked him to measure the tread depth in front of me and they measured 5/32nds tread. Which was almost 80% of this lo-pro tire. Then he made me wait around for 30 minutes while he fixed the paperwork and said he would only do 50% on the tire. At this point I was so frustrated I just paid and walked out. I fully believe they were trying to take advantage of me and that this is a scam they play on many unsuspecting victims. Never will I do service with them again!Service: Tires

I developed a coolant leak on my motor home during a return trip to California from the Pacific Northwest. Called the local Ford dealer and was told they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle for two days, but recommended Phoenix Auto Center. Glad they did. Phoenix quickly diagnosed the problem as a cracked coolant recovery tank, found a replacement, and had me on my way in two hours. It's hard to find that kind of service and quality workmanship anymore, especially when you're away from home. Honest, professional, and focused on customer satisfaction. THESE RIPOFFS WANT OVER 6K TO REBUILD A TOYOTA 20R. A FULL REMAN MACHINED MOTOR FROM JEGS IS ONLY $1800. AVOID THESE RIPOFFS!!! I WARNED YOU SO DONT COMPLAIN WHEN THEY SEVERELY OVERCHARGE YOU.
