Truck stopped running and I had it towed to The Shop. There schedule was pretty full but they worked in my truck. They called with estimate to fix and I was surprised it wasn t more! In the end the total bill was less than the estimate, probably not always the case but was a nice surprise.I had the feeling they are a very honest shop and provide great customer service. Will be going back for my diesel repairs in the future!

I just moved to the area and called a few locations before deciding on The Shop because Joe was willing to listen to my specifics and give me an estimate over the phone. The repair ended up costing less than that and afterwards he showed me the replaced part (I like to know what to look for in the future). Great experience and I plan on returning the next time I need something.

Unbelievable experience. The Shop rescued us from an overheated engine on a sweltering, August day. You don't find this kind of service, or quality of people much anymore. Their charge was less than reasonable, and I added to the total to express our appreciation. Thank you so much. Y'all are the best.

Update on my last review several years back. Joe and his team have never ceased to amaze me! I have been using them for many years now and if I ever need any repairs or want upgrades done to my truck, he s my go to mechanic. I moved out of state, but was recently visiting Oregon again and had some upgrades I wanted done to my truck, so I had Joe do it. Quite frankly I haven t found an honest, noble, and trustworthy mechanic like him. I m more than willing to make the 9hr drive just to have Joe and his team do any mods to my truck, and will continue to have him do the work as long as I can drive it that far.

These guy's are great. Joe, the owner, fit my right in and talked me through everything in detail. He listened, gave great feedback and gave us great service. Time will tell, but it looks like he found a solution to an issue the dealer was going to charge me thousands for. I would recommend The Shop to anyone who wants great, local, honest service.

Joe is a awesome guy! He is great and detailed. He quoted me on things and ended up not using the parts so he didn t charge me for them. I would never have known otherwise, so his honesty and his attention to detail is incredible. My only complaint is that I don t have enough money to have him do the other things I want to have him do. Hahaha

Went there to have my problem diagnosed. They charged me me $154 and said it was the clutch fan. So I put a new one in and it did absolutely nothing. Still same problem. Called them back and they said it was my computer then. I ended up taking it somewhere that can actually diagnose and found a short on top of the transmission. Way to play the guessing game. Do not go here. Atleast for electrical.Service: Electrical

These guys are the best. Way better and way more honest than any mechanic I've ever been to! They are really cheap, and can fix the most difficult of problems that my old mechanic, which was a large shop, couldn't even figure out!

Absolutely love the new salon and barber shop in Philomath. The owners bring many years of experience and their service is top notch! I see Freddy and he always works his magic on my hair. You won t be sorry making this place your to go to salon!

They through parts at my truck hoping to fix it charged me for a job that was either not done or wrongfully done therefore my truck is at another shop where I have spent more money for the exact services and is now running proper.
