On Friday we set up an online reservation for a Toyota Tacoma. We got immediate confirmation. Took the truck in at noon. After paperwork was done the car was completed by 2:00 PM which is what the salesman said. They have a quote for additional work (struts ) but we declined. No heavy selling.

I found out I had some uneven wear on my tires after it being at the mechanics all day. I know nothing about cars but the guys recommend Les Schwab. I said alright you guys are close, hopefully you can help me out. So before I even made it inside, I was met with a hey have you been helped yet and what can we do for you? So took him over to my car and he was honest and upfront about everything. Said it likely needed an alignment and a whole new set of tires. But I still know nothing so I kept asking question and the guys there were super helpful. Gave me a list of options and pricing and was able to figure what worked best with me. He didn't oversell me and I was in and out of there in under an hour. And that was right before they closed! They were super helpful and I will be using them again.

Just had 4 Falken Wildpeak AT Trail tires put on a 2021 Crosstrek Limited. We chose Les Schwabb for all the services and guarantees they offer with new tires, and the abundance of locations. The service was very good, and it took 2 hrs with the alignment. Very satisfied!

Went in with a screw in my tire. They told me it was too big to fix, which was fine. Then they told me that since my car is all wheel drive, they were unable to sell me one tire because of manufacturer recommendations, so I needed to spend $800 to replace all 4 tires. Took it to the dealership, and they didn't even mention the all wheel drove being an issue. I think somebody just wanted to try to sell me tires. Won't be back. Never had an issue when they were Begg's Tires. Disappointing.

"Good Samaritans" Rob and Jaeden deserve trophies for the stellar service they provided. They are knowledgeable, caring, high-integrity professionals who truly went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out after my Nissan was towed to their tire center. I can't imagine receiving better service anywhere else. THANK YOU Rob and Jaeden!

Usually I m happy with the job Les Schwab does, but the one in Philomath is a HUGE disappointment! Is it a coincidence that I take my Jeep in and they tell me I need new brakes, that it s metal on metal, & 2 weeks later my son takes his truck in because it s making a scraping noise, not only did they not fix that noise but they told him he needs new brakes that it s metal on metal. Wow! Maybe because it cost around 2 grand to fix them? I took my sons truck back in today to tell them they did not fix the annoying scraping sound, Tom (a mechanic) took the truck for a drive said he could definitely hear the noise & said it would be a few mins to get it back. So then one of the boss guys takes the truck for a drive & said he doesn t hear anything?? 2 hours later the lady at the front desk tells me that they drove the truck up and down the road a bunch of times, & there is nothing wrong with it, sometimes older vehicles make noises . Are you serious? It took them 2 hours just to drive the truck up & down the road a few times?? Did they even bother looking under the truck to see if anything was wrong? her reply was, I don t know, they just told me they drove it up & down the road a bunch of times & nothing is wrong with it, it s an older vehicle, and they make noises sometimes . I m so disappointed, I m taking my sons truck somewhere that they actually look to see what the problem is. I do not recommend going to the Philomath Les Schwab, unless you want to pay for new brakes. What a waist of my time! Les Schwab. I will not have any more work done through you!

This store definitely puts the customer first! They worked with me to get my truck fixed. A+ for customer service. If you want to be treated/respected as a person and not just some number, make this your Les Schwab of choice.

I came in 20 minutes before they were going to close stressed out about my tire having a screw in it and not getting home safely. Jaeden and Lori reassured me and helped me and I was back on the road in literally 15 minutes. They were super kind and I am so grateful!

Poor serviceDrove in parking lot past 4 employees,all 4 looked at me and watched me park and unload a flat tire, I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for help, no help offered, no communication of being busy, so I loaded flat tire and left.One more chance and they'll lose my business.
