Caliber Collision did a fantastic job repairing my Mazda! They replaced and paint matched my door within a couple weeks. I was very impressed with the quality of work they performed. I was skeptical at first because my car has a rare paint code, but they executed the job! They were also great at communicating updates. Thank you, Caliber Collision!!If your car is ever damaged and needs repairs, take it to them. 10/10 would recommend.

Rubie and Haley were very helpful throughout our interactions. I made some mistakes while trying to get my car into the shop and they were very patient and understanding, keeping me in mind as an individual rather than just another customer while I continued to work things out on my end. On top of that the car looks great and they even gave it a wash. Would return!

Just picked up my car from Caliber Collision in Philomath they did an amazing job! So pleased communication was excellent and they completed the work before the completion date not only was the body work perfect they detailed the inside and it smelled heavily!!! What a great experience! USAA uses this particular Caliber for good reason. These people are the cream of the crop across the board. Underpromise and overdeliver. The body work was perfect, I was informed, it was done a week before promised, and I got the car back detailed with a cute little scent hanger. Service like it used to be. Shout out to Hayley and Rubie

I had a dent in my fender for a week and a half that rendered my passenger door un-openable. Fretted on my own to get it fixed myself. I wanted to get an estimate and Hailey at the front desk offered to have someone look at it. Danny took a look and saved the day with the simplest fix, using a shim to left the dent out, and didn't charge for the trouble. Still laughing at how quick and simple it was.

They did an amazing job on my mustang the car looks brand new, they were very very good at keeping me updated on the progress of my car they even finished it 2 weeks early then to top it off ruby in the office was very kind and some of the best customer service I ve seen I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Pretty simple cosmetic repair after hitting a deer with the front end. Upon disassembly there was an issue of another component that needed to be repaired and it was done correctly. Good job and I m satisfied they were pleasure to deal with

We have gone to Caliber twice now and each time they have been awesome. The front office staff are so kind and great at keeping you updated. They work hard to get the repairs done in a timely manner and our vehicle has looked great each time. We would not go anywhere else!

I stopped by to get an estimate on my car. I was told that Caliber Collision in Philomath, OR is booked out for a week to a week an a half. I would have to schedule an appointment. I ask them what if I need to fill out an accident report and wouldn t the accident report be late if I had to wait a week to a week and an half?? They looked at me and said again, that I would need to schedule an appointment. I told them that it is ok, I would just go else where. They then informed me that all of their Caliber Collision Centers are out one an 1/2 weeks. I left there and drove out to FREEBIRD Hwy. 34 Corvallis, Oregon. A big SHOUTOUT to Bob. He took my information, several pictures and emailed me the estimate that afternoon. It took FREEBIRD less than 10 minutes. If you need your work done in a timely manner then don t waste your time at Caliber Collision.

Incredible work on my car. Great response time. There was an issue with paperwork between the insurance company and caliber collision. For some reason the caliber collision store did not have access to the corporate files of the estimate needed for the work to be completed. I had to send an email from caliber corporate to the local caliber store because the store didn t have access. That didn t make sense to me. Other than that they provided great service and the car looks great.

My right rear car door was repaired here and 5 month later the automatic door lock and window stopped working. I called and spoke with Mario. He listened to me and asked me some questions, and then he set up some time the next day to bring my car by so they could see what might be going on. They where ready when I arrived and immediately started to check out the issue. Within 30 minutes they explained the issue the next steps to fix the issue. He was very polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend Caliber to anyone needing auto body repairs!

Friendly and efficient staff met me for a morning estimate. I arrived a half hour early but they fit me in right away anyway. The estimate came within the hour by email. If you know what to look for in body work don't go here. Took my newer lexus here for insurance work after it got hit. Took the car back three times and decided to fix it myself. Had running paint and a deformed bumper that they "repaired" granted it no longer shows the two holes from the trans cooler but now has bondo and is slightly wavy. Granted I know what I'm looking for with that stuff but really besides the point. And they will paint over rock chips that are less than half an inch from the work they were doing. Each time I took it in I told them I wanted the bumper replaced and they wouldn't. I'm extremely disappointed with the work the did, nor am I very happy with it. I highly do NOT recommend using themServices: Painting, Body & Trim

After hitting a deer caliber was able to get my vehicle in for repairs in a timly manner. They did an amazing job, I swear my car is better than before. The whole process was very simple and i was kept informed the whole time. Top notch customer service and crew at this place! The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Especially in the beginning, when they had to assist with insurance coverage issues. The repair was perfect and I would recommend them to anyone needing bodywork.I was genuinely impressed by how they handled to repairs from start to finish.

They are the best. They allowed me to pull in w/out appt near closing time, show them my car problem, temporarily fixed it and gave me an appt to return for them to fix it permanently. Their office staff is friendly, fun and professional as well as the mechanics. Highly recommend

Let me just say the service here is awesome! We got in a fender bender last week and no other place could get us in for a same day estimate. David got us in same day, and got the estimate sent in to insurance. We are still awaiting repairs as the schedule is out a ways. But we emailed him to ask about how to make the vehicle safely drivable in the meantime. Not only did he offer to pull the bumper cover off for us that same day, but when we said we were going to attempt to do it ourselves he sent us the portion of the manual on how to remove the bumper cover. As well as covered all bases and reminded us to save all of the parts we remove. Thank you David and Caliber Collision Philomath

After a fender bender I sought advice from Caliber Collision of Philomath. The genuine care and comfort from the staff was amazing. Dave and Rubi were great to work with. I was given a number of no pressure options on how to address the damage and ultimately decided they were the best for the job. I had my car in to fix some deep scratches. Their repair was totally fine. But when we picked up our car, 10 minutes before they closed for the weekend, my wife heard a funny noise. When I tested it, I heard it as well. So I spent the weekend wondering what they did to cause the noise. I took it in on Monday and the shop manager was happy to take a look at it. They figured out the issue and fixed it right away. And it turns out that it was not their fault in the first place. So they really went above and beyond.Service: Body & Trim
