I was just in a couple weeks ago to buy a battery for my truck and one of the automotive team members. Eddie was super helpful very respectful and polite helped me and my wife out finding the battery we needed. Thank you so much and props to the automotive team for having great customer service.

Took the cadilac in for oil change..got it back with rug FULL OF GREASY DIRT AND A BIG SCRTCH ON THE CONSOLE..Wwe take very good care of our car and this was horrifying..i tried to shake out the rug and wash off the scratch cause i thought i may be something that was smeared and realized it had been scraped..the rug has to be replaced ..cant get any of the grease out..no more walmart oil changes for us..Absolutely terrible service

They gave me and my girlfriend the car back and one of the brand new tires was flat. They also had ripped off the splash guard and when I confronted the kid who checked us out he said it s not his fault because he just does tires and walked away. Customer service was very helpful 5 stars for them, but I d give the tire center 0 stars if I could.

First time visiting this particular Walmart auto center and had to get tires installed. These guys were super courteous, helpful and knew their car stuff. "Marina" was wonderful and got me an appointment that was convenient for me. They were great about my two dogs staying in the car while it was serviced. I asked them to page me in the store if any problems. Everything went great and I got my shopping done while the car was being worked on. They even parked my car right by the exit door so I could easily load my groceries.

On September 30th, I needed help ordering a tire from the Walmart Auto Center in Pendleton. Jakeob helped me verify I had the correct tire. He checked my tires on my car to make sure it was the correct tire. He was verify knowledgeable about tires and could answer all my questions. I appreciate all his help and expertise. Thank you Jakeob!

Jennifer the team lead,You are phenomenal. Customer service has become a rarity these days, but yours overflows. Walmart has a great person in charge of this auto care team!Give this lady a raise, she goes above and beyond to help her customers!!!THANK YOU!!!

Worst customer service I've ever had. Got new tires then had a flat and needed a new tire. Called twice and no one answered my call then put on hold for 20 minutes. Stuck with a flat tire and shi##y customer service. Pi##ed me off. Don't go here expecting great service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Have gotten oil change , tires and a headlight restore from this place. Great crew, very knowledgeable and quick.

They did a good job putting on my new tires. There were unforeseen costs that came along with it, though. Just know what you're paying for before you agree to the whole service.

Yes, they are on the slow side, but Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. My car (which is an older Honda) ran better the minute I took it out of the service center and next month I am traveling out of town and feel confident that my car will get me there safe and sound.Thanks Matt!!

I use them for oil changes and some tires and have always been treated well. They are not the fastest but one thing I like, no matter where you buy your tires they will mount and balance without hassle. There are shops in town who up-charge if you don't buy the tires from them. I won t do business with people like that.

Customer service isn't what it used to be. Walked in and waited about 4-5 mins. No one ever came to ask if I needed something. Needed my studs swapped out. Went to another place in Pendleton and got right in! Walmart, you lost business cause you don't care about your customers.

We were traveling through and needed an oil change. They were nice, and quick. But....did not listen, we drive a volvo and it takes 7 quarts(which we specifically told them) and they only put in 6.

Scott, Gene and Robert were excellent sports when I came rolling in 15 min before close. Robert reiterated safety to me and I appreciated his concern and their customer service very much.

Unhelpful. Pulled up and no one acknowledged us until I finally stepped out of the car and asked if they could help us. Even then they couldn't fix what turned out to be a loose bolt on a windshield wiper.

Amended: first two employees were very unhelpful. The third managed to make up for it and took $10 off. Fine if you're not in a rush.

Easy ordering online if store doesn't have it, prices are reasonable considering all the prices going up. Pretty well stocked on products.

They are very slow, they broke my strut to the back hatch of my SUV. It took almost 2 hours to switch out 4 tires.

Very poor experience the attendance taking my information was extremely unprofessional saying he hated my first name from his own personal experiences, then I got my vehicle back and the ignition was broken from what looks like someone jamming the wrong key in I will never take my vehicle back to Walmart oil changing services
