Jake helped me out on a fast purchase would recommend buying here. I will definitely be back. And I drove from Washington where prices are much higher. They had the best prices from my research. And customer service was great hard to find these days.

I had a great experience buying a 12 utility trailer today. The two people helping me explained everything I needed to get out on the road.I didn t realize I needed a different size hitch or electric break controls. Not only did they have everything I needed to be safe and functional, but they installed them for me in mere minutes. I felt 100% taken care of. And they were able to get me current deals on a few different items I needed.Many people might not know this, but they do their own welding in house. I wanted a spare tire added with a mount. They effortlessly welded the mount on and then did a paint touch up to make sure everything was protected. I asked about whether I could have them weld on some framing in the future for signage I want to add on and they said they could do that too! I searched other places for good deals but I found the service and quality of these trailers hard to beat. I know if I have any issues, based on how my experience has been so far, that I will be well taken care of!

Josh and his team was very wonderful to work with during my visit at your Pendelton location. I added a few extras to my trailer and had them installed there. They are very knowledgeable and professional and polite. I will be returning to that location looking forward to working with Josh and his team again. Thanks again sincerely, Troy

The team here was fantastic. They are friendly, kind, courteous, and overall pleasant. We pulled in to have them look at our trailer. It was a new purchase and we don t have a lot of knowledge on it yet. They were kind and explained that everything was working as it should be. They even took their time to help us with a car related situation.

Bought a trailer in Tacoma had a tire blow on my way home. Long story short things were not getting resolved. Then they sent my info to the Pendleton store because they were closer and Josh the manager took care of me. Shot me straight from the second we talked. They fixed a few things that were not done prior to it being sold. They even sanded down one of the top rails to try and make it look nicer. It was rough and they did what they could to make it look better. They also touched up the whole trailer adjusted my tongue box latch and walked me through a lot I didn t know about. The talked with me about my build idea and gave me pointers to make sure everything went right. The way I was treated in Pendleton I will be going back for my next trailer purchase for sure. I went from wanting to return my trailer and buy somewhere else after the Tacoma store issue. Now I will recommend trailers plus in Pendleton to anyone looking for a trailer.

Great place, trailer price was very good. Discounts were available. Customer service was outstanding. I did price at various other places. Very thorough. I got the best price. Great customer service! I was in and out within 30 mins. Josh had all my paperwork ready when I arrived to pick up my trailer and the other employee(Troy I think), walked me around and taught me all the basics. Then he did a safety walkthrough and checked lugs, lights, and tire pressure! Could not ask for a better experience! Highly recommended for any of your trailer needs.

My experience was nothing less than stellar with the guys at TrailersPlus in Pendleton! We encountered some obstacles (to no fault of the dealership & staff) during the purchase process of a cargo trailer and everyone was patient and helpful. They persevered and overcame ever challenge and never made me feel like a burden. I live 4 hours from their location and I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip again for any future trailer purchases. Exceptional experience!!!
